"Their warm hospitality really makes you feel welcome and makes you want to stay again. I forgot my PJs and they emailed me straight away and even offered to ship them to me. Super grateful for their kindness! Will definitely stay again if I ever visit Tallinn in the future. Hotel location is great too very close to the Old Town and also near the market and the bus station to the harbour if you’re coming by ferry from Helsinki."

"A great hotel with a beautiful location in the center. There is a spacious interior courtyard and a recreation area. The breakfast was very dense and delicious. Clean room 10 out of 10, no complaints. There was also a big TV, although I don 't need it, a small refrigerator and a safe. I will definitely return here when I am in Tallinn."

"This is a typical 3.5 star European hotel. It is in an excellent location in the middle of the Tallinn Old Town, has comfortable but typically-smallish double rooms, wonderful breakfasts, and warm ac. I would recommend it to couples. However, we would not stay here again. Even though we booked and were fully paid more than 2 months before the hotel stay, we were told on our arrival that our room had been, ”double booked”. We were dispatched to a room with smaller than single beds positioned end to end in a room that resembled a school camp facility. When I suggested that this was unsatisfactory, the front desk person stated in front of other guests, ”That's too bad”. After walking the old town and returning, the manager had placed us in a better room for one night and we then had our pre-booked room for the next three nights. Additionally, the lift does not extend to the 4th floor so it was a struggle carrying large suitcases up stairs and across other uneven floors. Finally at check out, the receptionist insisted that our original payment was rejected by ”their system” so I had to pay again. She withdrew the allegation after I showed her a stamped receipt. She then retorted, ”must have been a system error”. In my opinion, two different staff members could benefit from some serious service-industry professional development. However, other staff were very friendly and helpful; it was a very central location; and the breakfasts were delicious."

"The room was spacious and they provided a cot for baby. Although everything was old eg lacquered wood cupboards drawers, bedside tables, it was clean and hotel provided extra pillows. Room was clean so were the bedsheets, toilet etc. taps had hot and cold water, soaps and shampoos, body lotion, provided. Carpeted floor. Service was good and all staff spoke english well. One small lift (fits two big luggage and one adult) for room access but staircase available if you’re hands free."

"Hotel facilities and services are very good. However, one thing is not very friendly to guests who are not good at English. The Russians who stay at the hotel are not very friendly to the Chinese and do not know where to be confident. It can be seen that the IQ of a person with a big face and a thick neck is not enough."

"Dirty bathroom with mould. They cleaned it after we complained to about 75%. Felt like we were penalised booking through trip.com as we had 3 rooms for six nights and there was zero flexibility on changes or welcoming/accommodating hospitality. Strange way to treat guests at Christmas. Will avoid Radisson in future."

"Honestly it is so nice and luxury that it gave me a 5 star hotel experience already . The hotel is brand new , very nice bath tub , amazingly clean . Also just nearby old town and in a quiet area (15 mins walking distance) . Bus station also within walking distance."

"There are no air conditioners at all. It's very stuffy, the temperature outside is 27 degrees. At night I had to sleep with the window open, but there are mosquitoes outside. The building is undergoing renovations, which also creates its own inconveniences. The breakfasts are very poor. The bananas at breakfast were already all black. The staff is polite, the spa is excellent, free water in the room. Here only for the spa, if you just stay overnight, it is better to consider another option."
