"Our family of three stayed in a balcony room with three beds. The balcony was very large with a great view, and the room felt spacious and comfortable. Every day was filled with sunshine, which was truly invigorating. Just a two-minute walk downstairs was Tangji, where we went shopping every evening. Getting a taxi downstairs and going to the MRT station was very convenient. To reach several spots for day trips, a taxi ride was only three minutes. The room was cleaned daily. Great stay!"

"The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Kencho-mae monorail station. There's a slight uphill section, but the pavement is smooth, so it's fine even with luggage. The hotel is new, and both the exterior and interior decor are modern and stylish, which left a great impression. It's within walking distance of supermarkets, convenience stores, and many restaurants. Getting back from other parts of the city by taxi is also quick. The room was very clean, and the bed in the king room was huge – I haven't seen such a large bed in Japan, it felt quite luxurious for one person. The hotel practices environmental protection by having showers instead of bathtubs, which I think is great. Plus, the shower room was much more spacious than what you typically find in Japanese hotels. The only issue with the room was that the desk was small, and there was no chair. It felt cramped when using a laptop; I had to sit on the edge of the bed. The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke fluent English. They were a great help when I needed to store my luggage, which I really appreciated. The bar next to the lobby on the first floor is open until 11:00 PM. Cocktails are around 1300 yen each, which is cheaper than many bars, and they're very well-made. I ordered one of the hotel's original cocktails, and it was definitely worth trying. The other downside was that the hotel restaurant was under renovation during my stay. When I booked, I'd read reviews and wanted to try the hotel's breakfast, but I couldn't. Overall, I still recommend it."

"The hotel offers self-check-in and is located near the airport. The view is nice, with planes landing, quiet noise levels, and a terrace. Although the room was small, leaving little room after unpacking the suitcases, it was very well-equipped, including cooking utensils, a microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, iron, and more. The lighting was also bright, and the amenities were clean. Parking was difficult, however, with limited spaces. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Recommended."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the room itself was alright, my overall experience was quite disappointing. Before arrival, I was not sent the entrance door PIN code, so I ended up waiting outside the hotel in the hot weather. At the entrance, there was only a phone number displayed with no other instructions. As a traveler, I didn’t have a SIM card that could make calls to Japanese numbers, which made things even more difficult. I was soaking wet from the heat and tried messaging the hotel, but received no response. Eventually, someone else came out, and they told me they also hadn’t received the entrance PIN code prior arrival and had been waiting for a long time as well. Once I finally got inside, the self check-in process was very slow—the page just kept loading and wouldn’t proceed. I used the hotel’s iPad to message the front desk, but their status showed “do not disturb,” and I had to wait a long time before anyone replied. Overall, the whole process was very frustrating and the experience was quite poor."

"Nice room. They provided 3 beds for us which is really user friendly for families. I love the sea view lounge. Quite close to the airport so we were able to rush and had lunch there at the very last minute."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a clothes washer, cooking facilities, and a lovely balcony with a great view. At such a reasonable price, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home with his friendly attitude. The location is quite convenient, with a MaxValue (Aeon) nearby for all your shopping needs. While it may not be the most centrally located spot, this wasn’t an issue for me since I rented a car. It’s just a short drive to the vibrant Kokusai Dori, and the hotel’s proximity to Naha Airport is a huge plus for travelers. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as an excellent choice for anyone visiting Okinawa!"

"The waiters are smiling and very polite, making you feel at home. Most of the waiters speak very good English and there is no difficulty in communication. They also introduce the facilities attentively. The environment is comfortable. The view of the dock is unparalleled, and you can see the planes taking off and landing in the distance. "It was a great place to stay Elbe. It's a third floor without a big suitcase. How do you go up with it? I was embarrassed, but the owner flashed in and put it up. Room. It was unexpectedly big. It's right in front of me !!!! I would have stayed for two days if there was a vacant room on Saturday, so I only stayed for four nights. I was really sorry. Really. "It’s a spacious room for a family with 4 people. Several public parking points are surrounded the building. MaxValue are located with 3-5 mins walk. Some small restaurants are located nearby. It’s very convenient. It will be better to have a folding table for breakfast and using computer/iPad, etc. It’s good to have washing and drying machines."
