"The hotel's location, service, transportation, breakfast, and overall condition are all excellent. It's very convenient to get around using the Asahibashi corridor. On the fourth floor, outside the reception desk, there's an outdoor smoking area. Afternoon drinks and all-day tea are provided. The room itself is clean, comfortable, and spacious."

"I only took family photos, so I don't have any photos of the hotel itself, but I'll try to break down the pros and cons in as much detail as possible. The pros are: It's close to the airport and on the outskirts, so it's quiet. Personally, what I liked most was that the guests were mostly Japanese families, without any crowds. They were polite and respectful, and the atmosphere was great, allowing for a comfortable stay. The hot springs and sauna are open from morning until late. There's a souvenir shop and convenience store on the first floor, which was convenient. Breakfast offers a variety of Japanese and Western dishes, but the menu is the same for all three days, so keep that in mind if you're planning on having breakfast back-to-back. The cons are: Because it's an older hotel, the facilities are old and don't feel very clean. The carpets in the guest rooms, especially the ones connected to the hallways, are obviously dirty. You have to wear shoes or slippers anywhere except on the bed, which was inconvenient. There seem to be rooms without carpet, but you'll have to look into it based on your personal preferences. The most inconvenient part of the experience was the walkway. The walkway between the main building and the annex is long, and the elevators have different floor numbers, which can be confusing (in the main building, you press the 2nd floor button, and in the annex, you press the 3rd floor button). The annex also has elevators at both ends, one for floors 1-6, the other for floors 2-12. For example, if you're in a room on the 11th floor and want to get to the first floor, you have to take the elevator on the left to the 3rd floor, then the elevator at the opposite end, and then go back to the first floor. LOL The microwave is only on the first floor, and I had a really hard time using it once. I was a bit confused as to why they made it this way. And parking is 1,800 yen per day. There's also a private parking lot right in front for 700 yen. You can just park in the annex if there's an empty space... Instead, if you park in the paid mechanical parking lot, they'll check your ticket when you enter and exit, and it takes a long time. Absolutely don't do it."

"Check-in is a mess! It's a self check-in system and there's no staff around. The main door is locked and requires a pass code to unlock. We never recieve the passcode hence we couldn't go in. We tried to call the customer service number on the door but the customer service told me they no longer work with this establishment and gave me another number to contact. I called the other number and the person has no clue about this hotel! They tried to give me yet another number to contact! Thankfully we were able to enter the lobby when someone left the building. When using the self check in system, we found out the booking number we had were incorrect. There is a customer service option on the system which did help us to reach a human being who actually knows something. The customer service agent helped us to check in. Another frustrating thing is that they don't have cleaning service or even new towels for booking less than 4 nights. This was not communicated to us when booking. It says amenities provided! The location is nice, the rooms are clean but I will not stay here again just because the whole nightmare at check-in."

"I travel alone and stay in the hotel for few days. The location is great, which is quite near the airport. And I walked to Aeon in 15 mins. The kitchen equipments are pretty clean. Some exact equipments and daily supplies can be borrowed. This hotel is really good for single traveler."

"The room is not big but clean and new. The only thing to drink is water, but it is also one of the few true king-bed room hotels in the center of Naha. The breakfast is delicious and serious, but the menu is the same every day. It would be better if the style can be changed. The service is quite good and it's very close to the subway."

"The room and the equipment inside are very clean. It takes 2 minutes to walk from MaxVule nearby. I am not afraid that there is nothing to eat in the middle of the night. I have to find a nearby parking lot by myself. If there is a free parking lot, it is great. Check IN takes a little time to enter the relevant data on the tablet. The last password to remember to use this group in and out~ The bathroom is oversized~ The floor is also non-slip stick~~"

"The room is small but every daily necessities are provided. It is convenient to buy snacks at Lawson nearby. The location is also good to go to the beach nearby for activity. Good for family trip and who love enjoying sun shine."
