"Escaping the crowds during the Dragon Boat Festival, I was pleasantly surprised that Taicang managed to avoid both the rain and the throngs of people. While the hotel's facilities aren't brand new, its excellent service and convenient location truly make up for it. Getting around was a breeze."

"I stayed in a standard room for two nights during the May Day holiday for more than 200 yuan. The price-performance ratio is OK. You should book early and keep an eye on the price after booking. There may be a price reduction. A box of fruit was given when I checked in. The fruit was of high quality and delicious. Breakfast was from 7 to 9 o'clock, with boiled noodles and porridge. I happened to have a stomachache those two days, so these were enough. Next to the hotel is a restaurant with its own restaurant, which closes early. The shrimp rolls and shrimp balls are quite delicious, but they are all fried, and you will feel sick if you eat too much. Don't order the fermented bean curd goose liver."

"This is my first negative hotel review on Trip.com, and it's for this place. When I checked in, I realized I hadn't booked a room with breakfast, so I bought two. Buying it at the hotel was more expensive than the Trip.com package. On Trip.com, my room type with breakfast was just over 800 [currency unit], but buying breakfast separately made the total over 900 [currency unit], an extra 90-plus [currency unit]. The staff didn't even mention it, and I only found out after comparing prices back in my room. If it was just my own oversight, that'd be one thing, but I later discovered that for this price on Trip.com, I could have gotten a free room upgrade. So why wasn't I proactively offered an upgrade during the off-peak season? Breakfast officially ends at 10 AM, but when I arrived around 9:20 AM, there were only leftovers from the already limited selection. There was only one sad-looking fried egg left. I understand making less food during the off-season when there are fewer guests, but you're charging me 109 [currency unit] per person. And the hot food wasn't even good. In the room, the duvet on the bed had dust on it, and it felt damp when I slept. The overhead shower was broken, and so was the shower attachment for the bathtub. This is the first time I've encountered toothpaste in a sachet. For this price, I also had to buy my own drinks. And who knows what brand the hairdryer was."

"The hotel meets high standards. The rooms are clean, spacious, modern, and equipped with new facilities. The service is excellent and very prompt. Guests are welcomed with fresh fruit, and there are even small gifts for children, which is a lovely touch. We are very satisfied with the staff’s polite and friendly attitude. A special thanks to Ms. Ella Zhang, who was especially kind and flexible, helping our group have a wonderful experience at the hotel. We will definitely come back if we have the chance."

"This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and bright, with excellent soundproofing, so there was no noise disturbance. Front desk staff, Wang Yali and Wu Xiaojie, provided thoughtful and attentive service, making the entire process from check-in to check-out very smooth. "Overall, it was a good stay. The front desk upgraded our room, which was spacious and faced the fountain plaza. However, it was still quite noisy downstairs with singing until around midnight, so we had to keep the windows closed. The coffee machine and tea set were a nice touch and very convenient to use. On the downside, the shower water pressure was very low and not hot enough. It took a long time to fill the bathtub, and there were small bugs inside it. The complimentary dessert from our package wasn't great – the cake was just average, and the drinks were the same ones offered at the breakfast buffet. During peak breakfast hours, there clearly weren't enough staff. Plate clearing was slow, meaning that by around 9:30 AM, there were no clean tables available. The breakfast variety itself was decent though."

"The whole room is intelligently controlled, which is very convenient. Takeaways can also be delivered upstairs by the front desk robot. The toilet can be heated, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the hardware is very good. And the service at the front desk is very good. First of all, we upgraded the room type for free. When choosing a specific room, the lady at the front desk carefully compared the floor plan with the room location and helped us choose according to our needs. It was very good! It offers great value for money, being highly competitive among hotels of similar caliber and location. Overall, the standardized service, comfortable environment, safety, quietness, and reliable hygiene make it highly suitable for business travelers. My years of staying here have been consistently stable, with no disappointments or bad experiences. The service is always on point, and the attention to detail is unwavering. I highly recommend it to frequent business travelers; it's suitable for both short and long stays, trustworthy, and truly deserves five stars!"
