The hotel is very conveniently located. It takes only about 20 minutes by the M4 metro line from the airport. The hotel is in the city center, making it easy to get around everywhere. The staff are very kind and extremely helpful, especially through WhatsApp. I’m very impressed!

In general, the hotel is very good, close to Vitosha blvd and city center and clean, Standard Double Room is spacious enough The continental breakfast is sufficent but is served in the lobby and it is very weird, also it is overpriced to my opinion (15 Euro/person) Hot water in the rooms on the higher floors starts after several minutes of waiting after opening the handle of the faucet I would rate it as good 3 star hotel rather than 4

Service was good, friendly staff. You get what you pay, but has everything you need. Decent bed, clean environment.

Positives: Great location. Minutes to Serdica, Lion’s Bridge metro stations and easy access to public buses, shops and eateries. Room was spacious and clean. Negatives: the door to enter the room is hard to open from inside- u need to step into the bathroom in order for the door to open wide. The area outside the room is not soundproof so the noise when people talk (in my case, kids talking and crying) is very loud and clearly heard.

There is a casino in the hotel. So the parking fee is expensive. It's about RMB 100 per night. The hotel is cost-effective, so we can ignore the old facilities. When I checked in, the front desk gave me the second floor. I said I wanted a higher floor. There should be a manager next to me and said that I have to make a request. I said I have a request.
