"The room's facilities and cleanliness were excellent, and it was very quiet. I had planned to explore Busan, but the hotel was so comfortable that I barely wanted to leave. The hotel service was excellent. I stayed on the 20th floor; while it's not an exceptionally high floor, the view from my window was still pleasant. Breakfast was also pretty good. However, next time I'm in Busan, I might choose a hotel closer to the beach. On the last day, it drizzled a little, and not wanting to venture too far, I ended up just browsing Lotte Department Store."

"The hotel room is incredibly spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the ”king-size bed” was actually two double beds pushed together, which wasn’t the most ideal setup. The bathtub offered a partial sea view, but being on the second floor, it did have a downside: people on the ground floor could potentially look up and see you if you took a bath during the daytime."

"This is my second stay at this hotel. It's super convenient, with a convenience store right downstairs. Haeundae Beach is just a 5-minute walk away, right through a small market. The hotel's facilities are a bit dated, and housekeeping is only done every other day. Also, the room's AC temperature couldn't be adjusted and was fixed at 24°C, which made it too warm to sleep comfortably at night."

The place is right in front of the subway station and bus stop, making it convenient for getting around.
And Seomyeon is within walking distance, making it a perfect place to stay.

"When traveling with parents, comfort is paramount.
Haeundae Beach is just a five-minute walk away, so we took a walk as soon as we arrived, and they loved it.
The bedding was clean and soft, so I kept hearing, ”I slept well.” Breakfast was simple but filling, with ramen, bread, cereal, and more.
Dongbaekseom Island is nearby, so it was perfect for a morning or evening stroll. I highly recommend a night walk on a cool day like today.
It was a short trip, but I felt like I had a quiet moment of healing!"

"Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby is modern, bright, and comfortable. The location is excellent, with a convenience store, bakery, and bus stop right downstairs. There's also a local market directly across the street, making it incredibly convenient for food, drinks, and shopping.

"We stayed in a family room with a balcony. It was clean, and we had a fantastic sea view right from our window. I was particularly pleased that the room was well-lit and not dim at all. The staff were incredibly helpful and patient; they assisted us with ordering fried chicken delivery, calling taxis, and answering questions about local attractions. This was a huge help in overcoming our language barrier.
The only downside was the bathroom. It only had a single rail for towels, and the space for shower gel was tiny. There was nowhere else to put anything – toothbrushes and cups had to sit directly on the sink, which got quite wet. With no shelf or hooks, it was really inconvenient for washing up and removing makeup.
However, overall, it was a very good stay. The location was excellent too, just a one-minute walk to Jagalchi subway station. There's also a convenience store nearby, making shopping very easy."

RrussyauWe booked two rooms, and one room got upgraded to a corner suite upon check-in. Both rooms were very clean with a very nice ocean view.
The breakfast at the lounge and in the room was superb, excellent food.
Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bellmen at the entrance.
Will definitely return again next time in Busan.

GGuest UserThe room has floor heating, which makes sleeping very comfortable at night. The bathtub is also very clean. The reception staff are also very nice. The TV is all in Korean, and I can't figure out how to cast the screen. It's really sad that I can't watch it on such a big TV.

JJP koreaThis hotel did not restock our tea bags, they did not provide big enough towels, only hand towels, they also did not want to allow our guest to even enter our room for some reason he had to wait downstairs when we went to put our bags away. Rediculous. Also they have weird rules about the spa and gym you cant use them seperately you have to use it together and you can't leave otherwise you have to pay again! So useless.

- location, 2 min walk to ktx station and metro station.
- clean rooms
- 24 hour front desk, we left our luggage with them before we came back and checked in at night, we left our luggage with them after we checked out and came back to take the luggage in the afternoon. The front desk helped us with the hit water issue, one switch was not turned on
Not so good:
- there were mosquitoes, we killed the sole one before we went to sleep, so wr didn't get any bites
- the towels could be more and bigger

GGuest UserGreat customer service, room size, got a desk, and great location. The beds though. Lay a cm thick blanket over box springs and that's what you get. They rent out thin pads for 10k won. I made due with two. For the price, this is a good place. No laundry though.
