"We had trouble to modify our hotel booking because we keyed the wrong dates via another travel platform. The hotel rejected our request for free waiver nor modification. We were booked for 11-13 Nov and wanted to change to 12 to 15th Nov. We turned up a day later at 10am but we were not given our room till 2pm (and we paid for extra day!) When we complained, we were told we would be upgraded to a bigger room. Upon checking in, we did not know what’s the difference as it was 2 twin beds. It is not like they give us free breakfast or 2 queen beds.
Other than location, I do not think the service is of 5 star hotel. It is a disappointment. Surely such a prestigious establishment, one will expect the service to be top notch."

"We stayed in a family room with a balcony. It was clean, and we had a fantastic sea view right from our window. I was particularly pleased that the room was well-lit and not dim at all. The staff were incredibly helpful and patient; they assisted us with ordering fried chicken delivery, calling taxis, and answering questions about local attractions. This was a huge help in overcoming our language barrier.
The only downside was the bathroom. It only had a single rail for towels, and the space for shower gel was tiny. There was nowhere else to put anything – toothbrushes and cups had to sit directly on the sink, which got quite wet. With no shelf or hooks, it was really inconvenient for washing up and removing makeup.
However, overall, it was a very good stay. The location was excellent too, just a one-minute walk to Jagalchi subway station. There's also a convenience store nearby, making shopping very easy."

"The hotel is just a short distance walk to Lotte Department Store that is linked to the metro line, very convenient. And more surprisingly there were two famous BBQ restaurants just opposite the hotel.
The hotel room is nice, big, and clean. Breakfast is provided but have to self service to cook it ourself. And sometimes it's out of eggs and ham slices without refill from the staff.
The only downside is about the laundry, it's quite dirty after we wash our clothes with it. Hopefully the staff can clean it up sometimes to provide a better experience to the guest.
Overall it's a great choice and we whole rent again in future."

"The location is great! Even though we didn't book a sea-view room, we could still enjoy stunning ocean views from the hotel's gym and restaurant.
The staff were all very polite and enthusiastic.
The only slight downside was the room facilities. Overall, it was quite dim, with no bright lights. When we first checked in, the shower had a slight sewage smell (perhaps our room hadn't been occupied for a while), but it was fine after the evening cleaning."

"The hotel room is incredibly spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the ”king-size bed” was actually two double beds pushed together, which wasn’t the most ideal setup. On a positive note, I absolutely loved the toiletries provided—shampoo, conditioner, and body wash—all packaged in a cute, environmentally friendly way. The bathtub offered a partial sea view, but being on the second floor, it did have a downside: people on the ground floor could potentially look up and see you if you took a bath during the daytime."

"Location and view are amazing, unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviews in relation to everything else. The hotel did not serve breakfast despite the website saying so, and the room and general areas are worn down or just not even finished. The room appeared to be half decorated. Also to note, the windows on the higher floors have no security locks and swig wide open…I was solo travelling but would not have felt safe if kids were in the room.
The toilet flush didn’t work, the bathroom smelled strong of sewerage and the aircon also didn’t work at all. The lady at the front desk tried her best, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you want to relax in Busan, there are far better places within the same price range."

SShijiedelichengThe room was perfect for our needs, especially since we were traveling with a small child. Housekeeping made up the bed daily, and stepping inside, it felt incredibly welcoming, just like coming home.
The hotel's location was superb, which was particularly helpful as we had bought many duvets to bring back home. There was also delicious fried chicken right across the street; we made sure to get some for a late-night snack every evening.

GGuest UserThe room has floor heating, which makes sleeping very comfortable at night. The bathtub is also very clean. The reception staff are also very nice. The TV is all in Korean, and I can't figure out how to cast the screen. It's really sad that I can't watch it on such a big TV.

GGuest UserGreat customer service, room size, got a desk, and great location. The beds though. Lay a cm thick blanket over box springs and that's what you get. They rent out thin pads for 10k won. I made due with two. For the price, this is a good place. No laundry though.

The room was clean, but there was a slight odor of cigarette smoke, which was a bit of a distraction for non-smokers. The bathtub being located outside the toilet was also a bit odd. Overall, however, the price and location were quite favorable, making it a good choice.

JJP koreaThis hotel did not restock our tea bags, they did not provide big enough towels, only hand towels, they also did not want to allow our guest to even enter our room for some reason he had to wait downstairs when we went to put our bags away. Rediculous. Also they have weird rules about the spa and gym you cant use them seperately you have to use it together and you can't leave otherwise you have to pay again! So useless.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located opposite Busan Station, and it is only 10 meters from the exit of the subway station. It is said that it is HOTEL, it is better to say that it is MOTEL, it is similar to the domestic private couple small hotel. The room is not sunny, there is a smell, can't say it, it tastes like the insecticidal water. There is an adult channel on the TV, there is a PC computer, after the boot, the desktop has 2 icons, one is the browser, one is the adult movie. Said that it is impossible to bring children. But we brought it, and they didn't manage it, and they stayed alive for a night. More than 400 prices, not worth
