"I stayed here four nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hotel is an older, classy, clean, establishment with spacious rooms, a wonderful breakfast buffet with numerous choices, as well as coffee’s, cappuccino, espresso. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The shower had the best water pressure of any hotel I’ve been in. It is perfectly situated with local shopping, restaurants, and the numerous top sites of Sofia within walking distance. It is absolutely a great value for the service they provide. My thanks to the staff for a wonderful four-day day here and beautiful Sofia, Bulgaria."

"The location is fantastic, right in the center of Sofia, making it very convenient for getting around. It's about a 25-minute drive to the airport. However, the facilities are a bit old, and the breakfast selection isn't very extensive. The soundproofing in the room was poor; there was a constant whooshing sound – I couldn't tell if it was the elevator, the metro, or the trams outside."

"In general, the hotel is very good, close to Vitosha blvd and city center and clean, Standard Double Room is spacious enough The continental breakfast is sufficent but is served in the lobby and it is very weird, also it is overpriced to my opinion (15 Euro/person) Hot water in the rooms on the higher floors starts after several minutes of waiting after opening the handle of the faucet I would rate it as good 3 star hotel rather than 4"

"The hotel is located very near to the pedestrian street Vitosha and the city center- they are in a walking distance. The room was comfy and spatious, the mini bar is all payed you have no complimentary cofee, tea or water. The parking is payed as well, the hotel charged us 17 euro for 1 day on a public parking even thou it was a holiday -and you do not pay for parking on holidays. The breakfast was basic and very dry, everything was like it was cooked the day before. All in all ok for a one night sleep over."

Water pressure was very good.  • Products & Towels: Basic amenities were provided. Some towels showed signs of wear with frayed edges.  🍳 Food & Beverage • Included: Yes, breakfast was included.  • Variety & Quality: A very complete breakfast buffet, offering both hot and cold, sweet and savory options, including some local specialties.  • Negative Point: The only drawback was the juice, which tasted artificial, like a powdered mix.  🏊 Common Areas & Facilities • Facilities: The hotel features a spa, sauna, indoor pool, a restaurant, a cocktail bar, and a casino.  👨💼 Service Evaluation • Reception: Morning staff was serious. Evening staff seemed bothered by questions regarding the spa.  • Cocktail Bar: Staff here was very kind and friendly.  • Spa Staff: Described as serious, speaking only the bare minimum of words.  • Daily Housekeeping: Room cleaning was minimal; they only straightened the duvet, leaving the pillows as they were. Coffee and tea amenities were not replenished.  🚗 Transport & Access • Public Transport: Excellent connection. Very close to the metro line from the airport, with tram stops nearby and the main stations within walking distance.  🔐 Security • Access Control: Access is managed via a key card.  • Safe: There is no safe deposit box in the room.  Final Verdict: ✔ Top Strength: The super comfortable bed combined with the excellent location near major transport links (metro, bus, train). ❌ Main Drawback: The service was inconsistent, particularly the minimal housekeeping (no coffee/tea refill) and the unenthusiastic staff at reception and the spa."

"The hotel is in the urban area, and it is a pedestrian street when you go out. There are many restaurants, and you can walk to the cathedral and other classics in about ten minutes. The breakfast is ok, the room size is good, they are all relatively new in Sofia Take a taxi to the airport for about half an hour"

"The room was hygienic. The cleaning staff did not check carefully, and the bath towels used by the last resident were still hung behind the door and confiscated. The water in the kettle did not fall. But the front desk staff, the room itself is very good. Walk to the cathedral within 5 minutes. There is a boutique coffee shop and DM in 3 minutes. Take a taxi to the airport 20 Lever. I will stay there next time I travel. I hope health can be strengthened."

"Hotel is next to metro 2 central train station and is quite good if you can navigate the metro, line The breakfast is the same everyday but staff are good and complimentary coffee in reception. On my visit very quiet this time of year in Sofia but I enjoyed Sofia No restaurant nearby have to go into city . There are shops nearby about 1/2 km away but it’s ok and safe Night time few doggy characters around this part of town but avoid them 24 hr reception was helpful and warm Just if you come in late grab some food for your room as nothing to eat around"

"Typical 4* hotel. Not far from the city center, about 15 minutes on foot. Cramped rooms. Windows can be opened. Clean. Cleaned every day. Hopeless breakfasts. Ice-cold scrambled eggs and fried eggs. Terrible coffee with powdered milk. Casino on the ground floor, which attracts shady types in the evening. Very expensive parking 25 euros per day."
