The room was indeed spacious, but unfortunately, we encountered quite a few cockroaches – we probably dealt with 4 or 5, which wasn't a pleasant experience. The location is a bit remote, accessible only via many small lanes. I'd advise against venturing out at night as the paths are very narrow. The dinner set offered plenty of food. While the official website lists more expensive options, booking through other major travel sites usually means a single, predetermined set menu. Still, it was very filling and generally acceptable, though I'm not sure which official set it corresponded to. I tried the crab, and honestly, I found it quite ordinary. The meat was fresh, but both the crab and fish were rather salty. Despite seeing many glowing reviews on YouTube, sometimes you just have to experience it for yourself. "We came as a family of four. The best memory of this trip for our 6-year-old and 4-year-old was the kids' room at Kaijokan... It was a spacious and fun-looking room. The parents chatted while watching their children play after taking a bath. I wish there was coffee.
