Неприятно удивлен сотрудником на стойке регистрации Викторией, звонил не сколько раз не взяли трубку, сказала что работала с гостем, во всем достойных отелях давно есть практика в любом случае взять трубку и попросить подождать. Также попросил выезд не полчаса позже, было отказано якобы с высокой загрузкой, по факту воскресенье номеров свободных более чем достаточно, фактически не пригодилось, вы ехал раньше. думаю не амплуа это специалиста работать с гостями отеля."
