It includes a desk for work or study and an attached bathroom for added privacy and convenience. This room is equipped with a TV.Bathrooms:We offer two well-equipped bathrooms with both hot and cold water. You'll find towels, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion provided. One bathroom is located on the first floor, and another is in the second-floor hallway.Living & Dining Room:Relax in the cozy living area, complete with a TV for your entertainment. Adjacent is a dining table with seating for four.Electronics:There are TVs in the living room and the Master Bedroom. All rooms are equipped with AC and Wi-Fi for your convenience.Kitchen:Our fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need, including cooking utensils, a fridge, Pots & Pans, high-quality knives, a coffee maker, and a microwave. Welcome to our piece of paradise in beautiful Puerto Rico!!! We have recently acquired and completed a full renovation of the villa. The accommodations include two air conditioned bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and a walk-in closet and the other one with two twin size beds. It accommodates six guest by using a queen size air mattress that’s provided. Each of the two bedrooms have an awesome view towards the ocean. The villa has two full bathrooms that have been exquisitely renovated and decorated for your enjoyment. The kitchen is equipped with high-end, full size stainless steel appliances including a gas range, microwave, refrigerator and dish washer. There are also a toaster, coffee maker and blender for your convenience. The laundry room is equipped with full size washer and drier. Necessary detergents are provided. Four beach chairs and a cooler are located in the laundry for you to use. You can buy ice in the complex as well, just contact the security staff and they will sell it to you. Cable TV is provided with multiple English channels. Internet can be accessed in the pool area and in the gazebo in front of the villa. There is a grill in the back terrace for the use of our guest as well. There is even an outdoor shower in case you feel like taking the salt off of you when you come from the beach. The villa is literally around 100 feet from the beach where you can relax by using some of the lounge chairs provided by the Embassy Suites next door or bring the ones that are provided in the villa. The complex has a kids and a regular size pool. It also has a nice playground if you are traveling with small children. There is security 24/7 in the complex. There are multiple restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive from the villa. There is also a shopping area right outside the community where you can find a grocery store, pharmacies (CVS, Walgreens), fast food, etc.It is our goal for you to feel like you are at home and that you have a great time.
