Here are the main pros and cons: Pros: — Breakfast included (buffet style). — Two bottles of water were provided daily. — A quiet and peaceful hotel. — Friendly and polite staff. Cons: — Shared shower (but this was stated upfront). — The breakfast was almost the same every day and not always replenished. It's best to go around 7:30–8:00 AM, otherwise, the food might run out. — The shared bathroom and toilet didn't look very clean. — The shower water was salty for some reason. Overall, it's a ”no-frills, get-the-job-done” type of place. For Myanmar, this is a perfectly decent budget option. You can comfortably stay for a few days.

An Outstanding Stay at Park Royal – Comfort, Cuisine & Class Just wow! Park Royal is perfectly located for travelers, right in the heart of downtown yet wonderfully peaceful throughout the day. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless—the check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and polite. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, offering great comfort after a long day. The highlight of my stay was the fantastic Christmas buffet dinner, and I can confidently say that Park Royal offers one of the best breakfasts in town—delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. An added bonus was the reopening of the club within the same premises from 31st December. As a Park Royal guest, I was offered complimentary entry, which made the experience even more special. With everything nearby, excellent hospitality, and a calm atmosphere, Park Royal truly stands out. I will definitely visit again to relive these wonderful memories.

The room was simple and functional. There was nothing particularly luxurious, but it had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious considering the size of the room. I also enjoyed the view from the room. Breakfast was good, and the hotel itself was very clean and well organized. The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. Even when there was a language barrier, they made a genuine effort to communicate and help in any way they could. Their friendliness and professionalism made a very positive impression. Overall, this is a clean, practical hotel with excellent service, and I would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable stay in Yangon.

I stayed at the hotel for four days. Pros: Each room has a private bathroom, convenient location, and friendly staff. The price is around 900 rubles per night with breakfast, which is a great deal. Breakfast is served (no choice): usually rice with peas and an egg, but there are also bananas, juice, and you can ask for tea or coffee. Cons: There was no hot water—only cool water. The room is very small, more suitable for just an overnight stay. Air conditioning can be uncomfortable in such a small space. Bottom line: A good budget option for 1-2 days, but may be uncomfortable for a longer stay.

Convenient location for getting around, with restaurants nearby at night. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Burmese tea. You can see city views from the upper floors.

One of the best hotels in Southeast Asia. I come here every time i visit yangon. Everything is great about this hotel. The interior design is 7 star. The service and amazing ala minute breakfast 6 star. The dispensable amenities are 5 star. Everything is good. Dev raj and his team of well trained professionals will ensure you a comfortable stay.

A bit hard to find. It would definitely help if they'd put the correct location in Google maps. But other than that. Everything was great. Breakfast is great btw.
