Expectations needs to be set before booking this hotel to be fully satisfied with the stay. Pros: staff is nice,polite and helpful. They offer upgrade for more smaller room booking and arranged us to be on the same floor. My mom room was upgraded to an a lot bigger room with washing machine in the room, she was happy to be able to wash her clothes. The location is the main star of this hotel. It's right at the center of attraction , walking distance to west lake , malls, restaurant, and night market. The bed was alrighty for me, it's more towards the harder type which im ok with but the pillow is a little too soft. View from my room window is pretty nice as well. They have tour staff there when we check in. It would be good for people that do not have plan in advance as their price is quite cheap. But do make sure u research all the places that is stated before agreeing on the package. We misunderstood that the package includes tour to tea village, but it's actually some kinda tea center where we wasted an hour ish listening to ppl talking about tea and selling tea to us. Cons: the hotel is hard to find as it's not actually a stand alone hotel building, more like a Airbnb style kinda hotel where a few hotels is in the same building. No card is needed to access the lift so, we do not feel as safe because anyone can just enter our room floor. They uses passcode for the hotel room instead of card which the password was send by the receptionist to the tour staff (not sure if he is the hotel staff or not) phone. We do not feel safe knowing someone else has our room password in their phone 😅 there is not lock inside the room, so we felt anxious about ppl might open our door and come in anytime. Room and overall building is not the cleanest even though they do come and clean daily as it's a pretty old building. So in conclusion, if you book this place for it's location, then hotel is perfect and the price is reasonable for the prime location. But if you prefer clean and security it might not be the best options.

The hotel was located close to the airport so it was convenient for me to spend one night there after arriving in Hangzhou at around 11 o'clock. However, the room that was provided to me had a fishy smell coming from the bathroom which was slightly displeasing. But overall everything else seemed to be fine and i was able to sleep well during the entire night as the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is very nice, great location, very comfortable bed, laundry room and pretty much everything we needed was provided. Also we got room upgrade Any questions that we had was quickly solved by administration desk staff, they were super kind and pleasant to interact with. Even cleaning ladies were very nice :) Staff don't speak English but used translation apps so we had zero problems with communication. Would def stay here again!

It's a very comfortable homestay. It can be seen everywhere that it is run with heart. I want to stay for a few more days when I have time. Facilities 🛏️: The room has a full set of TOTO washbasins and toilets. The mattress is very soft and comfortable. I didn't want to sleep at all during my stay. There are game machines 🎮 Mahjong 🀄️ Sing it 🎤 Find the butler to play NS for a while Hygiene🐳: The hygiene of the room is excellent in the mountains, and the Japanese style is very clean and comfortable. The floor of the hall is clean and shiny, and there are fallen leaves in the yard🍂 is also normal Restaurant 🍴: The dishes of the homestay are cooked by the aunt. The local taste is light and the local fresh ingredients are used. If one person has a dish and a soup, 70-80 per person is very appetizing. Environment🍃: The homestay is located on the top of the mountain. The room looks like a bamboo mountain. When the wind blows, the bamboo branches are very enjoyable. It is worthwhile to just sit on the terrace and feel the slow passage of time. It is said that the sunrise and sunset on the mountain is a must, as a sunrise lover must see! God is beautiful, really, really, really unique Service: In particular, I want to emphasize the service of his family. The little brother is online throughout the whole process and can answer my small requests in many nights. The dog is also very well behaved, and even takes me up the mountain to hold the other dogs in the village stable throughout the whole process, which is incredible.

Counter staff service was good but hotel amenities was not. Good points: - Service was good, we can request for help from counter staff instantly through wechat messaging. - Counter staff were polite and helped us with luggages, greeted us warmly. - TV was huge, with alot of shows to watch. - Good location: Near Qing he fang, Xi hu, and beside a mall with chagee, macdonalds, heytea etc. - Toilet bowl has warming seat Bad points: 1) Poor cleanliness: Found balls of hair and cigarette butt under the bed. Cleaning staff did a poor job too, does not organise our beds well and did not clean our used cups. 2) Very small sized room for 3 adults. Only suitable for max 2 adults. No walking space, very cramped. 3) Poor toilet: Toilet has translucent glass doors with no lock, lack of privacy when showering. Toileting area and showering area has no divider = Water spilled everywhere and flooding toileting area. Super gross 4) During one of the nights, the electricity short-circuited, whole room went black. After the staff resolved the issue, we realised that the toileting area is still short circuited. we could not flush the toilet bowl as a result and caused difficulties 5) Lack of soundproof between rooms: Heard loud *** noises from the room beside us at night 🥲 6) Due to extreme small sized room, we requested for another room to split our group of 3 up. However, we still needed to pay for it. Although expected, we were slightly disappointed at the hotel’s lack of customer service in providing us solutions to our bad experience. *Note: When checking out, i was told by the hotel counter staff that if I do not give 5 star review, their salaries will be deducted by the boss. This is a super red flag behaviour. I would like to emphasise that counter staff service was awesome. My bad experience was entirely related to the hotel amenities.

I did my homework online for a long time and finally chose this one. It was really good! This time I took my parents and a year-old and a half of my children to travel with my parents. I have chosen this loft room type for a long time. It can be said that it is perfect. The floor bed upstairs is too friendly to the children. The room is very large. It is suitable for family travel. It is no problem to live in three big and one small. The fragrance likes the smart toilet. Clean and tidy, high safety factor Downstairs is the street but it is not noisy at all. It is very convenient to eat and drink in the coffee shop downstairs. It is very convenient to go out in Hefang Street. It is very convenient to go to the Drum Tower. But if you are going to play West Lake, it is recommended to go in the morning and start to get a taxi in the afternoon. The driver refuses to load. (Because it's not too far back here) It is worth mentioning that the front desk brother is very, very enthusiastic and professional. It makes people feel like a spring breeze. Very satisfied. The front desk lady was very patient and gentle, and recommended us a delicious restaurant nearby for dinner. The two gas tank cats in the store are super cute. For me, the room has a softer, darker light and a slightly soft bed, which is very good for sleeping. The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western, very rich and light. It is also very close to the West Lake, and it is convenient to take a taxi. I recommend it.

I took my family out for a trip and carefully selected Guanshan B&B, mainly considering that the whole family could have a living room to get together and chat. The overall experience exceeded my expectations. The overall decoration was luxurious, the hygiene was very good, there were forests all around, and the air was very good. The owner was very hospitable and provided free breakfast. The whole family was very satisfied and I recommend everyone to stay here.
