Hotel near Guilin North Railway Station. Service was adequate. Note that the hotel allows smoking, and there was a strong odor in some rooms (we changed rooms at 1 a.m. because we couldn't sleep due to the smell; the new room didn't smell because it had a window facing outside).

The hotel owner was incredibly welcoming. Even before I arrived, they called to check my arrival time. Knowing I'd be getting in late, they advised me to buy a bus ticket at the high-speed rail station, mentioning the drop-off point was just a few hundred meters from the hotel. The owner even got up in the middle of the night to quickly help me check in. The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, and opening the window reveals steps leading to the back hill – it's very quiet. Highly recommend.

Hotel is just across the road opposite Guilin Railway Station main exit within walking distance. Hotel looks bit old from outside as welll as the furnitures in room. Water flow is not strong but sufficient. The room that I stayed is very clean. Overall I have no negative comment as price also quite cheap and may stay here again if I am in Guilin again in future.

Great location and excellent value for money. It's about a 10-minute walk from Guilin Station, slightly off the main road. There's a large parking lot in front of the hotel, making it feel quite spacious for an older district. Plenty of dining options nearby. I booked the cheapest room, which was quite large and on the first floor, with a view of the parking lot. The facilities were good and clean. After various discounts on Ctrip, it came out to just 75 yuan a night, which is fantastic value.

The location is easy to find, not far from the subway. I checked in quite late and had a lot of luggage, but the receptionist upgraded my room for free. The room was very clean. I initially thought an apartment-style guesthouse might be old and run-down, but the decor was quite nice and looked new. Parking is convenient, and there are some fast food restaurants downstairs.

I really love the design of this place. I booked a room with two double beds for three days. It came with a washing machine and laundry detergent, and was very clean. They provided both disposable and regular slippers, and disposable towels (which met my hygiene needs!). There are huge glass doors that open onto a small balcony/patio, which was perfect for enjoying meals. They also provide hangers for clothes, which is really helpful if you're staying for a longer period. The location is super convenient for food, entertainment, and the train station. The owner's service was excellent. It was truly a wonderful place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends or if I come back myself!
