The room was clean and tidy. The staff who checked me in was called Indu. Professional service. Warm, Friendly, meticulous, patient.The manager is also very warm, friendly and attentive to the guests. All the staff are very warm and friendly to the guests. Help me a lot.There is a self-service kitchen, dining room, bar, movie theater. There are other facilities.It is my favorite hostel. Will stay again next time.

Environment: It is a small bungalow in the traditional British architectural style, very beautiful Service: The staff is very enthusiastic and patient in introducing the map😄 Facilities: Although a bit old, it does not affect the use Hygiene: Everywhere is clean and tidy 👍 If there is a chance, I would like to stay there for a few days❤️❤️ English breakfast is also delicious😋

We stayed in Room18. Landlady was very helpful, polite and let my kids play on the pool table. Abit of a pain with the parking but allowed me to use their personal car space which was very kind, even offered to pay for my parking ticket to start with. Hallways are warm and well lit. I would stay here again. Thank you
