I enjoyed my stay here, the location was ideal for exploring the local George Town area and also convenient for local transport. The room was clean and fine for my needs, although not all rooms have windows and some rooms have shared bathrooms (which was fine for me personally). I did have to contact the manager a couple of times due to incorrectly keying in the wrong code on the sensitive door code entry system but Sutharsan and Junaid (the managers) were very helpful in quickly dealing with this. The hotel is located on nice location close to tourist spots and have many cafes and restaurants around. You will not get bored. And the hotel is look new, clean and minimal. The staff of the hotel very nice and helpful his name is “Saleem” he’s very helpful and fast response we were talking about the details online and if I need his assistant he is very fast to respond back and friendly also.

I used to stay here on n off almost 6months +, I considered one the best Location in terms of public transportation especially State Govt Rapid Pg covering from all four largest residents district in island and mainland, based on daily foods needed by all the tourist they many traditional n famously shop n roadside stalls selling locals delights.. Majority the prices are very reasonable n affordable.. I would say The 60 management should do something for improvement n betterments of the whole building especially within indoor parts.. Staff services getting better n improvement as I felt they're changed the cleanniness n tidyness of the main living Hall n all the toilets.. It's worth every penny I spends at the 60..

First of all, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Right in front of the hotel entrance, there is a restaurant called SNUG, and every single dish felt thoughtfully prepared and genuinely delicious. The Malaysian Chinese lady owner was incredibly kind and always willing to help, which made our stay feel even more welcoming and personal. As soon as you step outside the hotel, many major tourist attractions are within walking distance, so the location is very convenient. One small thing to note is that the bathroom inside the room is quite small, and the soundproofing is not very strong—so for couples who have just started dating, everyday sounds might feel a bit too “live broadcast.” 😅 Aside from that, the room was very clean, cozy, and charming, perfectly capturing the old Penang vibe. Overall, it’s a simple, compact, and lovely hotel that we truly enjoyed and would happily recommend. 💛

i like this hotel so much. seems like a new hotel. iron and iron board, hair dryer provided in the hotel room. the aircond is so cool, refrigerator also very cool. got many plugs, no need to use an extension. got kiblat arrow but didn't provide a prayer mat. got place to put a luggage and other bags, no need to put on the floor. the bathroom quite big and the water pressure is good. the water heater also works well. this pictures taken before check out. the most i like is the black totebag given in the room which is very rare. hotels normally just give a laundry plastic bag only. overall, i am satisfied with the interior and the facilities provided in the room. just one thing that you can hear sounds and voices from the outside. other than that, everything is good. would love to come again in the future.

The location couldn’t have been better—situated in the heart of Georgetown, I was able to explore nearby attractions with ease. The overall quiet and peaceful environment of the hotel offered a restful retreat after my busy days of sightseeing.

Great service event online. Easy for check-in and check out. The customerserviceby online fast response, location near gurney, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Overall is fine, just the shower head cannot hold long at the holder, and after housekeeping and we went back to the hotel at around 3pm, found out the towels and floor mat were all gone, start requested few times with reception until 11pm+ only got it.

The hotel is clean. The space is just right for the room size. It can comfortably accommodate two people. The bathroom is clean and has a hair dryer. Drinking water is refillable. You can take the bottle down to the lobby to refill it. Hot water and tea and coffee are provided. The hotel is very close to street food. It's just a short walk to the bus station. Very convenient. I highly recommend it.
