The room was good. It was clean and spacious. However, the blanket wasn't warm enough.

excellent staff n good deals! this is not my first time & each time i arrived all staff is very helpful and smiling, make our long journey become warm and welcome. Lexis is a must visit !

Extremely clean and comfortable to stay in. However, there's no Wi-Fi, and it's not a place you can really get to on foot.

The hotel is quite old and a bit run-down. The rooms weren't particularly clean either. The first room I was given hadn't even been cleaned, so I eventually had to switch to a different one. There was a wedding happening downstairs, and the music was audible late into the night. I would not recommend this hotel.

Except for location.. the price charge as compare to amenities provided as well room nothing to ‘shout about’ .. thin towel, for long term traveller (3 days or more) no cabinet to store your luggage etc

I can only say everything here more than I expected, everything is very good in the place, especially the reception, smooth dealing, and finding quick solutions to change, thank you to all the workers from the beginning to the end, I highly recommend this place. استطيع فقط أن أقول كل شي هنا أكثر من ما توقعت كل شي جيد جدا في المكان خاصة الاستقبال وسلاسة التعامل وإيجاد حلول سريعه للتغير التبديل شكرا لكل العاملين من أولهم إلى آخرهم أوصي بالمكان هذا بشدة. The front desk staff were very efficient and competent. However, extra items like pillows were out of stock. More stock needs to be added to meet customer needs. Room cleanliness could be improved; only basic cleaning was done, neglecting detailed cleaning. The wooden bed frame is a bit worn and needs to be replaced. Overall, the room offers great value for money and is close to all amenities.

The hotel was very comfortable. The front desk staff was lovely, always greeting us with a beautiful smile, and provided excellent service.

This hotel location is quite good it is 5 min drive to AEON mall , MCD and 10min drive to KTM orhighway toll. Also it has Pizza Hut , Mr DIY , 7-11, KK mart in walking distance. The turtle in the lobby is cute. Bad thing : need to pay the street parking coupon (8am-5pm) & no netflix/ youtube channel in the TV

Hotel is near many restaurants and shops. It is a converted shop lot so you get the foot traffic and crowd. Parking is by the roadside. Staff at reception is friendly. Standard room does not include in room bathroom. The communal one is clean. The room itself is tight but enough space for prayer. Bed and bedsheet showing age but clean. Room has TV and cloth hangers. Can hear other people talking and moving all night long. Bring earplugs. Decent option if you only need a place to zzz. The set up is lobby and a few rooms on one floor and other rooms on another. Perhaps not the safest option for single travelers. There are other similarly priced options around. A cash deposit of RM100 was needed at registration.
