excellent staff n good deals! this is not my first time & each time i arrived all staff is very helpful and smiling, make our long journey become warm and welcome. Lexis is a must visit !
The hotel is quite old and a bit run-down. The rooms weren't particularly clean either. The first room I was given hadn't even been cleaned, so I eventually had to switch to a different one. There was a wedding happening downstairs, and the music was audible late into the night. I would not recommend this hotel.
The deluxe queen room #5 is clean but small if compare to deluxe room in other hotel. WiFi is unreliable. The soap dispensers are empty and never be refilled during our stay. The shower head fitting didn't properly installed. The bed/mattress is too soft caused us back pain. I can assume that there's no inspection from the owner nor manager.
The Royale Chulan Hotel stay for me very satisfaction it's my second nIght to extend at this hotel. the hotel facilities is great. morning breakfast had variety of dishes, I've extended my third night again its my greatest stay at the hotel ”ROYALE CHULAN”
I’ve stayed here whenever I was in the area.
Parking is definitely a hassle each time, but the location is quite strategic. Cleanliness is just average, though complete amenities are provided, including a hairdryer (Deluxe Double Room).
The toilet door couldn’t be properly locked or closed, leaving a gap of about 4 cm where air from the air conditioner could be pulled into the toilet.
If you’re planning to request a room with a view of the main street, bear in mind that you’ll be accompanied by loud road noise, including motorcycles, especially in the middle of the night.
Take this information as you will. For me, it was an acceptable stay for the rate offered.
Room looks newly renovated and nice except for the bathroom. Location is ok, but u can’t get access to nearby food or convinent store as it’s literally its own compound. You had to take a grab to further to get something, else Grabfood is ur best option. Besides, room window lock is not well lock as the lock is broken, so can hear lots of car passing by.
The hotel was very comfortable. The front desk staff was lovely, always greeting us with a beautiful smile, and provided excellent service.

GGuest UserThe location of the place is just nice for me. The lady at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Upon entering the room, the cigarette smell was so strong. The floor was damp and you can see the watermarks on the floor It was slippery too. There's cobwebs on the wall. The room was pretty spacious with 2 king-size bed. Luckily it was for a night. The cleanliness of the room was an issue for me.

GGuest UserEverything was good, the only thing to improve is the water temperature, the water temperature was not hot even after the room electricity was activated more than 1 hour.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is close to KTM Seremban, but only after I booked for two nights did I learn from my Grab driver that this hotel has many guests from Vietnam. I felt scared even when trying to sleep at night because I heard all sorts of loud noises outside my room, and I'm a woman. There's no elevator for three floors, and towels and soap were given at check-in, not provided in the room as is usual in hotels. When I opened the room door, I was shocked to find only a tray with a roll of toilet paper on the table – no cups, no glasses, no mineral water, let alone coffee or tea sachets. The air conditioner was too cold with no remote, so I had to turn off the switch when I couldn't stand the cold anymore. The floor creaked when I walked, and so did the bed, which made me feel eerie staying here, and I couldn't wait for morning. Overall, I really regret it and only slept one night. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

GGuest UserThe room was very comfortable and even came with a stylish electric kettle — a small but nice touch. There’s a laundromat right next to the hotel, which is convenient if you need to do laundry during your stay.
Drinking water is easy to get — you can either ask from the housekeeper or refill from the dispenser outside the room. Basic toiletries like toothbrushes and shampoo are also provided, which is great.
However, there was one major downside: you absolutely cannot leave food on the table. I left some snacks out for a few hours, and when I came back, they were completely taken over by red ants. If you're looking to boost your protein intake, maybe it’s a bonus; otherwise, it’s a real problem.
Aside from the ant issue, everything else was solid. Just make sure to keep your food sealed and off the tables!
Mmaria maria by carlo santanaThe Room was big with a nice view of the neighborhood from the balcony
The matress was ok for a night sleep, a bit hard but you get your money's worth... The shower facility was abit delapidated with rust on the the shower fixtures and the faucets.
The room was a bit dusty as I kept sneezing when I settled in.
The TV backside was dusty.
Bring your own toiletries. Thought they provide a shampoo and shower gel.
The overall location was in the central part which was good enough if you have your own transport. Nearer modern amenities such as convenience store and local diners are within perimeter.
The hotel layout was a bit confusing. Lobby was same level of the carpark. Needs car or a bit of walk from street level. Lower Ground lift cannot be accessed if you do not call the lobby.
