This was my second time staying at this budget hotel, and overall it was still a pleasant experience. The room was clean, though noticeably smaller compared to my previous stay.
Water pressure was a bit low, but manageable. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel remains a good choice thanks to its convenient location, making it easy to access nearby places. Still a great stay for the price!

Sangat memudahkan karena saya bisa berjalan kaki untuk makan dan belanja. Kamarnya luas, pencahayaan cukup, dan kebersihannya terjaga. Fasilitas seperti TV, kettle, dan lemari berfungsi baik. Kolam renangnya bersih, meski agak ramai di akhir pekan. Staf housekeeping ramah dan cepat merespons permintaan. Harga per malam cukup sepadan dengan fasilitas yang diberikan. Saya merasa nyaman dan puas selama menginap.

The check in machine and check out self serviced kiosk is very up to date and convenient to use.
The reception lady also very friendly and so polite.
Unfortunately the as we entered the room is too smoky with cigarettes smell. Also the toilet smell urine.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite old and a bit run-down. The rooms weren't particularly clean either. The first room I was given hadn't even been cleaned, so I eventually had to switch to a different one. There was a wedding happening downstairs, and the music was audible late into the night. I would not recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is close to KTM Seremban, but only after I booked for two nights did I learn from my Grab driver that this hotel has many guests from Vietnam. I felt scared even when trying to sleep at night because I heard all sorts of loud noises outside my room, and I'm a woman. There's no elevator for three floors, and towels and soap were given at check-in, not provided in the room as is usual in hotels. When I opened the room door, I was shocked to find only a tray with a roll of toilet paper on the table โ no cups, no glasses, no mineral water, let alone coffee or tea sachets. The air conditioner was too cold with no remote, so I had to turn off the switch when I couldn't stand the cold anymore. The floor creaked when I walked, and so did the bed, which made me feel eerie staying here, and I couldn't wait for morning. Overall, I really regret it and only slept one night. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

JJust MSOverall had a pleasant and comfortable experience.
The location is excellent, right at the waterfront with easy access to restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and the seaside promenade.
The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth.
One thing future guests should note is that parking can be a little challenging, especially during weekends and peak periods, as parking spaces nearby can be limited.
Another important point is that there are actually two different D'Wharf properties in the area. One is the high-rise D'Wharf Hotel & Serviced Residence at the waterfront, while the other is the D'Wharf Boutique Hotel located among the waterfront shop lots. It is advisable to double-check your booking confirmation and destination address before arriving to avoid any confusion.
Despite these minor inconveniences, the hotel offers great value for money, a fantastic waterfront location, and a relaxing atmosphere.

GGuest UserThe front desk staff were very efficient and competent. However, extra items like pillows were out of stock. More stock needs to be added to meet customer needs. Room cleanliness could be improved; only basic cleaning was done, neglecting detailed cleaning. The wooden bed frame is a bit worn and needs to be replaced. Overall, the room offers great value for money and is close to all amenities.

GGuest UserThe hotel was very clean and had a pleasant smell. The bed was comfortable, and the bath towels provided were clean and fresh. The toilet was also clean, and the shower water heater worked well.
The service was also good, and it was easy to find a Grab car in the area. Iโm not sure about late at night, but I was still able to order GrabFood at around 8:30 PM without any issues.
However, the hotel is located near a main road, so it can be quite noisy at night, especially around midnight. There were people riding motorcycles loudly during that time.
I would also recommend that the hotel add more power outlets near the bed, as the only available plugs are located near the TV area, which is quite limited.
