"Всё отлично, отель чистый, всё новое, завтрак шведский стол вкусный. Заселили без проблем, хотя мы приехали поздно и номер бронирования в приложении почему то не соответствовал номеру у менеджера отеля, но бронирование у них было, видимо проблема в приложении была. Менеджеры вежливые, приветливые, говорят на английском и русском. Расположение отеля идеально - близко до центра, но не шумно, рядом все виды транспорта, удобно добираться до всех достопримечательностей."

"Let me break down my review: **Pros:** 1. The staff were excellent. They were proactive in their communication, and every time I returned, they'd actively stand up and greet me with a ”HOW ARE YOU.” 2. The front desk staff were also very helpful when I asked for directions. 3. The room was clean, the carpet showed no signs of dirt, and after cleaning, they would spray a fragrance, so there were no unpleasant odors. 4. We arrived an hour early, and they allowed us to check in after waiting just 20 minutes. **Cons:** 1. The toilet seat was broken. I was already very tired, and since we had checked in early, I didn't ask for a room change. However, it was really inconvenient because it moved around while I was using it. 2. The complimentary drinking water provided was just a small cup; other hotels usually offer bottled water. 3. The curtains were too narrow and couldn't close properly (you can see in the pictures). I even had to pull and stick them together myself, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to sleep well (as I'm sensitive to light). 4. There's a house renovation project going on downstairs, and there was a lot of noise even at 10:30 PM. Closing the window helped a lot, but it was still loud. So, if you don't like noisy city areas, be aware ⚠️. 5. The breakfast was the simplest I've had in Turkey. As you can see in the pictures, the egg pancake was an extra charge, so I didn't order it. But it might have been really cheap, which explains it. Overall, while the price was affordable, when you're traveling, you truly realize how important comfort is once you've stayed somewhere. So, next time, I will choose a place with a better environment."

"Very good hotel with a perfect location. The metro station is only a 3-minute walk away, and there are many shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, so everything you need is close at hand. The area is very convenient and comfortable for walking and relaxing. Special thanks to the reception staff they were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help with any questions. I would also like to thank the housekeeping ladies for their attention and excellent cleaning. The room was always very clean and well maintained every day. Our stay left only positive impressions. The hotel is comfortable, cozy, and perfectly located for both отдых and exploring the city. We would gladly stay here again!"

"The location is perfect, you are less than 10 mins walk to the ferry and metro station. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within 5 mins of the hotel and plenty of kebab restaurants open until 3am. Just a warning that the hotel is on a steep hill with cobbled pavements. If you are arriving with heavy luggage, I’d suggest you take a taxi as it’ll be very difficult to navigate the narrow and busy street otherwise. Hotel is great, the rooms are spacious and kept clean. The provide bottle water and toiletries. The staff are very friendly and helpful."

"Great location, just a 5-minute walk from the tram and the Aksaray and Yenikapı metro stations. The Marmaray (a type of metro) is also nearby. There are many shops, cafes, and eateries in the vicinity. The staff are very responsive. It's a 6-story building with an elevator, and breakfast is provided. The room was warm in April, and there was always hot water in the shower. Excellent value for money."

The hotel itself is very quiet, the hearing is almost zero, the rooms are clean, everything you need to eat. Breakfast is decent. "Hello! I only stayed one night, but I spent a long time choosing this hotel, and it turned out to be absolutely wonderful. It's very clean, with excellent quality plumbing throughout. The mattress was perfect, and the linens were spotless. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. They're always ready to help with anything and answer all your questions. I'm not sure if breakfast is worth it, as there's no choice; they just bring everything prepared to your table. So maybe try it on the first day, and then you can find other breakfast spots for the rest of your stay. The view from the restaurant where breakfast is served is absolutely stunning! Right next door to the hotel, there's also an amazing restaurant that's definitely worth a visit. The hotel's location is fantastic. I'll definitely be staying there again, even with my family."
