The sea outside the window is colorful and has distinct layers on sunny days and rainy days. The meal package unlocks three different meals every day. Dandan noodles have 3 flavors from top to bottom. The bottom layer is Thai chili sauce, which is also delicious. Wontons are like Vietnamese noodles, with vermicelli and meat filling inside. The ice cup tastes very strange, and the thick and thick soup is full of spices, and pepper is added. The most delicious western food, Q-elastic and firm fish, roasted crispy meat, duck legs... Another non-alcoholic drink feels great. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. I knew I didn’t drink coffee on the second day of my stay. I didn’t drink water in the morning. I recommended hot cocoa and almond milk. I would greet them enthusiastically every day. I would ask about my gains and chat with people I met after sea fishing. I sang when I checked in and out. The tenor and soprano were super nice. It was the best experience.
Beautiful garden and apartment style hotel on the beach
Nice sea view through palm trees
Friendly staffs in every levels
Something to be improved
Room facilities are old and worn and not in good condition

The room is very good, the view is unbeatable, the weather is also very good, and the temperature is comfortable. The room service is also very timely, basically on call, and any request can be met. The restaurant is average, and it may not be able to take care of it when there are many people. It is a bit torture to eat in their restaurant every day. It is far from the city, and it is not convenient to go to the city for dinner, but the scenery is really beautiful, so all the shortcomings can be ignored. If you come to the Fiji Islands, the sea view and beach of Intercontinental are absolutely better than other denarau big hotels, and the food is relatively better, but the transportation is not convenient. Remember to book the room upstairs, the downstairs is relatively noisy, and the sea view suite on the second floor is definitely the best choice. When I opened the room, the room attendant said that my room was the hotel room with the best view. Haha.
Don't go to the beach to solicit customers and massage, the experience is extremely bad.
The hotel building is very unique! The scenery is unique! There are museums, presidential palaces and embassy areas around. The hotel also has a small map introducing the surrounding area! We basically just followed the mini map. One night in Suva is enough
Traveling with family (2 adults + 3 kids) from USA. We had a great time there. Kids absolutely the pools/beach/soccer field/the grill/pizza restaurant by the pool. Very quiet, peaceful and beautiful. We have been to Tahiti before and found this Marriott Momi Bay is even more relaxing, romantic, and picturesque than Tahiti. But there are also some pros: 1) the location is in the middle of nowhere (though no so far from Nadi). So once you are there, you will be pretty much stuck there; 2) food at the main restaurant is just average. They have an Asian food section for breakfast/dinner buffet, but quite a joke (to our standards, as Chinese Americans). The fish bar is awesome but requires a bit of walking/buggy ride; 3) snorkeling wise, the fish is not as colorful as in Tahiti, but is still very good; and 4) the layout of our room (2 beds by the pond) is not so much different from an upscale city business hotel.
Overall, if you are just looking for a relaxing time in a resort, this would absolutely be great place. But if you are looking for a new cultural/food/city adventure, this would not be the right place.
amazing facilities including pools, restaurants and a gym. Lovely views across the resort and also a beautiful sunset!! All staff were so great and welcoming. Only thing to note that it’s not greatly close to anything (walking distance) but taxis and shuttles are available to everywhere!!
Beautiful stay at this quite new modern style hotel surrounded by lagoon! But it’s sad that there is no beach to enjoy there.
*room- it’s small but they have everything we need and amenities is quite good and they bring us enough tea en coffee during our stay. They maintain a room quite clean so it was very comfortable staying here. We can see it’s new and good design as well!
*breakfast-variety choice of food that you can fully enjoy! They even had a Mimosa drink and you will never get bored with beautiful and tasty food they prepare!
*facility- it’s quite big so to reach to the infinity pool it takes time to get there on foot and there was not enough baggy so had to walk all the way there. And even though this hotel itself is big but infinity pool is quite small and each seat is too close to each other so I felt it’s a hit congested and didn’t feel so relax being there. But surroundings are beautiful we can see mountains and oceans. Blue lagoon view from our room was also beautiful!
*Stuffs- sorry to compare to other hotel but some of the stuffs are not as friendly as other stuffs we met at other hotel. Some are lovely but I felt they’re so tired of helping us. But the driver who helped us to give us a loft to the airport, he was very friendly and nice, we can see he is willing to help us and made us comfortable till the end of our trip! Thank you Maffie! ( sorry not sure about spelling ) And the receptionist lady was very attentive when we checked in-Sweta, she was willing to prepare a room for us even we arrived a bit early than the check-in time, thank you!
This is not up to standard with a 5-star resort. Overall it’s a nice stay, but overpriced and don’t go expecting 5-star luxury. It unfortunately has not kept up with the maintenance it has needed over the years.
Negatives
- had aircon issues and slept without aircon, they moved us rooms to fix this
- had a leak above our shower in both tooms
- fridge was broken in both rooms
- lack of pool towels for number of guests, tried getting a pool towel on multiple occasions to be told they were out. When we eventually got some they were stained.
- lack of snorkle gear for guests, we unfortunately couldn’t snorkle because they were always out. We spoke to other guests who went and bought some because they couldn’t get any either
- aircon in rooms is very loud
- internet access drops out constantly
- we couldn’t watch tv as the internet was down for netflix on the tv and we were told we could only watch it on phones or ipads
- food menus in the room are dirty and falling apart
Positives
- most of the staff is really friendly
- adults only pool is calm and quiet
- good assortment of activities and things to do in the hotel
- staff is mostly helpful when you need things
We actually tried to refund the end of our stay so we could leave. I wouldn’t recommend it to people and just know if you do stay here it is more like a 3 to 4 star resort.
We recently stayed at the ”Sheraton Fiji Golf Resort and had an excellent experience with one of your security staff members, Mr. Villiame Matabuakovo. We're sending this message to express our gratitude. We are tourists from Japan and stayed at your resort. I left my cellphone in a taxi and, upon consulting your staff, Mr. Villiame kindly assisted me, went out of his way to help, and even contacted the taxi driver to retrieve my phone, successfully resolving the issue. His problem-solving skills and friendly demeanor were truly remarkable, and we would like to extend our gratitude to Mr. Villiame and his manager. Thank you very much for your assistance.
It's not like the online Tucao, in fact, the environment is OK. The ordinary room is much better than the Marriott ordinary room, and the area is also much larger. The point is that the sound insulation is better than the Marriott! ! It's really the largest hotel here. It also has its own golf course, diving, and its own church. Except far, no problem.
Italian dinner + breakfast is delicious.
The hotel deposit is 150 FJD per night. Take a taxi to the airport for 211 Fijian dollars. Only cash is accepted. Before 21:00, the front desk of the hotel can help you make an appointment to drop off the airport.

Mmatieyan1967We are traveling as a couple, staying for five nights, and want to stay for another two days, it is a good place to lie down and be in a daze. In comparison, the feeling of diving and snorkeling is not as good as that of the outer islands, but the hotel has five or six restaurants with many choices, relatively cheap prices, and many activities. The Sundowner restaurant is recommended for three meals a day (if you don’t drink alcohol, breakfast or brunch is cheaper than the buffet). The service staff is also great. There is a waitress named Savaria who can remember my name the next day. She is professional 👍🏻Highly recommended~ especially suitable for family trips.
SShoyannnnIt was clean and I'd say it was at a 5-star standard.
I was happy that there was a washing machine in the room.
There were pools for adults and families, so I think anyone can have fun.
However, I stayed at three hotels in the Denarau area,
and when I arrived at the lobby there were no rooms available, and although I was told that a room would be available in about 15 minutes, I was made to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes, and in the end another staff member told me that it wouldn't be available until 3pm, so perhaps it had been forgotten.
I ended up going out, but the style was to leave my checked luggage at the entrance, where anyone could pick it up, so I felt uneasy until I got home.
Other guests' luggage was also lined up at the entrance.
