"Stylish, Spacious & Great Location Near the Beach – A Relaxing Stay in Antalya Visited in early March 2026, which is a relatively quiet time of year, making for a relaxed and peaceful stay. The hotel is easy to reach from Antalya Airport and is located on the beach road, close to the Aquarium and waterpark. First impressions are striking — the reception area is dazzling in brilliant white, giving a very modern, clean feel. Elsewhere in the hotel there are subtle red accents, while the main restaurant is completely red, which creates a bold and distinctive look. Check-in was smooth, with friendly and helpful staff who were happy to answer any questions. As it was early season, some facilities weren’t yet open, but this wasn’t an issue as there are plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops within easy walking distance. There’s also a guest information desk near the entrance if you need help planning activities. Rooms are spread across nine floors and are very spacious, with a minimalist all-white design. The low-level beds are comfortable, and each room includes a sofa and a daybed on the balcony — perfect for relaxing. Standard amenities include a safe, fridge, TV, tea and coffee facilities, and two large bottles of water replenished daily. Nice extra touches include a small sewing kit and shoe care kit. (Note: minibar items in the fridge are chargeable.) The bathroom features a large double walk-in shower, plenty of towels, and bathrobes. There are also plenty of power points throughout the room (European 2-pin plug required). A useful feature is the option to schedule housekeeping at a time that suits you. Breakfast is served on Level 0 (reception is Level 2), with room key scanning on entry. The buffet is extensive, with seemingly endless choices. There’s an egg station with freshly cooked options, hot dishes, a wide variety of breads (with toasters available), fresh muffins and cakes, fruit, salads, yogurts, fresh-squeezed orange juice, other juices including immunity drinks, plus tea, coffee and Turkish tea. Definitely more than enough to start your day well. Food and drinks are available throughout the day in the bar and restaurant, with reasonable prices. Alternatively, head out the rear gate past the pool and turn left to reach a pedestrian walkway lined with restaurants, coffee shops, dessert spots, and pastry shops — all facing the beach promenade. Beaver Coffee is a great stop, and unLock Pub is also excellent for food. Walk right instead for more local restaurants and a pleasant beach walk. Old Town is just a short Uber or taxi ride away, offering a more traditional local atmosphere. The Old Town harbour is particularly worth visiting for great views and plenty of food and drink options. Back at the hotel, the fitness facilities are impressive, with a large, fully equipped gym, fitness classes, and personal trainers available if required. There’s also an indoor pool (plus outdoor pool for warmer weather), large indoor jacuzzi pools, and a spa area featuring a Turkish bath, steam room, sauna, and relaxation area. Massages and other spa treatments are also available. There’s a seasonal water park attached to the hotel, a large aquarium directly opposite, and a shopping mall with supermarket about a 10-minute walk up the hill. Overall, a stylish, comfortable hotel in a great location — I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did 👍🏼"

"We stayed at the hotel from Jan 3rd to Jan 5th. We absolutely loved it. The hotel lobby is simply stunning, and the glass elevators are mesmerizing. We were on the 7th floor, closer to the 'nose of the airplane' section. We barely heard any road noise. The grounds are excellent, with lots of spots to walk, sit, or just stand around, plus a playground for kids. The wide beach strip probably has enough space for everyone in the summer. The crowd was more intimate, mostly older foreign guests. Perhaps it was off-season. The room wasn't huge, but everything was well-thought-out and functional. There's a coffee machine in the room, robes, and all the usual toiletries in the bathroom. The mini-bar is refilled regularly, all standard. The bars have good alcohol, and while the restaurant didn't offer super gourmet dishes, the food was delicious – you won't go hungry. The staff are friendly and really try their best. We enjoyed our stay; the off-season price was very reasonable. I recommend it and would love to return in the summer."

"We were very pleasantly surprised, as the hotel is brand new and all the staff are incredibly kind. It's a very secluded spot with an amazing breakfast. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for privacy, and appreciate cleanliness and modern rooms. We personally took masks and swam to the waterfall on our own; if you're a good swimmer, you can try it too. We walked over rocks and through dusty water, then got out onto the rocks and admired the waterfall – it was breathtaking! You can really see the owner's taste reflected in this hotel. There was also a beautiful car parked at the entrance. Overall, the hotel leaves a 'wow' impression!!"

"This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach."

The location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

Everything's great! This isn't my first time staying here. There are pros and cons, but I like it. Last time, my impression was spoiled by some very loud German-speaking women who quieted down after 11 PM. I thought that's what German upbringing is all about, but alas, they showed up out of nowhere at 2 AM, screaming terribly! I had to knock on the wall.

After much deliberation, we decided to book this cliffside hotel. The room was very small, and even though we booked a standard sea view room, we were given one on the second floor. These weren't major issues though. The room cleaning, however, was truly subpar. 1. There were red marks on the headboard that we had to wipe off ourselves with a face towel. 2. The trash cans weren't emptied during cleaning. 3. The complimentary water wasn't replenished on the third day. 4. The hand towels and bath mat were taken away but never replaced. This hotel definitely deserves a low rating!

Upon arrival, a valet promptly assisted us with our luggage, making the check-in process incredibly smooth. The young lady at the front desk was very welcoming and enthusiastic, assigning us a lovely sea-view room on the 7th floor. The ocean views were absolutely stunning! The hotel boasts five swimming pools, and you can even take an elevator directly down to the beach for snorkeling. There's also a spacious gym. The landscaping is beautifully done, and we just loved this hotel perched on a cliff along the Mediterranean coast. We booked a package that included breakfast and dinner, and the meals were incredibly generous – so much so that we couldn't even finish it all, which meant we ended up skipping lunch because breakfast was so filling! I found the restaurant staff to be very warm and friendly. Contrary to some online rumors about discrimination, I actually felt that Turkish people are very kind and hospitable towards Chinese visitors. If we ever return to Antalya, we'll definitely be staying at this hotel again.
