This stay at this hotel was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located with complete surrounding facilities. The room is comfortable and cozy, with a beautiful view and good sound insulation. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and considerate, with excellent service attitude. The check-in time this time was relatively early, and the room was not fully cleaned. The front desk was constantly communicating with us actively. The next day, L we applied for an extension of the check-out time and it was readily granted. The experience was very good. The dinner and breakfast were also very abundant.

The staffs are enthusiastic and friendly, the services are really good. Especially the car services which helps our trip to be more convenient!!🤩🤩

Love this hotel!! The service staff at the breakfast restaurant were impeccable and so friendly. Made us feel like friends! Breakfast variety was extensive enough. Only thing no good was coffee and the in room coffee (Italian drip coffee) was no good too. Rooms were clean and spacious. They have self service laundry room. Gym was very basic, treadmill not working. River view makes the stay even more unforgettable. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located directly next to exit D2 of Fengqi station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. On the first night, I had an issue with the shower hose and didn't sleep well due to a hard mattress and old pillows. I communicated with a translation app and a staff member was quick to solve this situation the following day by upgrading me to a more comfortable room and really thankful for their effort and quick response. Breakfast is on the 12th floor starting from 6:30 am and everything is freshly made with lots of choices. Longxiangqiao station area is a very vibrant and colourful spot which is worth a visit at night. From Ding'an road station, you can walk about 15 mins for a free visit at the Song Dynasty historical building. The west lake ticket show ”Enduring memories of Hangzhou” should also be on your bucket list. Overall, a memorable stay in Hangzhou and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Very good hotel and the best hotel I have stayed in. Amazing staff extending help all the time and most of all we get lots of freebies all the time. Food was excellent. Laundry was free. My first time visiting China and I felt so very comfortable. Thanks very much.

The breakfast is very delicious, with a wide variety of options, especially the soy milk, which is quite tasty. Atour's pillows have always been a very good product, very soft. The lobby and room facilities are very novel.

During the Spring Festival trip to Songyang, I chose Feitianji, which I had been eyeing for a long time. The day before I checked in, I received a call from the housekeeper, asking about the check-in time and arrival method, and agreed to pick me up at the village entrance. The next day, when the car arrived at the village entrance, the housekeeper was already waiting, and immediately took over the luggage and led the way. For a village built on a cliff, Feichunji has a very advantageous central location. The Pioneer Bookstore is right next door, and there is basically no need to climb a hill to get there. We chose a canyon mountain view suite, with a whole wall of windows facing the canyon (unfortunately no clouds were visible). Fruits and refreshments were already prepared in the room, and minibar drinks were also provided. The room had comfortable floor heating, and was fully equipped with all kinds of items, completely up to resort hotel standards. The complimentary dinner and breakfast were both at the Shanguolu restaurant, and they tasted surprisingly delicious.

The environment is good. I couldn't find a parking space when it was too late. The security guard would help me. There was also free breakfast, late night snacks and afternoon tea. It was convenient for business trips. There was also a laundry room. I would like to book a designated location for business trips in the future.

I highly recommend this hotel. It’s the second time that I’ve stayed here and if I come to Jiaxing again, I would stay here again. Breakfast is very good, room is spacious and clean. Perfect place to choose if you come for a business trip.

The hotel is in a very good location, about a 5-minute walk from Guoqing Temple. This time I stayed in a Zen room, where I could feed the fish. I really like the design, watching the fish swimming in the water was so comfortable and happy. Features I have to praise the hotel's service, whether it is the front desk staff, restaurant service, or room service, they are all very proactive and enthusiastic, like it.
