Nearby, visitors will find places for al fresco meals, with delicious dishes served as you sit on wooden benches with a view of the tower temple, willow trees, bridges, river and pagodas. The town perhaps only truly feels serene in the early mornings and evenings, when crowds are largely absent. Day-trippers will likely miss the best times, when ambling around the ancient town becomes a quieter, contemplative affair. I went to Wuzhen for two days, one night with four people and stayed in the homestay with scenic view for one night, four Xizhamen, boating, morning tea, mostly cost-effective. You need to make an appointment to have breakfast here. The breakfast was well presented. We ate, sat down and stayed for a long time.

Hi staff hotel .we have pleasant stay during our 5 day .thank you for good hospitality and friendly services from Front reception to chamber maid. The room are well maintained and good layout .bed linen and towels are quality house brand,.bed are comfortable and we sleep well .the air-conditioning cold and warmer well tuning .Shower bath pressure hot and cold perfect and ..security hotel strict.we feel safe because guest room are only able to access the room level only . For the hotel location are very convenient accessible to from metro station Ding An road exit D line red . Recommended for those travel to Holiday at Hangzhou do check in this hotel .

Perfect stay with strategic location, cleanliness is superb and room is quite spacious with comfortable bed especially the bed.

It was great hotel and most amazing part was location, just 2 minute walk distance from Hangzou international airport, you don't need to catch any transportation, i was arrived at 11pm , then i just checked out all the procedures from airport. After walked out exit gate. Then just walk to Hotel straight away. It gave me great relief and also i had to leave early for transit, breakfast also open from 6am, food was delicious and so many food to choose from. I will visit again next time.

Walking distance to shopping malls, pedestrian shopping streets, and the west lake. 7/11, restaurants beside the hotel. Buffet breakfast included, well worth it at 59yuan because of the numerous selections. Also had buffet seafood dinner that has unlimited famous hairy crab, a wide selection of food at 150 yuan only, shockingly cheap. Enjoyed taking videos of the robot delivering our food ordered from outside the hotel also picture attached

The hotel is very near the shopping street near West Lake, which is super convenient to every attraction we want to visit. Metro is a stone throw away. The housekeeping staff is friendly. We are not able to adjust the temperature in our room, only giving out warm air, making our room 31 degrees hot for all 3 nights. Luckily, we visited during winter and was able to open the winter to make the room cooler. The breakfast is ok, not many selections. The doors of the toilet and shower are translucent, and you will be able to see each other. Hence, it is not advisable if you are going with friends.

The hotel is located strategically , in the middle of the city, near the subway and West Lake. Going to the places of interest is fairly easy from this hotel as the location of the subway/metro is nearby. Walk out of the hotel, turn right, and walk down straight. In less than three minutes, you can see a large shopping centre on your right. Next to Muji is Longxiangqaio, the subway station (Exit D). The direction to West Lake from the hotel is also the same going to the subway station. Instead of turning to the right, just continue walking straight and you can see the lake in less than 5 minutes. Since the hotel is located in the city centre, food options are plentiful with many restaurants, cafes and department stores. The most interesting part of the hotel for me is the rotating restaurant located on the 20th floor, where buffet breakfast is served. If the weather is good this place is good to view the beautiful lake and sunrise. The choice and selection of food here is fantastic ranging from Chinese food and Western food. The hotel is awesome for its facilities. There are a number of restaurants and a gym area. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The consige was very helpful when we enquried for a map of Hangzhou and provided good advice on interesting places to visit. When I checked out of the hotel, the staff also provided a parting gift. I received a massage brush while my friend was given a cute keychain. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located next to Chengzhan Metro Station which is very convenient for us to travel around. The buffet breakfast is very nice. It has variety of choices. The room itself is quite spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff especially Alan & Zero helped us a lot during our stay. Will definitely come back here again in the future. ❤️

r       The hotel service is very good, the breakfast is full, the room is clean and comfortable, the western food in the hotel restaurant is very authentic, there is a food festival recently, unfortunately I don't have enough time... Otherwise, the high and the low will have to enjoy it.

Room was spacious for our family for 4 and bed was very comfortable. There is even a partial view of West Lake from our room. Staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast buffet choices are good and food is delicious. As the hotel is located within shopping district/pedestrian streetwalk, you will need to walk about 5 min to the pick-up area to board a taxi.

We had a pleasant stay! We were suprised by the hotel amenities and services. Specially the cleaning lady on 12th floor, that was such a kind and nice person, made us feel welcomed, even though we didn't speak the language. Also she was super fast and effective on her job! I'm sorry I didn't end up getting her name to tha nk her personally for all the care she gave us while we stayed there! Hope the managers can pass on to her this message!

Best hotel I've stayed thus far! The service rendered by the front desk was excellent. They are polite, helpful & friendly. Feel free to ask them questions when you have doubts. They will be more than willing to help. In the premise, they have self laundromat & gym. The cleanliness & comfort of the room were superb! The water flow was strong! Hotel is like a 10 minutes walk from Wuzhen scenic area (west part). Everything was fine, employees were very nice. They have a delivery robot which is convenient. It’s allowed to smoke in the room, so it had a bit of cigarette smell. Also toilet in the room has only a glass door, but it was not a major problem. In any case this seems to be the standard in Chinese hotels. Breakfast was okay, not many western options, but it was fine in general.

Modern looking hotel on a street that’s full of restaurants and homestay. Just a short walk to the Wuzhen attraction. Hotel staff were quite friendly and bid my friends and I farewell with a gift when we checked out. What a pleasant surprise!

I went to Wuzhen on the seventh day of the ***** New Year. I read many hotel introductions online and finally chose Huameishi. I was not disappointed after checking in. As soon as I entered the lobby, I saw many koi swimming on the water. The guy at the front desk received us warmly and introduced the hotel and attractions. The room was spacious and well-equipped, especially the mattress was moderately soft and hard, with a width of 1.35 meters. This was the widest mattress I had slept on in many hotels. The only shortcoming of the hotel was that there were no plastic slippers for bathing. The hotel is about one kilometer away from the scenic area. We took an electric tricycle to go there, and the fare was ten yuan per trip. It is recommended to drive into the scenic area. The parking fee is ten yuan and you can park for 6 hours.

The folk hygiene is pretty good and clean. The boss is also very enthusiastic. I forgot to take pictures of the indoor environment. It has a leisurely small balcony. The fish in the fish pond are very cute. It is very close to the scenic area and you can walk to Xizha in a few minutes.

The store owner had a very good service attitude. He upgraded the room type for free and gave me a box of sister-in-law cakes. My suitcase was heavy, and he took the initiative to help me carry it to the room. He provided two bottles of Master Kong mineral water, and he took the initiative to say that if it was not enough, he could get more from them for free. The store owner also recommended nearby restaurants, and we also went to eat there. The food and service were pretty good. In general, I think the price-performance ratio is very good and worth recommending. A small suggestion is that the bathroom hygiene can be improved. After taking a shower, the floor is slippery. If you wear the disposable slippers provided, it is easy to slip.

An international hotel with a high CP rate. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple and nice.

The room was bigger than I thought, with a square outside the window, and the key point was that there was a big bathtub. The service attitude was also very good, and the waiter took the initiative to help us put disposable bath bags in the bathtub, which was very considerate! A perfect experience!

The hotel is near Wuzhen resort areas. You can take 5 mins Di Di or take a walk for 15 mins to Wuzhen resort area. There is a long food street there for you to choose. Although this hotel looks like a Chinese traditional building, it is very clean. Receptionists are so kind and helpful.

Thanks to Ctrip for recommending a very good hotel to us ~ Jiaxing Nanhu Paris Hotel. I booked a room on August 21st. I walked into the hotel and came to the front desk to receive us. The waiter was very enthusiastic and served us tea. He poured water, there was free coffee and ice cream in the lobby, and introduced us in detail to the hotel's most unique free afternoon tea and free late night snacks. When I walked into the hotel, the room was very clean and tidy. The room was very cozy and there was a tea table for drinking tea. The hotel was in a very good location, with easy access. There were snacks and a department store across the road. There are many varieties of breakfast, so you will have a happy meal and a satisfying stay. Although you are not a hotel with a star rating or above, you can do things that a five-star hotel cannot. Here I am especially grateful to the waiters such as Xiao Chen Xiaoyan at the front desk. It is great to have your service team. We thank you! We will come again and will definitely introduce our friends to you. I would also like to add that there is a free car wash service

Our stay at Puyi Seclusion Wuzhen Boutique Homestay was fantastic from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. We were pleasantly surprised when we received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a bathtub. The location was perfect –it is in the middle, and within walking distance to the main attractions of West and East Scenic Zone. I highly recommend Puyi Seclusion to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay with an excellent service!
