Nice hotel well situated by the night market, Abai Village and Rodeo Drive. Easy to walk around and explore. The rooms was well kept with no issues. Only downside was lack of parking. They will try to accommodate you so you won't be stuck, but was inconvenient.

The room's cleanliness was generally good, but the hotel's location is quite far from the city center, which is really inconvenient without a car. It was hard to get an Uber, but thankfully the front desk staff were great; they helped me call taxis a few times and were very patient, which I appreciate! The hotel is part of a resort. I had fried chicken downstairs, but for other meals, I took a taxi to the city, which cost nearly 100 RMB per trip. If you're staying at the hotel, you get a 10% discount at Ocean Play; remember to mention your room number when buying tickets at the front desk. It's divided into a sauna and a swimming pool. I mistakenly went to the outdoor area of the sauna, thinking it was the famous Instagrammable pool, but there are still outdoor hot tubs there.

Overall, the experience was quite good. The hotel is very close to the beach—only about a five or six-minute walk—and also near the express bus terminal, making it very convenient. The room had a nice ocean view, was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. However, the room design wasn’t very convenient. For example, there were no power outlets by the bed—the only ones were on the TV stand—and the light switches were a bit far from the bed, which made it slightly inconvenient. Overall, though, it was a pleasant stay with great value for money, an excellent location, and satisfying service.

I frequently travel to Gangwon-do and have had the opportunity to stay at numerous accommodations there. Daepho Port is a bit removed from Sokcho city center, so I usually overlooked it, but I finally decided to try it out for the first time this August. The rooms are well-maintained. A significant plus is the abundance of restaurants within walking distance, which made exploring the area quite enjoyable. Typically, hotels in such regions are isolated, limiting guests to on-site facilities or a convenience store unless they drive out. The Ramada, however, boasts many nearby dining options. While the price felt a bit high, as is common in tourist areas, simply walking around and exploring provided enough enjoyment that we didn't feel the need to dine out every time. The presence of Cassia Hotel next door ensures decent foot traffic, and the surroundings feel lively and well-lit, even at night. The room itself is a standard hotel room, well-equipped with a fast charger and plenty of power outlets. Reusable indoor slippers are also provided. I enjoyed my stay so much in August that I returned again this month. Last time, I had a Daepho Port view, and this time I was allocated a partial view facing Lotte Resort. While both were decent, the Lotte Resort view felt a bit obstructed and less open due to the Cassia Hotel partially blocking the line of sight. The Daepho Port view definitely felt more expansive. A minor inconvenience is the extremely narrow ramp leading up to the parking lot, requiring careful driving. The mini-fridge is quite small, and its cooling performance was a bit underwhelming. Additionally, the table is quite low, so you have to hunch over a bit if you're enjoying some 'chimaek' (chicken and beer) in the room. Aside from these minor points, everything else was great, and I definitely plan to stay here again on my next visit.

The room is clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. One of the highlights is watching the sunrise from the hotel’s rooftop, which is a significant advantage. They offer a simple breakfast for those who prefer not to spend time deciding what to eat in the morning. However, if you don’t have a car, the walk from the train station to the hotel can be a bit tiring. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or rely on the bus service, which runs every two or three hours. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice if you want to spend some time in Jeongdongjin and enjoy the sea.

We decided on the Walkerhill Hotel after much deliberation on a one-night filial piety tour for my parents, who are in their 80s, and my uncle and his wife. We wanted a truly comfortable stay, and the hotel was a great choice. The room was spacious and clean. We especially requested an ocean view, and they loved waking up to the sunrise. The buffet breakfast was also delicious. We're planning another stay in the summer!

No tea bags or coffee sachets provided, which is a bit weird.  Water pressure for shower is way too weak.  No room cleaning services, leaving alone having your new towels put outside your room in the morning. Only 4 lifts serving way too many hotel stayers, resulting in long waiting lines and thus, time.  Views are magnificient however.  The room is so massive and the balconies are spacious.

Super value for money! It’s a 8 minutes walk from sokcho express bus terminal. The room is just right for a solo traveller wld be abit of a squeeze but it’s alright for 2 person as well. Super convenient that there’s a microwave at the lobby since Korean restaurants usually don’t cater to solo diners so you would need to takeaway most of the time . Saw in some of the reviews that the elevator takes a long time but the hotel has fixed that! They split the elevators such that there’s 2 elevators for the lower floors and the higher floors. Would definitely come back next time! No toothbrush provided but slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bottled water are available

Appeared to be newly renovated. The rooms were spacious, had a small equipped kitchen, and great a/c. No conditioner for hair and only three hand towels in the bathroom. But really amazing value for the price, esp for families for small kids. There’s a kid zone in the hotel with arcade and fun games and of course water park next door. Starbucks and GS25 in hotel too.

GGuest UserNice place to stay. Very close to Mona Yongpyong Ski Resort. Nice view. Ample parking space. Spacious Room. Ondol room can fit 6 people. Kitchenette provided for cooking. There was an issue with our toilet where the toilet bowl is clogged. When we contact the front desk, they promptly send a staff to fix the toilet. Everything is perfect and we enjoy our stay at Tower Condominium.

GGuest UserThe room I entered on the first day was very unclean. - Only the bed was clean! - Stains on the table as they were - Hair all over the floor... Same with the bathroom - Traces of something eaten on the sofa... Since it was early morning check-in and the luggage had already been moved, I explained the situation and asked to change the room. The front desk said that they would only clean one night out of three, and asked if they would clean it tomorrow... (????) I didn't clean it... Considering that it would be difficult to change rooms at dawn, I asked them to change the room the next day.. Why did they clean it tomorrow as if it was a favor...? After talking to them again, they decided to change the room the next day, and fortunately! The room I changed to was clean. * On the third day, I was sleeping and heard a knock saying that the room was being cleaned, and they were trying to open the door right away, so I was startled while sleeping and told them not to come in because they didn't have to clean it, but they kept coming in and said they would just tag my card.. They said they had to tag it to get paid...(??) I travel a lot for business and often stay at hotels, but this was the first time I've seen something like this... I was half asleep and didn't understand what they were saying, and I was in my pajamas and a mess, so I told them not to come in because they kept coming in.. They didn't come in, but it's still absurd to think about later. The hotel system seems strange.... I stayed twice for 3 nights, but every time I went, I was never satisfied with the cleanliness, front desk, and various services, as if it were a 4-star hotel... I used it because of the location and facilities, etc., but... Well... I'm not sure about the future. * The photo is only a small part, there are also hair stains here and there that are not visible in the photo...

PPetiteJaneWow! It felt like time travel back to the last century in the UK, the moment you step into the hotel lobby, which is full of nostalgic British decorations. The restaurant, especially, is like a royal family gallery with photos of Queen Elizabeth, Princess Diana, Prince Charles, Prince William, and other royals covering the walls. Each floor features a unique theme dedicated to various public figures, including presidents, diplomats, sports stars, movie stars, singers, and actors. The hallways are decorated with photos and memorabilia, making every walk a discovery. The location is very close to the entrance of Seorak Mountain National Park, within a 7-10 minute walk. My double bedroom is lovely with a nice view of greenery. The only downside and a major issue to me is that no AC at night, which is not mentioned in the hotel’s description. The staff explained that the AC is centrally controlled and is turned off at night because they assume it’s cool enough. They can only give me a fan. I had both dinner and buffet breakfast at the hotel, and they were all good, and all the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were very nice and friendly as well.

찌냥이Because it was a weekday during the off-season, the price-to-performance ratio was really good. The location was good and parking was easy~ There was a place to separate trash on each floor, and it was nice that there was a large convenience store inside the building! The room was spacious, the bedding was clean, the kitchen was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the water pressure was good, so there was no inconvenience at all. I tried to order chicken through room service, but the BHC in the building that was supposed to be open 365 days a year seems to be closed on Mondays. I had it delivered from a different branch. The front desk staff was also kind! The cat named Pepe, which is probably the resort's cat, was also super cute. I often come to Gangwon-do to go fishing, but from now on, when I come to Goseong, I'll have to come here! I'll have a good stay~!

AAidenJeonI stayed for one night on January 20 and checked in to Room #327. The female staff member who assisted me at check-in appeared quite stiff and unfriendly in both her service and facial expression. While the exterior quality of the hotel is comparable to that of a four-star hotel in Seoul, the level of staff service still seems to need further improvement. At check-in, I asked about the underground connection to Good & Good, as I had heard it was accessible from the hotel but wasn’t sure where the connecting stairs were. However, the front desk staff member looked at me as if thinking, ‘Why are you asking such an obvious question?’ and simply told me to take the elevator. Since it was my first visit and I still had more questions, I ended up searching online and finding my way on my own. On a positive note, the staff member who handled my reservation inquiry was very kind, and the staff who provided information about in-room amenities over the phone was also friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable, especially for a weekday stay.
