Big hotel in great location. Staff very friendly and good selection for breakfast. Decent sized room with nice view of the river and park. We had dinner every night of our stay at the hotel restaurant as it was reasonably priced with a good choice.

Well, the bathroom facilities are improved, the washing machines are too dangerous if you try to stick to wash your face.

Beautiful hotel and great service. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning broke down and we were not offered an alternative room. It is regrettable given that it would have otherwise been a perfect stay.

Very pleasant space, with beautiful panoramic views. Tranquil environment conducive to rest. Good food service and good breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms with large private terraces. An experience to repeat!

Hotel with a very spacious and well-equipped room, including hairdryer and clothes. A varied breakfast with quality products. Excellent indoor pool; spa with sauna, Turkish bath and jacuzzi. A pleasant outdoor space with many free parking facilities.

Great hotel in the middle of vineyards. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast has limited quantity but great quality.

The hotel is beautiful with the mix of old and new architecture. Plenty of FOC parking inside the fortress(hotel) and outside. Walking distance to the town and everything you want to see in Chaves. For EV cars, there is a chargeable charging station inside the hotel’s parking.

The hotel is perfectly located just opposite Régua station, on the banks of the Douro. Very spacious room. Nice welcome. Very pleasant bar with a view of the river.
