"Fabulous! After a busy few days staying elsewhere in Cairo it was wonderful to reach the sanctuary of the Ramses Hilton. We were upgraded to an Executive room and spent a great afternoon just admiring the view and the Nile from our high balcony, and relaxing by / swimming in the (almost-hot!) pool. The room had everything we could ask for and the bed was super comfortable. Service was impeccable, and our dinner and a few beers were good value. Highly recommended 👌"

"I was pretty impressed with how nice the hotel and room was. They had pools that I unfortunately didn't have time to use and great food service and a great breakfast buffet. Even though it was a little far from downtown Cairo the taxis are super cheap so it it still worked out."

"Stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. The breakfast was very good. The service was OK. The attitude of the female receptionist was average. I strongly recommend that you use Uber when you leave, instead of calling a taxi from the front desk. The front desk will charge you 30 USD. Uber is 200 Egyptian pounds."

"I spend wonderful 4 days, Everything was amazing, and the staff were welcoming and very helpful specifically Mohammed and maddona in room service and all the guys in reception, and it was a great experience for me as a honeymoon.. "This hotel is very close to Cairo International Airport and has a great atmosphere, even with peacocks roaming the grounds. I chose a ground-floor room with a courtyard, which was right across from the pool. There are also various restaurants offering different cuisines nearby."

"It would have been fine ten years ago, but now it looks a bit dated. Overall, the facilities are decent, and the view from outside the hotel is quite nice. It's not far from the airport, and you can book a free airport shuttle. It's also very quiet. However, the service was truly terrible. They initially gave me the last room available, saying it was the last one, and even after I clearly stated I didn't want it, they changed it. Why did they say it was the last room in the first place? Why were they given priority for the last room when there were other rooms available? It wasted over half an hour of my time."

"Everything is fine, and the room is reasonably comfortable, although the furniture is not new. However, the restaurant service is disappointing, especially the staff handling the eggs. They serve people selectively, and the young man cooking the eggs talks excessively while preparing food, which is unhygienic."
