"The area is an excellent compromise between expensive places and dodgy areas, literally ten minutes walk from the station and half an hour from the center (we always went on foot without problems). Very clean, impeccable, new room with everything you need, I would even say quiet because it overlooked an internal courtyard. The terrace is nice. Quick check in and very quick response on the phone when we arrived. A special mention for the lady who cleaned the rooms in the morning, because she was kind, gave us lots of advice and her impeccable work was evident. Super recommended!"

"Las habitaciones son muy lindas, están en una zona un poco alegada del centro pero sigue siendo una buena opcion si se saben manejar en transporte, la limpieza entiendo que la hacen cada 3 dias y esta bien no tuvimos problemas de ningun tipo todo funciona bien! Solo que a mi hermana le toco dormir en el sillón cama y pensamos que por lo menos tenia un colchón arriba para poder descansar a gusto pero no es muy duro pero durmió conmigo en la cama grande y no hubo problema! Muy recomendable👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼"

"We were very happy with the room. It is very spacious and perfect for us as a couple. We didn't use the kitchen much, but I think it's fine for breakfast or a snack. What we found difficult was that there was no reception on site. Everything was handled via WhatsApp. When we checked in, we didn't have the information we needed to get to the hotel. After several messages and calls, we finally received instructions. On our last day, we wanted to leave our luggage at the hotel, but unfortunately, our contact person didn't reply until a few minutes before checkout, so we had already left the hotel with our suitcases. Despite this, communication was very friendly and we were reachable, just not as quickly as if there had been a receptionist on site. What bothered us in the morning was the noise. A cleaning lady always came in the morning and started cleaning, which woke us up."

"In the courtyard of the deep house, there is no house number recognition, no one is received. Guided by locals, they rang the bell and bent down from a small hole in a tall, somewhat mottled, age-like green gate into the dim, deep patio-like courtyard. The night was heavy, carrying luggage, looking at the blank, it was impossible to not panic. Fortunately, I met a pair of mothers and daughters, enthusiastically helped us contact the landlord, pass a video, get the key... The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities The surrounding environment is messy, plus one road to explore, and there is a sense of embers. Travelers who know the local situation better can choose to stay"

"Place it near the station, but it is dirty near the station, many people have associations, which is not correct. Convenient in the morning and quick to leave and arrive in the evening. Tomorrow coffee, juice, croissant will be brought to your room in time in the morning, cleaning every day."

"The three stars deserve only a ladies at the reception that has provided us a more spacious room than we booked. For breakfast, the room is small, no food is filled in time (for example, if juice is over, drink water or other, no one brings it). Problems with the elevator. And the eternal run from one wing to another, with the unworkable elevator it's not okay when you're with the child, and you still have to pay 10 cents a time for it. On the last day, the child was furled toward that she was dumped in the room, although she got into the pond behind the inactive elevator. We won't be back here."

"The B&B is very conveniently located to the train station. It is much closer if you turn left after exiting the platform. The navigation does not show the route, so I had to find it by myself after checking in. If you go out of the hotel, cross the road and walk a short distance to the right, there is a vehicle entrance and exit passage, but pedestrians can also enter and exit. The train station is just a few dozen meters away. This road is relatively clean and there are not many people on the road. After checking out, you can store your luggage for a fee. We paid ten euros, which is cheaper than storing it at the station."

GGuest UserThe Bellini House was a really cute B&B experience!! My favorite thing about it was the staff. The girls were all extremely friendly and helpful, and made me feel right at home. There are only a handful of rooms, so it felt really cozy here. The breakfast and hangout area was right outside of my door, which made me feel close to other guests and safe, especially as a solo traveler. There were drinks and snacks that you can help yourself to and a ”honesty box” system. The breakfast was a wide selection of pastries, fresh squeezed juice!! and eggs that were made to order. The room was big but quite basic. It was also sufficiently clean! Please note that there is no elevator here and The Bellini House is located one floor up from the ground floor, so you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

RRip RipWe booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house. There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price. We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa. Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view) Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house) Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed. Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay. Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread. The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more.. Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us. If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you Massimo and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.

GGayatri GallowayBang in the heart of not just the charming old centre but right on the block where the street partying takes place till the early mornings of the weekends. But no noise pollution due to the small boutique hotel being on the (very high!) fourth floor of the old building that has its entrance in the courtyard off the street. We traveled with our two sons (17 and 10) and it worked but wouldn’t stay with our younger daughters there due to the unconventionality of the accommodation: No public areas or services, just straight up rooms (only six of them all in the one corridor off the reception) which are fitted in modern and marbled design. Room no 3 is spacious with a nice four poster bed, no 1 is less so but both still had room for a bidet in the all tiled bathrooms which has an LED light feature in the shower! Both also have a French balcony: from room 3 you can view the Vesuvius Mountain. Theres a price listed minibar and my husband really liked the mattress Reception is not 24h but communication was very good and personal through WhatsApp. I was looking forward to the roof terrace but it was bare and unused serving merely as a panorama lookout point. Not to worry, the most important thing for us was that the hotel was clean and had some form of luxury for the night we stayed in Napoli!

ZZhuyuxixiHotel location is good, less than ten minutes walk from the subway station, the room is very quiet, breakfast is eaten at the coffee shop next to it, the variety is not too much, but it is very fresh, the bread is freshly baked, the juice is very good, from the Diego Maradona stadium I want to go to for ten minutes walk, It is only a few minutes away from the Naples Coast Corridor. After dinner, it is a very good choice to go to the beach. If I go to Naples in the future, I will choose here.

JJelisavetaStaying at Domis Vesuvio in Naples was one of the best travel decisions we’ve made. The location, just a short walk from the main bus station, made getting around the city incredibly easy. The property looked exactly like the photos — clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. What truly sets this place apart is the staff, they all helped us fell like we were home. Sara and Ginevra are some of the warmest and most helpful people we’ve ever met while traveling. They were always available, ready to answer any question, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. The restaurant downstairs where breakfast is served was another highlight of our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, the portions generous, and the prices very reasonable. The wine they serve is excellent and pairs perfectly with the dishes. The overall value for money far exceeded our expectations. We honestly cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Naples. Next time we visit, we won’t even look for another accommodation — we’ll simply wait until this one is available. Highly, truly recommended.

SSi MinAnna’s Family is a perfect BnB for solo or group travellers! The location is superb - 2mins from Garibaldi metro and 5mins walk from Garibaldi train station, with many bus connections around too. The room + toilet was clean, spacious, well-equipped and comfy. AC worked well and was a lifesaver during the height of Italian summer. I would like to commend the excellent service of Nonna Anna and her family that elevated my stay to an excellent experience - they were so friendly and warm! Also, their restaurant (where a simple breakfast is served for guests) serves GREAT local home-style food at super reasonable prices, and I would also 100% recommend to eat there! Will definitely come back here if I visit Naples again!

GGuest UserRoom didn’t seem so nice to me, as it was on photos. It has comfortable bed, room fully equipped, there is free drinking water in the fridge. But there was a smell in the bathroom, so I had to keep the door closed. The refrigerator was very noisy. I had a problem with the room being cold and the floor was very cold. The air conditioner worked, but it was directed to the door and it didn’t warm the room enough. Maybe if you travel in summer, it will not be a problem. Apartments are located really close to the railway and metro station. But you need to understand that there are pros and cons to this. The area is quite dirty on the streets and looks not safe, if you come back late.
