The room was surprisingly clean and tidy, with soft, odorless bedding. The bathroom was spotless, with a great wet/dry separation, and also completely odor-free. The attention to detail was evident everywhere, making my stay feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The facilities were excellent too; the high-speed Wi-Fi was perfect for streaming and working without any lag, and the silent air conditioning ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Everything I needed was readily available. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making check-in and check-out quick and efficient. They were also very patient in answering my travel questions, which made me feel right at home.

This was our second stay, and we were extremely satisfied! The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful, and both rooms were spotlessly clean. The room environment was very peaceful and spacious, perfect for the kids to have a great time playing. The breakfast was also fantastic!

Facilities: The room has a washing machine and a refrigerator, which is quite convenient for summer trips. The lobby has a microwave and luggage storage is available. You need to swipe your card to enter the elevator. There are no delivery robots, so you have to go downstairs to pick up your food.

I've stayed at Jintai Home several times before, but this is my first time at the Beijing South Railway Station location, and it's by far the most satisfying experience. The service attitude is excellent, the room is very cozy, and there's plenty of space – not cramped at all. Both beds are 1.2 meters wide, the bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and there's even a portable vanity mirror. And those little cookies in the snack pack are delicious!

I arrived by train and chose this hotel because of its proximity to Fengtai Station, meaning I wouldn't have to lug my luggage too far. It exceeded my expectations; it really was only about a hundred or two hundred meters to the hotel. I've been to other places where they claim to be a few hundred meters from the subway, but it turns out to be super far – this was a pleasant surprise! It was so convenient staying here with all my bags. Most of Beijing's attractions are accessible by subway, and from Jiaomen West, you have both Line 4 and Line 10, making it easy to get anywhere. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly.

As a tourist from Xinjiang, I planned to stay in Beijing for at least 8 or 9 days. I felt there were three essential requirements: 1. convenient transportation, 2. good hygiene and soundproofing, and 3. good value for money. After one day of my stay, my actual experience is: 1. Transportation is fairly convenient, but the subway station isn't right outside the door. It's a 10-minute walk, which is a bit far. However, there are shared bikes next to the hotel, and a three-minute ride will get you to the subway entrance. Once you navigate it, it's easier than taking a taxi. 2. The hygiene, soundproofing, facilities, disposable amenities, and daily changed bedding are all excellent, truly matching the standard of a four-star hotel. There are no sanitation dead zones in the lobby, corridors, or rooms. The room also has a mini-fridge stocked with purified water, soda water, and other drinks, all complimentary! 3. The hotel's exterior, lobby, rooms, breakfast, and laundry room are all impressive. A family suite for over 600 RMB for a family of four is absolutely a great deal. We also received four complimentary breakfast vouchers, which we greatly appreciated. The buffet breakfast is truly lavish and tastes good, not just a token giveaway. All the staff are very polite, offer service with a smile, and are well-trained, making for a very comfortable experience. Before I arrived, I booked for 8 days, thinking that if it wasn't good, I'd stay for one day, cancel the rest, and find another place. Now, it looks like I'll not only stay here for the entire Beijing trip but also enthusiastically recommend it to myself and my friends for future visits. A very satisfying stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect—from the clean and spacious room to the complete set of toiletries provided. The location is a major plus. It was very easy to find, and having direct access to the subway made traveling around so convenient. Even though it is slightly away from the city center, the subway makes everywhere feel close by. Plus, there are supermarkets and plenty of restaurants right around the corner. Highly recommended for the affordable price and the comfort you get! ☺️👍

My stay at Mercure Beijing South Station exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient, being so close to Beijing South Railway Station. It's perfect for connecting high-speed trains and makes getting to various attractions by subway very smooth. No need to drag luggage around, which is a huge plus for travelers. The hotel features a French light luxury decor, creating an elegant atmosphere. The room facilities are new and spotlessly clean. The bedding is soft, ensuring a very peaceful sleep, and the soundproofing is also good, leading to excellent rest quality. The bathroom is well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. I particularly want to highlight the breakfast buffet. It offers a wide variety of options, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes. Freshly baked bread, hot dishes, fried eggs, drinks, and fruits are all available and delicious. I left feeling very satisfied. The staff were warm and attentive; check-in was efficient, and any requests were promptly addressed. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room and a gym, which are very practical for business travelers. Whether you're transiting for high-speed rail, on a business trip, or visiting Beijing for leisure, this hotel is a great choice with good value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm near the South Station. Highly recommended!

The bathroom's wet and dry separation was very well done, and the toiletries were of good quality. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. All the staff were very patient; they patiently answered all my questions about local attractions and routes. The room felt spacious and not cramped, and all the facilities were comprehensive. Overall, there was nothing to complain about during my stay. The hotel breakfast was very much to my liking; it was all hot, home-style food, with enough variety for everyday eating. It saved a lot of time for sightseeing since I didn't have to wake up early to find a restaurant.

The mattress was just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night's rest. The amenities were complete, including a mini-fridge and a variety of beverages. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining options and easy access to transportation. The value for money is excellent, making it suitable for both short trips and business stays. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for my next trip!
