I've stayed at several hotels around Daxing Airport, and the Radisson is definitely the best overall experience. The location is a clear advantage, and the shuttle service is very reliable, saving the hassle of taxis back and forth. The room decor is simple yet elegant, and the bed is just the right firmness, leading to excellent sleep quality. The hygiene is on point, with no unpleasant odors. The breakfast tastes good, and the late-night snack service is a thoughtful touch. Michael at the front desk provided attentive and excellent service. It's perfect whether you're transiting overnight or just staying for a short while. Definitely five stars.
Big shout out to the front desk lady who was working alone around 6 PM on Tuesday, April 21st! She was incredibly proactive and helpful, so this positive review is for her. Just a couple of small suggestions: the hangers in my room weren't very clean, so maybe a regular cleaning schedule for them would be good. Also, the toilet seat didn't quite fit the bowl, which was a bit uncomfortable. Overall though, I was very satisfied and thought it was great value for money. I definitely recommend it!
Small but perfectly formed. This hotel is conveniently located on the second floor of the domestic arrivals hall, right next to the exit. It's budget-friendly and perfect for a quick overnight stay. It totally met my need to explore the airport within 200 meters the next day, and it's super easy to get to the intercity train station.
Very close to the airport, which was super convenient. I booked it just for the proximity, but I didn't expect such a great experience. The location is definitely handy for catching flights without rushing. The environment was quiet and peaceful, not noisy at all, and the cleanliness was spot on, even in the corners. The staff were friendly and responsive to requests. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.
This isn't my first stay here. Whenever my flight back to Beijing is too late, and I worry about disturbing my elderly family members, or if I need to adjust my pace before leaving Beijing, I always choose to stay at Kapok for a short while. I won't go into other details, but I'll focus on the changes I observed during this recent stay:
**The Good Parts:**
1. The hotel called me the day before check-in to upgrade my room to the requested type, which I really appreciated.
2. This time, I had the chance to try the swimming pool. The water temperature was well-controlled, and the underwater music was a particularly nice touch.
3. When I left the pool in the morning, a male staff member there kindly warned me that the hot water in the showers would be slow to come on, which was very thoughtful.
**Areas for Improvement:**
1. I previously suggested the hotel add self-service laundry facilities, but they still haven't. Self-service laundry is a real necessity for an airport hotel, and it seems like other hotels of the same brand in different cities already offer this service. It's a pity that the Daxing Airport branch still doesn't have it.
2. The pool showers only had shampoo and body wash available. For people with long hair, it means having to go back to the room to wash their hair, which is inconvenient. In the men's changing room, there was only one comb, and it was already out of its packaging, making it awkward to decide whether to use it or not.
3. The in-room amenities were the most uncomfortable aspect of this stay. The tea and coffee station was minimalist, with only two water glasses, two spoons, a corkscrew, and two sets of tea/coffee and sugar packets. They provided two sets of dental kits but only one rinsing cup. If it's a cost-saving or environmental consideration, and I'm staying alone, providing one set is understandable and acceptable. But such an unrefined selection of amenities felt a bit odd. To avoid any issues during check-out, I called the front desk directly to report it.
4. The smart room control system was very unresponsive. The amenity replenishment function kept failing, and in the end, I had to call for service. Controlling room functions required repeated commands, and eventually, I resorted to manual operation.
5. The fixed, large bottles of toiletries in the room were difficult to pump, especially by the sink.
6. There were too many guests at Xiao Nanyang, so I didn't go to the restaurant this time. When I ordered room service and called the front desk for a wine glass, they said they didn't have any… It's hard to accept that a hotel can't find a single wine glass. Then what's the corkscrew in the room for??!
With more and more hotels appearing around the airport and their facilities becoming increasingly comprehensive, perhaps making appropriate adjustments and improvements to match current demands is essential to retain more guests.
The hotel is very close to Daxing Airport and offers a dedicated shuttle service, which is super convenient. The facilities are excellent, the room was clean and tidy, and the environment was very quiet. The service was also very thoughtful. We were scheduled to go to the airport at 9 AM, but my child delayed us a bit. By the time we got to the entrance, the shuttle had already left. The hotel front desk then arranged a separate car just for us to the airport. Many thanks!
Close to the airport yet surprisingly quiet, didn't disturb my sleep at all. The front desk staff saw I had two kids and immediately offered an extra pair of slippers and toiletries. Plus, the shuttle to and from Daxing Airport picks up and drops off at gate 4 on the fourth floor. This place is super convenient for transiting travelers.
My first impression upon entering the hotel was exceptionally comfortable; the lobby was clean and bright. Check-in at the front desk was quick and the staff were friendly, proactively providing information on nearby restaurants and transportation. The room was impeccably clean; the bathroom was spotless and hair-free, the bedding was fluffy and soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very restful night's sleep. Toiletries were complete, hot water was plentiful, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The housekeeping staff provided thorough cleaning daily and responded promptly to any requests. The location is superb, very close to shopping and dining options, and overall, it offers excellent value for money. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose this hotel again next time!
Extremely close to the airport, and the shuttle service was incredibly thoughtful. They pick up right on the hour and drop off on the half-hour. The front desk staff were very helpful, reminding me to confirm my shuttle time for the next day. It only takes less than 30 minutes to get to the airport. The room was huge and fully equipped, much better than I expected – it felt like a significant upgrade from my previous accommodation choices.
Due to a flight delay, I was absolutely exhausted when I arrived at the hotel. As soon as I stepped into the lobby, a lady named Zhao Guangyue from the front office department greeted us. She immediately took our luggage and promptly offered a warm welcome tea. Her tone was genuinely warm, not forced, and in that moment, I truly felt like I had 'come home'.
During check-in, Ms. Zhao Guangyue's professionalism and attentiveness left a particularly deep impression on me. She arranged a quiet room for us and specifically mentioned that we could request an extra set of amenities. Afterwards, she pulled out a notepad and hand-drew a map of nearby breakfast and late-night snack spots around the hotel, meticulously marking walking distances and operating hours, even noting which places offered lighter options. Honestly, this went far beyond the standard front desk service; it was genuine care for people. Such thoughtful and effective service, delivered without a word, is impossible without sufficient professional integrity and empathy.
Now, about the hotel overall. The bedding in the room was skin-friendly and breathable, the shower water pressure was just right, and the soundproofing was excellent; I slept soundly straight through until morning. The breakfast selection was rich, and beyond the standard Western offerings, the local specialty snacks were a delightful surprise. The city skyline view from the window was also very soothing.
After check-out, Ms. Zhao Guangyue thoughtfully asked about my sleep quality the previous night and informed us about the departure time for the hotel's airport shuttle. It truly warmed my heart.
This experience truly made us feel Hilton's 'hospitality' service culture. Especially Ms. Zhao Guangyue from the front office department, she transformed a regular stay into a wonderful memory with a series of seemingly small but perfectly executed gestures. I hope the hotel management sees this review and gives such an outstanding employee the recognition she deserves. The next time I come to Beijing, I will definitely choose this hotel again and will wholeheartedly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Beijing Daxing International Airport to my colleagues and friends.
Thank you to Ms. Zhao Guangyue and the entire hotel team for their efforts in making travelers feel treated with kindness.

The weather in Beijing is very hot. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I felt very cool. The front desk lady was very gentle and attentive. The room was very clean and the air conditioning was very strong. I didn't want to go out of the room. There was a restaurant downstairs and a supermarket opposite, which was very convenient. It was very convenient to order food from the restaurant and have it delivered to the room. In short, I was very satisfied with this stay. I will choose this hotel next time.
Came to Peking University First Hospital, Daxing District with my child for an appointment. It's a convenient 15-minute drive from the hospital! The hotel is very new and comfortable in every way. They even gave us 6 bottles of water, which was a thoughtful touch! The staff also helped us upgrade to a king-size room, much appreciated! Highly recommend it! It's much better value than staying right next to the hospital.
The room was great overall; it was spacious, bright, and quiet. The receptionist was also very helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.
It was originally a good check-in experience: the staff are polite and enthusiastic, internal security requires card swiping, the room is reasonably arranged, the bedding is comfortable, there is a small smart system, the water flow is large and not blocked, and the hygiene is also very good.
But there are two problems:
There is a row of bungalows at the back of the first floor. The doors and windows are directly facing the guest room windows. The guest rooms can be clearly seen from outside, so it is impossible to open the curtains at all.
Secondly, the soundproofing is poor on all sides. You can hear people talking outside the window, making phone calls next door, and talking in the room across the corridor. Especially on the night of April 12, a group of male guests talked loudly to each other in the corridor from 12 to 1 am. The noise was so loud that no one could fall asleep. In the end, guests from other rooms came out to persuade them. So since the sound insulation is very poor, I hope the hotel can do its job to inform and persuade. After all, many people staying here are tired airport passengers.
The room seats are complete, the sanitation is clean, the environment is good, the service is very good, very suitable for friends, couples to leave, the front desk service lady is very good.
