This is the only major hotel in Bengbu that offers pet-friendly rooms! They reserve a few rooms specifically for guests traveling with their beloved pets. For a smaller city, this is incredibly accommodating, as many hotels in smaller cities don't allow pets. For that reason alone, I'd highly recommend Bengbu to pet owners! As a pet-owning family, those who travel with their pets often have higher standards for their lifestyle, and I hope this hotel continues to maintain its pet-friendly policy. I also hope they pay extra attention to the cleanliness of their pet-friendly rooms!

This is a hotel with ”bad value for money”! This is a hotel that will amaze you after you check in! This is a hotel that you will want to come back to after you stay! For me who has traveled all over the world, this is not the most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed in, but it is definitely the hotel I want to stay in the most. Before checking in, I didn't have too much expectation for this price hotel, especially during the Spring Festival, but after checking in, I felt that everything exceeded my expectations. The room layout is reasonable and spacious, the facilities are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the service is superb! Whether it is the reception in the lobby, the handling of the front desk, or the service in the restaurant, it feels like treating guests as family. Too many compliments to give! This is my most thoughtful review of a hotel, and I really want to give the most beautiful likes. During the stay, I flew a drone at the door and sent the photos I took. I wish the hotel a prosperous business! I will come again!

This was the worst Atour hotel experience we've ever had. First, there was a cigarette butt in the bathroom, so much so that the shower smelled of smoke as soon as we opened the door. Second, the elevator was too loud, disturbing us at night. When we called the front desk, they explained that it was the elevator making noise and said they couldn't fix it. Third, starting in the early morning, a child was crying in a room on the second floor, which we could hear clearly from our room. We didn't sleep well all night. This was the worst Atour hotel experience we've ever had, and it didn't match the price at all.

The room is clean and tidy, the layout is simple and atmospheric, the bed is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and it is particularly stable to sleep. The overall lighting is good, the air conditioning and cooling effect is very good. Health is in place, there is no smell, the facilities are complete, and the price is very high. The stay experience exceeded expectations, the first choice for travel accommodation, will come again next time!

Environment: I booked this for a friend. He told me that the hotel has a nice decoration, good environment, good location, abundant greenery, and a park behind it. You can enter the park directly by swiping your room card. The air is fresh in the morning, which is suitable for morning exercises. I would like to highlight the hotel lobby manager, Ms. Gao, for her warm service. She also upgraded the room type and introduced the tourist attractions around Bengbu. I like the hotel for having such professional staff! It deserves praise!

The room was so clean, the public area looked very tidy, the breakfast was of high quality and rich in variety, the room was luxuriously equipped, the parking lot was very convenient, the facilities were perfect, the round table was very convenient for working, there were cocktails and milk tea given to me at the front desk, and what was even more surprising was that there were baked sweet potatoes. I even forgot to take pictures of breakfast. I tried the local specialties, drank spicy soup and ate sesame seed cake with pork tenderloin. The service staff were professional and greeted me after seeing me.

The facilities are very new, the TV and furniture are clean, and the green plants are vibrant! And the sofa, it is so comfortable to curl up on it to watch TV series, and the ashtrays and other small details are also neatly arranged, which shows the care. The location is convenient, and there is no need to worry about eating, drinking and shopping around, and it is easy to travel. The service is also considerate, the front desk is enthusiastic and efficient, and responds to any needs in seconds!! The price-performance ratio is directly full, and I will choose this place next time I come. If you have stayed here, you will know how good it is. I must recommend it to everyone!!
