Good chain hotel, but watch out for the stairs.
It’s a 900m walk from the Haneda express station. You have to carry luggage down stairs under the tracks, so it’s not the most accessible for the elderly or kids. However, the location is great for food with a FamilyMart right outside. Clean rooms, good service, and a nice onsen. Overall, a solid stay.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It's located in Kabukicho, with many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from Shinjuku JR, which is quite convenient. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

Room was small but expected. Best for 1 person as it was hard to move around the room for 2 people. Able to put a luggage below the bed. Note that there isn't any wardrobe but there's a wall hanger for you to hang clothing. Charging ports are on the table or above the bed as shown in the picture. Problem is that when you plug in travel adapter, it's loose and it will drop easily. Overall, it was clean except the cups provided in the toilet to brush your teeth is dirty at the bottom so I had to use the cups provided for drinking. Location is very very good, only 1-2 minutes walk from Asakusa station. ＜10 minutes walk to Takeshita street too. Multiple convenience stores nearby. Towels are changed everyday.

Room maybe small for two but functional, recommend booking a room for individual if you want space

Location is not the most ideal, but Asakusa station is a short enough walk, with more restaurants near Sensoji 

Amenities are basic, contains coin laundry and dryer, communal microwave and vending machine.

Free lounge at level 2 if you need to get work done or relax, free flow drinks in there until closing, just note there is no private booth for sensitive work

A very minimal hotel as advertised. It is clean, staff are friendly, and it is located in Ginza technically.

The down side is that even though we know the room is small, its still smaller than we expected. The room can barely allow for two suitcases to open at the same time.

Travellers should note that the hotel only provide turndown service once a week. Meaning if you stay for less than 5 days you dont get any turndown service although clean towels are provided daily.

The location of the hotel is on the east side od Ginza but in reality closer to Tsukiji than it is heart of Ginza. It's easy to get to the F line metro but you'll have to make a connection if you are heading to main tourists attractions, or walk 13 mins to Ginza line metro.

Overall,for the price they charged, it's probably good value provided. Recommended for those who are on a budget and wants to stay relatively closed to city center (Chuo district) without breaking your bank.

Excellent, absolutely fantastic! The room is quite spacious, with a separate bedroom and other areas, plus a small sofa. The 14th floor has a large public bath, and the 15th floor boasts a rooftop pool with views of both mountains and the sea! (Remember to bring your swimsuit!) The breakfast is also amazing, with tempura, seafood bowls, Oita kamameshi, unlimited spicy mentaiko, and even sparkling wine. The front desk staff can speak Chinese, English, and Japanese, and they offer luggage storage. The lobby has a very stylish design. Plus, there are many super affordable public bathhouses nearby.

This hotel is an annex of AMANEK YULA-RE, granting guests access to the main building's 16th-floor public bath (onsen) and 17th-floor outdoor infinity pool and Jacuzzi.

**Pros:**
1.  **Excellent Location:** It's just a 5-minute walk from the JR station, the bus stop for Fukuoka, and the bus stop for the Beppu Hells. The Fukuoka-bound bus station (located near a shopping mall) is also conveniently reachable within a 10-minute walk.
2.  **Stunning Infinity Pool:** The infinity pool offers breathtaking views, including Beppu Tower, and is perfect for photos. Unfortunately, it rained heavily during my stay, so it was deserted during the day. The operating hours are quite reasonable, covering most of the day during my visit.
3.  **Impressive Lobby & Dining:** The main building's lobby boasts an impressive design. Dining options are available on the first floor, and at 3300 JPY (approximately 160 RMB), the price is quite reasonable, comparable to what you'd expect at a star-rated hotel in China.
4.  **Convenient Amenities & Services:** Shower caps and other amenities are available for collection at the front desk. Luggage storage is also provided.
5.  **Spacious & Quiet Rooms:** Rooms are spacious. The hotel is quiet, ensuring a very good night's sleep.

The hotel is new and the location is great, just across the street from Asahikawa Station. There's also a Komeda cafe about a two-minute walk away, which is much less crowded than the one in Sapporo. I even found a glass mug there that was sold out in Sapporo! It's a good alternative for breakfast if you don't book the hotel's.

My child is seven, so they counted as an adult, and we booked a triple room. It was a bit pricey. It had three mattresses on a raised platform, which was quite spacious. We pushed the mattresses together to free up some space on the platform for our clothes; otherwise, it would have been a tight squeeze.

The bathroom was nice, and the entire room design was very smart. There's a public bath on the rooftop, which my husband and son enjoyed, while I preferred the privacy of soaking in the bathtub in our room.

The lobby has a co-working space and offers complimentary drinks and tea. We encountered a Chinese-speaking staff member during check-in, which was a pleasant experience.

The breakfast was pretty good. On the first day, we had to rush through it to head to Asahidake, but on the second day, we took our time and tried everything.

P.S. My child locked their beloved jelly in the safe and then forgot the code. We had to call a staff member to open it. I spoke English, the staff member spoke Japanese, and my child spoke Chinese. It was quite an adventure with everyone speaking different languages!
