It was located fairly conveniently, there is a bus that would go from Taoyuan Airport all the way over to a bus stop about 10 min walk away. It’s quite close to bus stops but if you want to ride the MTR, you would need to walk about 15-20 mins. The place is very clean, there is a family mart 2 mins away, and if you need parking there is an underground parking lot which cost additional fees to park, it also fills up at night, so if you need it, let front desk know in advance.

The hotel has an excellent location - walking distance to all the major temples and night markets, as well as the wharf.
We enjoyed the second floor’s space to work and free refreshments a lot, it’s such a nice touch!
The laundry on the third floor is free but the dryer is paid (50 NTD in coins - reception is happy to exchange but something to keep in mind if you travel long term and need to do a laundry here).
A few points down because of a few things - firstly, the reception wanted to charge us 200 NTD for an “early” check-in (we arrived after 1pm, check-in is at 3pm) despite the room being clean and ready, which the reception clerk disclosed. We waited on the second floor having coffee so it wasn’t too much trouble, but definitely the first time we experienced this. On the day we were checking out, we got a call from the reception at 10:30, reminding us that the check-out is at 11. We politely accepted this reminder and moved on to further packing, ready to leave by 11. At exactly 11, we got another call from the second clerk, who passive aggressively asked us whether we decided to stay another night or whether we are checking out. By that time we were on our way out the door… perhaps the 2-3 minutes past 11 were not such an inconvenience for them, but definitely left a negative impression on us.

I had a very satisfying stay. The hotel is located in the Ximending commercial district, surrounded by an abundance of restaurants, snacks, and shopping options, making it incredibly convenient for both browsing and finding delicious food. It's about a seven-minute walk from the MRT station, offering easy access to various attractions.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent facilities and good hygiene. The overall environment was clean and tidy, making my stay very pleasant. The bed and amenities were well-maintained, meeting all my resting needs during the trip.

The hotel provides a simple breakfast in the common area every day, making it easy for guests to start their day. Additionally, they thoughtfully offer 24-hour complimentary snacks and drinking water, available at any time, which made me feel truly at home.

Location is just outside the main XiMenDing shopping area. It’s close enough but not as noisy. Plenty of food options around & convenience stalls are plenty.

Decor of the room is a dated but still quite clean. U need to look past the nooks and crannies and inevitable mould. Bed is comfortable and pillows are solid.

Highlight is the bath room which car with a built up tub, like a Japanese onsen. That helped me a lot at night with a good soak.

Official Check-in when booking was 2100hrs, I reached earlier to try my luck but nope, no luck. Only managed to check in after my entire day of activities. At least I could just store my bag here first.

Their lobby also provided some simple snacks and drinks for free.

Toiletries like toothpaste, brush, shaver are to be self-provided. No issues with that. Convenient shops are everywhere. Shampoo n body wash were avail.

The hotel is very close to the night market, and the hygiene is also quite good. It's self-check-in, and I would definitely visit again if I have the chance. The hotel's location is pretty good, very close to Songshan MRT Station. I'll definitely be back.

Overall, it's excellent! Awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome!

The hotel provides a coffee machine and snacks on the first floor, and the overall environment is very satisfying. There's a slight noise when the room's facilities are operating, but considering its convenient location near Fuzhong Station, I would still prioritize staying here for future business trips.

The ground floor offers coffee, cereal, and savory soup dumplings, and all the snacks provided are delicious. There are many shops nearby, making it super convenient to find food. Each room also has its own water dispenser, and the service is friendly. The only minor drawback is the lack of on-site parking, though there are parking lots nearby. Breakfast consists of toast and bread; if you're looking for hot congee or a more substantial breakfast, I'd suggest finding a breakfast place outside.

For this price, the room is quite large and clean, only slightly more expensive than a backpacker's hostel or capsule hotel. The hourly rate makes it ideal for backpackers.
The room had no smoke or other odors.
The bathtub and bidet toilet were a big plus, the water temperature was consistent, and the air conditioning was very comfortable.
Self-check-in was simple and easy to use.
It's very close to Nanya Night Market, with many 24-hour food options.
There are also bus stops nearby, and it's not far from Banqiao Railway Station. It's a quiet place in a bustling area, highly recommended for the price. There's also WiFi and plenty of charging stations.

It's great, I really like it. I love coming here every time. I recommend it to everyone. It's very close to the night market, so it's convenient for eating. The environment is just as good as a regular hotel. Overall, it's great value for money! I'll definitely come again!

I had a wonderful stay at Hub Hotel on Cisian Road, Kaohsiung. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and both the room and common areas were very well maintained, making my stay comfortable and relaxing.

One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its convenient location. It is within walking distance of the night market, making it easy to enjoy local street food, shopping, and experience the lively atmosphere of Kaohsiung.

The hotel offers great value, combining cleanliness, comfort, and accessibility in one place. I truly appreciated the effort put in by the staff to maintain a pleasant environment for guests.

I highly recommend Hub Hotel to anyone visiting Kaohsiung, especially travellers who want a clean and comfortable place to stay while being close to the night market. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The room was very comfortable, and the location was great too. You can walk to the MRT, and it's just two stops to Formosa Boulevard Station. There are 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Watsons nearby, as well as some local snacks.

The room was spacious, simple, and clean. The bathroom was relatively small but perfectly functional. So far, this is the best value-for-money hotel we've stayed at in Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung.

Most of the front desk staff were very sweet, but one had a really bad attitude. She looked annoyed, didn't respond when I said thank you, and seemed quite fierce.

Overall, the experience was very good.

It’s located on 11th floor of the building so you have to look for the hotel sign in front of the building specifically. My room is spacious for 4 persons. We can unfold our bogs at the same time. They have an automatically bidet too. The location is quite good, it’s not far from the mall, convenient store and subway station. Just a few stop to any interesting places. The hotel also provide coffee, tea and ice cream for free all day.
