This hotel is perfectly situated right next to a shopping mall, offering a wide array of shops and restaurants. The famous Water Wall, a popular photo spot, is also nearby, making it the ideal choice for anyone visiting Houston. Overall, the hotel is great, but my only complaint is the air conditioning vent. Instead of being high up, it's about head-height, a roughly 30cm square, and quite noisy – it reminds me a bit of an old window AC unit. It also tends to blow directly on your head while you're sleeping.

A very satisfying stay. The hotel is in a good location, with a long corridor that can shelter from the wind and rain, and it is directly connected to the shopping center opposite, which is very convenient for eating and shopping.

Generally a very good stay for me, however I could hear some kid from upstairs screaming late evening. Fortunately it wasn't in the middle of the night but poor kid.

There is a restaurant downstairs which is very convenient

Well it was Fathers Day night everything was cool no problems straight to the room that next morning I woke up and left the room about 8am give are take how ever some one came in my room with my pregnant girl friend !!! It was very uncomfortable especially being she was naked . No one knocked on the door are nothing keeping in mind check out was until 12 noon

Beyond its good location and a decent lobby, this hotel completely misses the mark on Westin standards. The room was small, but it was the outdated facilities that really stood out—the sink stopper was broken, and the hot water couldn't be regulated. Soundproofing was terrible; you could hear every conversation in the hallway clearly. For two consecutive days, the changed sheets had stains, and the gray blanket on the bed looked visibly dirty. The room's cups always seemed unwashed. While the staff's attitude was okay, my overall experience was extremely disappointing.

The hotel environment is excellent. It's about a ten-minute walk to Flushing's Chinatown main street. They offer free sauna, gym, and a swimming pool. The bottled water, coffee, and tea in the room are also complimentary. The pool opening hours are from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

The room was very average, with old and outdated facilities. The towels were so stiff they could stand upright, and I have pictures to prove it. The security was very high. The hotel didn't offer breakfast, which was very disappointing. There was an older lady from Shanghai at the front desk who was very nice and made me feel very welcome! The bedside lamp in the room was broken and kept flickering, making it unusable!

I had a dreamlike encounter. Fortunately, I had reserved your hospitality earlier in the depths of time. Otherwise, I would not have been able to meet you in the torrent of this weekend. Now, everything is fine and poetic, which has lived up to my long-term expectations and waiting. It is really beautiful.

Very good hotel, the front desk is very patient, the reception is very warm, very close to the exhibition hall, the location is very good, the surrounding is full of dining and coffee shops, there are several attractions around, will choose next time!

The hotel is integrated with many shopping malls. It is very convenient to eat and shop. The hotel has its own facilities. There is only an outdoor swimming pool. The hotel often has meetings and activities, so the price is high, the facilities in the room are OK, but the cleaning and service There is still a gap compared to the five stars.
