Easy access year round so you wont be snowed in or out, yet only 1 hour from Sugar and Beech mountains for your day ski trips! Choose your route up the Saluda pass, or take the easier route into town via Pearson Falls Dr. Either way, highway access is right at the bottom of the driveway. 4WD/AWD/FrontWD vehicles STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to navigate the 500 yard driveway up to the house. The gravel drive is well maintained but steep and rear wheel drive cars can lose traction. In times of inclement weather an AWD vehicle is mandatory for safety.A number of hiking trails are within 10 minutes of the house. Pearson Falls and Melrose Falls are each within 1 mile.
