Larger vehicles, like SUVs or trucks, will find two convenient spots at the bottom of the driveway due to its steep slope. Please be aware that the driveway is VERY steep.***PET POLICY***While we love pets, they are not allowed at this property. If we are made aware of a pet on the property and it was not communicated to us before the reservation we will automatically charge a $500 fee upon check out.***Dish & Kitchen Cleanliness Policy***Guests are required to load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher before checkout. Please avoid leaving an excessive amount of dishes in the sink or on the counter, as this creates extra work for our cleaning team. While it’s fine to leave a few items, the sink and counters should not be left full of dirty dishes. Play some X-box or use it to watch a DVD from our movie library.The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities including coffee maker and coffee, 4-slice toaster, large electric griddle, pots and pans, dinnerware, silverware, blender, glasses, wine glasses, and crockpot. There is an outdoor Weber grill and grilling utensils.Enjoy the close location to famous Downtown Prescott/Whiskey Row with their unique and fun restaurants and shops, live music, and year-round events and festivals.
