"I arrived early and the staff told us to keep the car at hotel car parking with 300yen per hour, which is cheap and let us hassle free leaving the car and start our sight seeing. When we came back to hotel at night, all the luggage was in the room. Super grateful. Very care to kid with kid amenities. The onsen environment is clean and looks new! Close to JR if you travel by railway. Complimentary noodles with Xmas style and free drinks making kid so happy for the stay!"

Service was good because they gave us a different room with two actual beds, just make sure if you book a double room it is with an actual bed and not a bed and a couch.
