SssrsdzryThe most thunder-stepped accommodation in this trip, the night of the stay, called for a long time to come out to receive the staff, the room is not air-conditioned, the breakfast is not delicious, it is said that it is a sea view, the location is close, the room can not see the sea, the place to eat breakfast can see, the room appearance picture is very good, close to see the lack of maintenance, Uninhabited. Look at the rating, it is not reliable.

GGuest UserThe facility was clean and quiet. It is in a nice neighborhood within close driving distance to all of the Hilo attractions. The desk person had helpful suggestions for local restaurants and activities. My wife and I stayed for a weekend, and recommend Arnott's. It's a great pace for under $200 per night.

GGuest UserTremendous space & person! I arrived late (after 8pm) as a surprise for my Family Reunion & so after dinner. The caretaker met me kindly after I got into the door (clear & simple instructions were given) to help me to get my bearings, carry my 2 carryons to my room & lead me to my room. He also provided a cold bottle of water, MUCH appreciated! I found the place to be very clean, spacious & well-organized with simple instructions in the bathroom, kitchen & shared spaces. I appreciate the simplicity & cleanliness, while still giving me my space! TY again for this last-minute booking that turned into a true treasure for myself as an introvert needing space, cleanliness & simplicity. Mahalo & May ke Akua bless U always! Dawn
