"This hostel absolutely deserves five stars! The location is fantastic; there's a bus stop right outside, making it super convenient to get to attractions and shopping areas. The common areas are clean and tidy, with cozy and stylish decor. It's really comfortable to chat with friends or read there in the evenings. The owner and other guests are super friendly and enthusiastic; they'll recommend authentic local food and off-the-beaten-path activities, and we even had great conversations. The owner even took photos for us – they're quite good and it was such a heartwarming gesture! Plus, there's an adorable chubby little dog. The beds are comfortable, with just the right firmness in the mattress, and the blankets are clean and odor-free. The soundproofing is also good, ensuring a great night's sleep. The washrooms and toilets are cleaned daily, and hot water is available 24/7, which is more than enough. It offers incredible value for money, and staying here feels just like being at home. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!"

"Honestly, I was quite disappointed. Based on the photos, the common area looks great: bright, welcoming, with what seems to be a nice social space and a beautiful bar. In reality, when you arrive, you realize that this is just the reception, and it doesn’t look the same at all. It feels like the photos were heavily edited or filtered. There is no bar on the right side as shown; instead, there was a guy sitting at the reception with all his personal belongings, watching TV. There are no bar chairs, no real common space, and no area designed to meet people, which is one of the main reasons for staying in a hostel. I was traveling solo, and I ended up paying more than I would have paid in another hotel, for a lower-quality room and with no pleasant common space or bar at all. On top of that, a guy from the reception entered my room without warning, without knocking, and woke me up during the morning. He was lost and thought I was supposed to check out that day, which was incorrect. He didn’t apologize or warn me before entering. There was no proper heating or air conditioning. Either it was not available or it was turned off to save energy or money, but the room was very cold. My room had no window, and most of the rooms don’t have windows either. Overall, for the price, I was really disappointed."

"I had the best time here! Although my stay was very short, I enjoyed the time I spent here in the hostel. Everybody was so kind and welcoming to me. We even played Uno for many hours in the evening and we all had an amazing time. The dorm is very clean and organized and the bathrooms are so nice and spacious. I really like how clean the tile floors are. It's very easy to walk around and feel comfortable. And the kitchen is nice because somebody's always cooking in there. It feels like a home away from home. The view from the window is quite beautiful as well. And there's lots of cute kitties in this dorm hanging out, that you can pet and play with. And I like that the dorm room isn't overcrowded either. I met lots of nice people here. The volunteers at the hostel are very nice and they even help me find activities to do and help me figure out how to get there and what bus to take and lots of details for me. It was so nice that they were so willing to help me and they really went above and beyond to make sure that I had a good time while I was there. I was even able to store my suitcase here for a small fee while I traveled to another city. So convenient! I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in the city!"

"Environment: The room has four people and six people, very comfortable and clean, and there is a ”tea bag” on the bedside to smell sleep aid. Service: I was too rushed, I left things in the Youth Hostel, and I contacted the boss to reply in a timely manner. I patiently helped to send the courier back and would take pictures to confirm the items repeatedly. After booking, call the boss to communicate the check-in time, plus the contact information vx, and also sent a food and travel punch card guide, very intimate, and will send a guide map to tell the location of the Youth Hostel. Facilities: There is a sofa in the living room and a small balcony to dry clothes Hygienic: clean, and often do hygiene, such as other roommates after bathing, drag the water on the floor to dry."

"This is the second youth travel I have come to Guilin. I have been selected according to the high score. I didn’t expect this to be a treasure youth travel. The living room and balcony are oversized. The balcony also has a stone double sink. It is very convenient to wash and dry clothes. The bed is not tide at all. This is too friendly to me, a northerner. And the passenger flow is very large, see the boss sister, the bed check out seriously disinfected, there is no luxurious decoration and strong fake feelings photos here, there is a real comfortable and real stay experience, really serious boss sister, let me come back from resource county later did not book a ticket, I lived here again and transferred. Thank you for the beautiful encounter during the trip. I came back for a lot of days and remembered to evaluate it. I shared it with my friends who went to Guilin. Unfortunately, I didn’t expect the evaluation at that time. I didn’t take pictures."

"Even during our stay we never saw anybody in reception, they managed to leave us a lovely paper note written in english with our key, that was a very cute detail from them. Most of everything is self service and you pay with wechat if you need a bier o whatever. The cleaning is ok, it needs more deep cleaning but is ok. As other similar hotels in this city, the smell to cigarrete in the room is there sticked to everything. Free towels in the reception (you will need to translate it to realise of it) The air con of our room was working sometimes. just 100 m away you can take a direct bus to the north station. If you dont know how to read chinese, The entrance was quite diffiicult to find it. Just go to the end of the halley and then turn right."

"The first time I stayed in a youth hostel, objective evaluation, no praise. The hostel is located on the top floor of the commercial and residential building. The duplex structure has a total of 4 floors, with a terrace for drying clothes, and a washing machine (2 yuan per time). The two rooms I booked are on the 2nd floor. One has large windows, better lighting and ventilation, and the other is more depressed. The room has its own bathroom, the facilities are general, the socket is insufficient, the light is dark, and the bedding is clean. Self-driving can park the car in the basement, spend 30 yuan overnight, charge by the hour during the day, and park on the parking space marked with operating parking spaces, there are not many locations. This time I stayed for two nights, combined with the moving price, the recommendation is not high and it is a temporary transition for people to stay."

"Perfect for a dee nights the environment is comfortable and cozy even when in rainy season! The receptionist is super nice and although she is not there all the time you can contact her easily vía WeChat! Amazing stay!"

"The price is cheap, the house is old, there is no elevator on the 7th floor, and the air conditioner is switched on and off at a scheduled time. It starts and stops every few minutes. After starting, the sound is very loud and whirring, and then suddenly stops after a few minutes...I am a person who wakes up easily. I'm going to collapse. I can't sleep at all. I won't consider staying here next time."
