洗漱：衞生間與洗澡間各自獨立，乾淨。有專人 ＜
洗澡間配備了洗髮水和沐浴露。很貼心的。
房間裏：女生八人間寬敞，不憋悶。床鋪清一色白色，乾淨整潔。被褥枕套，一客一消毒，可不種一客一洗的被褥啊。住着真的很放心。
衣服洗用：有洗衣機，洗衣粉可以清洗衣服，夏服臟了隨換隨洗。有晾衣處，衣架夠用。
景點：位置離景點較好，坐車隨處可到。步行可去然帶公園，金沙灣觀海處。
飲食：住處附近有大超市好幾個，步行鍛鍊可達
商場。出門幾步有飲食街，有賣菜賣肉，賣飯的，真心的便宜，還能保證吃飽。
老闆嘛：人很好，善良可愛。易溝通。總之，性價比很高的啦，歡迎來此居住。不足：
如果八人間放張桌子，網速再快點就更好了。如果衹是上網聊天看視頻，網絡還可以。專業用網感覺網速慢了點。

"The homestay introduced to me by a friend is very convenient to go to the sea and watch the sunrise and sunset in a village very close to the sea. ～ The homestay can rent a small eDonkey. It is not too cool to ride a small eDonkey on the island!
The house is very warm and has a feeling of home. You can chat with friends from all over the first floor while eating. The shopkeeper is very enthusiastic and invites us to eat local tropical fruits and small snacks made by themselves.
Heishiyu is very suitable for p people like me who travel without brains, because the shopkeeper of the rice ball sent us a guide, recommended Pazhou attractions and town food, you can also follow the shopkeeper to catch the sea. If you are too lazy to go out for food, you can also eat in the homestay. The chef Ayong cooks deliciously, which is the taste of home-cooked food."

The hotel is conveniently located just 9km from Zhanjiangbei Railway Station and 41km from Zhanjiang Wuchuan International Airport. Keeping busy is easy, with Cunjin Bridge, Beiqiao Park and Chikan Old Street all nearby. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.
"A rather below-average hostel, even compared to other hostels and youth hostels in China. The bathroom and the dormitory weren't particularly clean. There was apparently no drinking water, no kettle, and no kitchen, or at least no stovetop and sink. However, I didn't actively ask for these things. I had to wait a while for check-in, as no one showed up at reception for a long time, despite my WeChat message (I couldn't call, unfortunately). The building itself is quite run-down.
On the positive side: a towel was provided (unfortunately a wrapped disposable towel, not very sustainable), there was a working air conditioner, a hairdryer, reasonably good Wi-Fi, and a washing machine upstairs, which I didn't use; there was also plenty of space to hang clean or otherwise wet laundry, including lots of hangers.
Furthermore, the accommodation is well-located if you want to spend time in the lively old town.
Next time, though, I would probably book a hotel room for only a little more."

GGuest UserThe service of the drop-off was very good very early, the hotel room rate was not expensive, I felt very comfortable, the rooms were clean and tidy, the decoration was relatively novel, the facilities were complete, all the details were done very well, the reception staff at the front desk had a good service attitude and was responsive. This time, it’s good to live here, and there is a free pick-up service. It’s about 10 minutes drive. It’s good.

The room is in good condition, there is an elevator, clean and tidy, the parking lot is spacious, and the price is high. There is a small supermarket downstairs in the hotel, and there are restaurants nearby next door. It is a good place to take a long-distance bus.

From the timely pick-up service, to the efficient check-in at the front desk, to the quiet environment of the room, and finally to the sufficient parking space, every link makes people feel worry-free and comfortable. The hotel obviously listened to the opinions of the guests, and did very well, the room was very quiet, I asked the front desk to know that the original hotel did a comprehensive sound insulation in September 2025, it had to be great, give the hotel a thumbs up, this hotel is worth recommending.

Hygiene: Hurry up and clean, go out is mainly afraid of this, this hotel has nothing to say, the quilt is new at first glance, the ground is bright, no hair, very good.
Environment: There is a place to eat nearby Leizhou flavor is not bad, mainly parking is very convenient, the security brother is very enthusiastic to arrange the location for us, there are shared electric cars at the door, travel is very convenient.
Service: The service at the front desk really didn't have to say, especially enthusiastically introduced us to the surrounding food and fun, never touched such a good hotel!

GGuest UserThe first time I passed by Leizhou Xiaoxie, the hotel was newly renovated. The lobby was exquisite, stylish, and convenient for parking. It was near the Maodegong Drum City Scenic Area. It was tens of meters away from the gas station and the charging pile. It was very convenient to put the car there and charge back to the hotel. There are many foods near the hotel.

GGuest User還沒打准考證的時候我就提前訂了房間，當天中午到他和我說沒有我的訂單號，後來認真查了，原來他們給我的訂單點了入住，所以沒有給我留房。（也就是說我人還沒到他們就提前點了入住）他們後來解決的方案是給我收拾一間他們平時偶爾休息不對外開放的客房，當時附近全都沒房了，我就認了。整體來說衛生環境很差，被子很薄有味道，被套被煙頭燙了一個洞，房間裏還有股味道，那些犄角旮旯是泛黃的。不知道是給我的房間是這樣子還是所有的房間都是這樣子。男老闆的服務態度是很好的，積極解決問題，態度打滿分，但是以後工作人員還需認真核對信息，環境有待加強。祝生活愉快！
