"I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hostel! The facilities are top-notch and the environment is very well-maintained, but what truly stands out is the staff. On my first night, I struggled to sleep due to a loud snorer in my room. When I brought this up the next morning, the team was incredibly understanding and professional—they seamlessly moved me to a different room without any hassle. I’ve slept like a baby ever since! A special mention to the lady at the front desk—she is so kind and always greets you with a warm smile and a sweet 'Merci.' It’s those small, genuine interactions that made me feel so welcome in Paris. This place is proof that a hostel can be both high-quality and full of heart. Highly recommended!"

"Accessible, well-located, well-equipped, well-structured, good service. The kitchen area is clean and adequate in case you want to prepare a menu. A little gem in the middle of the city. For independent travelers, backpackers, young couples of all ages, practical accommodation, the price-to-price ratio is adequate."

"The location is good near to the Eiffel Tower. Near to metro Station. The room was clean and bathroom also clean. But the smell from the drainage leak to the room. And the heater is not working. The room was too cold to sleep. You have to cover your head to keep yourself warm and fall asleep. Suggest to check the heater."

"The staff was the best. It is located in a busy area so there’re many restaurants around. You need towels and to arrange your bed sheets for your bed. The second floor bed is very flimsy and squeaky. So be careful when you sleep upstairs. It’s very cautious to turn around on the bed. There are lack of outlets in the room."

"There are paid luggage lockers available on Level 6 near the café area. I rented a medium-sized locker, as the large lockers were sold out. However, there was no clear indication of the locker dimensions prior to purchase. After completing the payment, I realized that the medium locker was not large enough to accommodate my 24” luggage. As a result, I had no alternative but to leave my luggage in a corner of the room. I returned to the property to check in at approximately 8:30–9:00 PM. Upon approaching the front desk, the staff member informed me that her shift had ended and that her colleague was scheduled to take over. However, her colleague was not present at the counter and was reportedly at the Level 6 café, as seen on the CCTV monitor. I was asked to wait for more than 10 minutes, and in total, the process took approximately 15 minutes before she eventually assisted with registering my passport. While I appreciate that she completed the check-in for me, I was unclear why the registration could not have been handled immediately, as it only required a few minutes. Additionally, the staff member who was scheduled to be on duty did not appear during this time. Overall, the room was clean, and I particularly like the curtains, which provided good privacy. Theres spaces to keep our shoes and luggages in the room, and remember to bring a lock padif you worried things might get stolen. The shared bathrooms were maintained at an acceptable level of cleanliness. I had a pleasant four-night stay, and the location is very convenient, with easy access to the metro. However, there are a few areas for improvement. It would be beneficial to have a small pantry area where guests could sit, relax, or have their meals. Providing basic amenities such as a microwave and a water kettle would also enhance the overall guest experience."

"1. **Convenient and Safe Location**: The metro station is just 100-200 meters away, and it's situated in the relatively affluent 12th arrondissement of Paris. 2. **Great for Shopping**: Within walking distance, you'll find Auchan, Monoprix, and the value-for-money king, Lidl. In the mornings, there's also a market right outside selling fresh fruits and vegetables. 3. **Cleanliness**: The place is spotless and well-maintained. 4. **Free Luggage Storage**: You can store your luggage for free both before check-in and after check-out. 5. **Kitchen Facilities**: There's a communal kitchen with shared cutlery, plates, an oven, microwave, kettle, and more, making it easy to cook. 6. **Spacious Wardrobe**: The wardrobe in the room is large enough to fit a 28-inch suitcase (which typically holds around 23kg of luggage)."

"It was perfect!! I loved it the location is great it has a supermarket near by and they also have a dining area which you can buy something form the supermarket and eat. The rooms are small but great . If I go again in Paris I’ll definitely stay again in this hotel!"

"It was one of the most affordable options for me and i set my expectations according to it. Beds were actually old and not very comfy but as not a picky person it was ok for me. Temperature inside room was quite good. The real problem is power outlets, we all shared the same one and it was dislocated and needs repair. It was nice to have your own toilet/shower for the room. It is a bit far from the center but you can use public transportation, there are few nearby, but also it was near one of the tourist attractions which was also the view for our room O. So, if u gonna stay short and not very picky it is a good option!"
