"Good plugs by each bed. Very , very tired !
Floors covered in hair, 5th floor for me and no lift and after long days walking or with heavy bags.... Pot luck. No towel offered, staff friendly, there is also a room to keep your bags once you've left even for up to 24 hours. Mattress comfortable but sheets were dirty also. No staff to tell at the time on reception and had a sheet which I used instead of as a duvet as the mattress cover and then my sleeping bag. Bathroom stank sadly, on the top floor, fann didn't work. Needs a lot of love but for the price in Paris... Meh.
Lovely area to wander and well connected, a really cool vinyl bar near by easily findable on Google."

"I stayed here for a solo trip over the New Year's holiday. The location was super convenient, about 1.5km from the main city center, including Notre Dame Cathedral.
Typical for Europe, there was no elevator, and my room was on the 4th floor, so going back and forth between my room and the kitchen in the basement was quite a hassle."

"The neighborhood is not the most trustworthy, but the hotel is great for its price. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is perhaps a bit old but adequate. There is coffee in reception and glass bottles to bring water to the room, both regular and sparkling. They store your bags without any problem."

"The environment is excellent and the location is superb, with a subway station just a short walk away. This is by far the best European hostel I've stayed in. The rooms are large and even have a balcony. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and a hairdryer and clothes dryer are all provided. The bed space is quite generous, with a curtain, charging port, and a small locker. Downstairs, there's a kitchen and lounge area. There are many Chinese guests, so there's a high chance you'll be assigned a Chinese roommate. During the off-season, it might not be full, which would make for an even better stay."

"The hotel is right in front of a bus stop, but it's not connected to major tourist attractions or train stations. You'll have to walk a bit to get there.

After booking for two nights, my itinerary changed and I was informed and agreed to cancel the first night. However, this did not seem to be communicated, and upon check-in, I was told, ”We were about to cancel, you're lucky.” I think it's important to speak up if you're told something inaccurate."

"The website shows one address, when I arrived at this hostel, I was sent to the next one - 3 minutes walk away from the center, in my hostel they charged me an additional 3 euros as a membership fee, since they are a non-profit organization. although this is not indicated on the website. We were allowed to leave our things. A simple breakfast is included - some buns and yogurt, a shower in the room, a toilet on the floor. I was told that Wi-Fi only works in the lobby, but the signal reached me. a large hall, many tables, a kettle and a microwave oven."

For towel they take deposits. Service is amazing and very friendly staff but very straightforward. If you book from trip.com they then take extra service charge when you check-in (may be 10%)."

On the other hand, cleaning was sometimes lacking, and the cleanliness of the shower room and toilets in particular was inconsistent. Also, the attitude of the staff varied from person to person, and they were sometimes cold, which was disappointing. Furthermore, the noise in the shared dormitory late at night can be a concern, so earplugs may be necessary to stay comfortably."

GGuest UserShowers: The communal shower on the fourth floor feels more spacious, has a larger showerhead, and hooks, compared to the one in the room.
Storage: Card payment is more convenient; you might not have coins. It's a maximum of 9 euros per day (remember to enter the locker number first, then the password when opening later).
Supermarket: There's a chain supermarket, bookstore, and coffee shop nearby, across the street.
Roommates: Mostly from neighboring European countries, very pleasant to chat with.
Kitchen: You can boil water. Chinese guests might want to buy bottled water from the supermarket as the tap water has a slight taste. You can also heat baguettes, and all sorts of cutlery are available.

__WeChat52621****Excellent 👍 it feels just like home. The kitchen is huge and offers a lot of delicious food and cooking supplies. You just need to buy some eggs, vegetables, and staples; they provide everything else. The pasta, sauces, tomatoes, and all the ingredients are incredibly well-stocked!

The rooms are neat and clean, and it seems like they have a generator, which many cities do. It's definitely worth staying here.

XXiangxiangingThis is my second time in France, and my second time at this hostel. It's no longer just a budget-friendly option for me, but rather a safe haven in France. Two years ago, as a young and fearless traveler, this was my very first stop abroad, despite not having much money or courage. But from the moment I walked in, the front desk greeted me warmly, which is why I chose to come back again, to relive those memories. Everything is great, the place is very clean, and the beds are large and look quite upscale, with railings, privacy curtains, and floor-to-ceiling windows – everything is super comfortable. There's also a really cheap supermarket and a burger joint right next door. I wish the hostel all the best!

GGuest UserAmazing to be literally round the corner from Sacré Coeur but sad not to have a view! We stayed in a private room with own bathroom and kitchenette. It was a good size, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The TV didn’t work but we didn’t need it. The shower was a squeeze to get in but lovely and warm with two shower heads and plenty of hot water. The communal areas were scruffy, the garden a bit disappointing, and we didn’t feel part of the main hostel or told anything about that on arrival. We thought we’d booked breakfast but were told not. Also thought there was a cafe on site and saw people eating there but again were advised to go for breakfast elsewhere! Check in and out were easy but I wouldn’t say it was great customer service! For what we needed - a private room in a nice area it was good. Two flights of stairs were a lot though!!

TTraveller101The hostel is located right next to two of the main railway stations which was great for my travel plans. The stuff is really nice and helped me carry the luggage as one of the lifts is broken. Cleanliness could be better d. Ex there was a contact lense on the shelf of my bed but I do not use any. The hotel is a bit older, so there were some moldy spots in the bathroom, also the floor has some wear-and-tear signs. As other people wrote due to the club downstairs it can be a bit noisy. I think it is a great value for money in an expensive city with limited space, it is not a place I would stay to relax and recharge .

MM319699****Let me preface this by saying I booked in January, so it might have been less crowded, which probably made for a better experience. As a solo traveler staying for 3 nights, I was initially a bit nervous about booking a hostel, but it exceeded all my expectations. The hostel isn't far from the subway exit, making it convenient to get to various attractions, and the walk there feels safe, with parents picking up kids and people out for a run. There's also a river outside the hostel, offering a nice view.
The front desk is on the first floor, next to a restaurant and bar. Their burgers are good, and guests get a discount. There's also a lounge. On Saturday, while eating, I noticed three burly men guarding the first floor, which made me feel very secure.
I booked a bunk bed, and the mattress was quite soft. The bedding was clean, and each bunk had a curtain, charging port, and reading light. Pulling the curtain and turning on the light created a happy little private space. There's a sink in the room, and each floor has separate men's and women's restrooms and showers, which are cleaned every morning, so the environment is quite good. The shower faucets dispense water for a set period after pressing, likely to conserve water. The front desk provides free towels, which you can return to the recycling bin at the front desk after use.
