"The location is quite nice surround by nice local restaurants and shops. Alao closed to metro. The hostel have a kitchen so you can cook easy meal. They have TV, vending machine, sofa at ground floor. In your room toilet and shower furnished. they are very clean and well cleared everyday. There is no elevator so It's hard to bring big luggage."

"Can't fault the location, you're straight in the heart of Montmartre, super handy for exploring Paris 18e. Staff were also really friendly and helpful the whole time we were there. Unfortunately that's about where the good stuff ends. Cleanliness wasn't great even tho bed and towels were fine, but we walked into our private room with odd marks all over the wall, some pretty weird stains on the bathroom tiles, a wobbly toilet that clearly hadn't been fixed properly, marks in the shower, the wall lights above the bed were also busted when we arrived, the upper part of the shower system was broken and leaking the entire time The real kicker though was no hot water at all for our full five-night stay, cold showers every single day, not exactly ideal. And because the water was down, the laundry facilities were basically useless too, so that extra ”perk” wasn't really an option. Also, despite it being banned, a few guests from different rooms and dorms were smoking as well, which didn't help the overall experience. The photos on Trip.com look nice and fresh, but they're clearly way out of date as the place looks a bit tired and worn in real life, matching the state of our room. Honestly it's a real shame, because if they sorted the maintenance and got the hot water back up and running, we'd happily come back... the location and the staff genuinely are the best bits of this place."

"There's some noise and mess due to ongoing construction. The housekeepers consistently try their best to keep the rooms clean. The owner seems to be the problem. The restaurant in the basement only has one microwave and a fridge, that's it. It feels like eating at a construction site. Since refunds and changes aren't allowed, I'd advise checking everything thoroughly before paying."

"This was my first time staying in a hostel in Paris, and definitely it was a pleasant experience. This place is very convenient if you’re traveling via train, Gare du Nord as its few minutes walk. The room itself was tidy and clean (I stayed in a dorm of 4, mixed), only not comfortable when staying during summer heatwave and you forgot how Paris can be humid and too hot! Although, the breakfast compensated for my sleepless night, and for the value I paid for, it is still worth it."

"Great location, right by the subway exit. However, I have to complain about the water. Showering was a nightmare – you had to constantly press the button, and the water pressure was terrible. For my last night of a three-night stay, there was no hot water at all. The sink water was also barely a trickle; it took forever to even fill a cup to brush my teeth. The room wasn't cleaned during my stay if no one checked out, and the trash wasn't emptied either. When I checked in, I specifically asked for a room not facing the street, but after dragging my luggage upstairs, I found out it was indeed a street-facing room, and it was incredibly noisy. Non-street-facing rooms seem to be very rare here."

"Accessible, well-located, well-equipped, well-structured, good service. The kitchen area is clean and adequate in case you want to prepare a menu. A little gem in the middle of the city. For independent travelers, backpackers, young couples of all ages, practical accommodation, the price-to-price ratio is adequate."

"Friendly staff, Great area, basic typical bedrooms with windows. There is a sweet local farmers market on Sunday a block away. Many places to see great cafes near and walk 15, 20 min to Notre-Dame Cathedral."

"I stayed here for 4 nights and was assigned to an upper bunk bed. On the second night, after two guests checked out, I noticed there were available lower beds and asked the staff if I could move. Initially, I was told to come back the next morning to arrange the change. However, when I returned, another staff member told me that I could not move because the hostel was fully booked. This was confusing, as there was clearly at least one lower bed available. What made the experience disappointing is that the lower bed remained empty for the rest of my stay, yet my request was still not accommodated. The communication between staff was inconsistent, and the handling of the situation felt unprofessional. Overall, while the stay itself was acceptable, this experience reflected a lack of flexibility and coordination in customer service."
