Hotel near Huilongguan/Tiantongyuan Area,Beijing
No. 10 of Hot Spring Hotels in Beijing
"The hotel's overall ambiance is fantastic, perfect for a family vacation. The rooms are very comfortable and allow for great relaxation. The real highlight is the hot spring pool in the courtyard, where you can enjoy a small soak under the moon and flowers. However, booking a room with a private hot spring is also highly recommended. The courtyard pool isn't particularly large, and it can get a bit crowded during peak hours. It felt like there were many foreigners vacationing here; I heard various languages being spoken all around. It's almost like you can practice your listening and speaking skills while on vacation! The hotel breakfast is also delicious. After a hot spring dip the day before, enjoying breakfast lazily in the sun-filled restaurant is incredibly comfortable. While it might not be a lavish spread, it perfectly meets your needs. However, it seems the hotel doesn't have a fixed restaurant for lunch or dinner. If you want to eat Chinese food or dinner, you'll need to go out or order takeout. The good news is that the hotel isn't too far from the commercial area, so anything you want to eat can be delivered. The friendly staff at the front desk and the robot helper will bring your takeout to your room. Enjoying your meal while looking at the beautiful courtyard view, or even taking your food to eat in the courtyard, is a wonderful experience. The overall design and layout of the courtyard are very tasteful. The long corridors are perfect for photos. Conveniently, booking a room includes a complimentary travel photo shoot. We were able to capture some commemorative images of our vacation. The photographer was very skilled and knew the courtyard's layout well, seemingly providing dedicated support services for this hotel. He really helped us get some satisfying photos!"

Hotel near Tian'anmen Square and Wangfujing Area,Beijing
Beijing Dazhu Youlan Hotel is located in Bensi Hutong, Dongcheng District, surrounded by Wangfujing and Tiananmen, with convenient shopping and transportation. The hotel is themed on orchids, and the names of the guest rooms are all derived from ancient orchid poems. To meet the comfort of modern people, each room is equipped with a hot spring pool, a full set of tea sets and floor heating throughout the room. The courtyard is surrounded by water and rocks, and the flowers are fragrant. The courtyard has both Thai charm and Chinese simplicity. Living in a century-old alley, staying in the "Orchid" courtyard, watching flowers and listening to the rain, is comfortable and leisurely.

"Not your normal usual hotel, once you step in, the relaxation vibes kicks in, with a beautiful garden, 2 cats, a sakura tree and all the greeneries surrounding it. The location is superb, walking distance to wang fujing and less than 5 mins walk to dengshikou metro, it’s a truly a hidden gem. Room was spacious and courtyard room comes with a spa tub… the aunty comes to clean the room every day without fail and things are kept tidy and clean. Breakfast was awesome, buffet spread and a good mix of Chinese local food and western, the staff are always there to help. Quick response from the hosts via WeChat and always helpful to answer any questions including food recommendation etc… feels at home and always looking forward to be back after a long tiring day! If I ever visit Beijing again, will only stay here!"

Hotel near Xiang Mountain, Badachu Scenic Spot,Beijing
"This is a resort that combines a spa and a hotel, located very close to Xiangshan (Fragrant Hills). **Facilities:** Quite new and clean, and the bathing area is also very good. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. The bedding and pillows in the room were very clean, and the floor was also relatively clean. **Service:** The staff had a good attitude and were very responsive to requests. Anything we needed was delivered to the room. **Seasonal fruits and snacks:** There were watermelons, cantaloupes, etc. **Double hot spring leisure experience (including sweat steam and salt steam):** There are two pools, one with a slightly higher temperature. The resting area isn't very spacious, but luckily it wasn't too crowded, so it was quite comfortable."

According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

"I have to say, Yudao Tangyuan is a truly amazing themed hotel! I brought my whole family, including seniors and children, and the experience was fantastic! The accommodations are traditional Old Beijing courtyards, very distinctive! It has its own hot spring, making it convenient to soak, and you can even see the Great Wall while you're in the spring! I also want to give a special thanks to Manager Li from the hotel. After an elderly family member had a sudden incident after a sauna, experiencing a non-stop nosebleed, Manager Li immediately arranged for a vehicle to take them to the medical office and accompanied us throughout the entire process. Soon, my family member's condition improved. All the staff at the hotel are warm and polite! The Tangyuan is also very close to the Great Wall entrance, making it convenient to get around. We definitely have to come back to Yudao Tangyuan for a second visit!"

"This hotel is very good. The price is not too expensive, but the room is very comfortable and clean (see my photo below). The girl at the front desk looks cool, but her attitude is very good! In addition, the male manager is also very helpful. I said that the TV can't watch TV programs, and he helped me to fix it. It took almost 20 minutes to fix it. The attitude is very good! This hotel also has a hot spring and massage (extra charge). The disadvantage is that it is far from the subway station, about 25 minutes walk. I will stay here again next time I have the opportunity to go to Beijing!"

"He misty rain, leisurely nanshan nanshan" misty rain vacation home stay facility is located in the haidian west mountain foothills of Dr Yeung village, with only one mountain botanical garden be, according to legend for the song dynasty star six Yang lang station troops training. Misty rain combined with local historical background of nanshan, and fully tap the song dynasty architectural and cultural elements, resume its buildings crowing everywhere in life, build private soup hot spring the small courtyard in the song dynasty, "MAO eaves are low, the stream on the green grass, the water vast, month on shade Long". "Bamboo rod straw shoe light horse, a domain misty rain in my life."

"Stepping into the hot spring, the steam slowly rose over the bluestone, and I looked up to see green mountains and bamboo shadows. The water temperature was perfectly set at 41 degrees Celsius, and the scent of herbs mingled with the steam. We leaned against the pool wall, neither of us speaking – the mist enveloped the bluestone, and above us were verdant hills, flowing clouds, and the warm spring water infused with herbal fragrance, making us completely relax. In the evening, we scattered rose petals 🌹 and watched the sunset paint the mountain peaks red, with a sky full of stars above, a sight rarely seen in the city. A gentle mountain breeze blew, and the warmth from the hot spring enveloped our bodies, a warmth that seemed to seep out from our very bones. We soaked until almost 11 PM, reluctant to leave. The guesthouse front desk also mentioned hiking, so we quickly put on our sneakers and headed out. We reached halfway up the mountain just in time for sunset, and the twilight glow was incredibly vibrant, almost surreal – it was absolutely breathtaking 🫧✨. On our way down, we passed a cherry orchard 🍒. You can pick cherries there in May and June. Just imagining the branches laden with bright red fruits in a while makes me want to come back and try them. The guesthouse courtyard also offers tea brewing around a fire and making aromatherapy wax melts, truly living life like a poem. Escaping the city for the weekend to soak in the hot springs and simply relax here is just wonderful!~"

The site where the hotel is located, was built by Beijing Beizhong Real Estate Group Co. The hotel is located in the core location of the scenic Haidoushan Forest Nature Reserve at an altitude of 935 meters, about 90 minutes drive to the main city of Beijing, a comfortable driving radius. The hotel adopts a low-rise, high-density “mountain village” style building layout, semi-open building courtyard built on the mountain, not only showing the cultural characteristics of the Beijing courtyard, but also not breaking the mountain type, not to take away the mountain view. The hotel's cozy and comfortable guest rooms are reasonably planned according to the landscape and area of different directions, and each stay will bring you different surprises. Standing in front of the window, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of blue sky, sea of forests and snow plains of Yanshan Mountain Range, and feel the quietness far away from the hustle and bustle of the city from a close distance. The hotel has received many athletes and accompanying officials from many countries.

"I love coming here every time I ski. The facilities are excellent, and it's where the Winter Olympics were held, so staying in the athletes' rooms is a unique experience. The service is also great. My child got sick while skiing this time, and Manager Wang Xiaojing handled it very flexibly, providing excellent service that made us feel so warm. We'll definitely come back again!"

KKankanjingjingdeLocated in the core boutique homestay area of Badaling Shifo Temple, it is the best of the best. Every corner is noble and elegant. The exquisite decoration and top facilities complement each other, as if you are in an art palace. The rooftop of the homestay is equipped with an open-air swimming pool, swings, and teahouses, which are suitable for children to play and adults to relax. Each courtyard has its own characteristics, as well as private hot springs, saunas and other facilities. It is very close to the Water Gate Great Wall, with a beautiful and quiet environment, suitable for parents and children or couples to relax and play during the holidays. It is a particularly good experience and recommended!

FFreya0226I've been to Gubei four or five times, and this is my second stay at Gubei Zhiguang Hotel. This trip and stay were both very satisfying. As soon as I booked the hotel, Connie, the assistant lobby manager, contacted me to inform me about the parking location and the specific procedures for entering the scenic area and checking in. When we checked in, they even gave a doll to my child. The hotel package included a double dinner. I thought it would be ordinary food, but it was surprisingly amazing! We ate there for two days, and the dishes were different each time. The hotel breakfast was also very rich. The bed in our room was very soft and comfortable to sleep in. Any issues I had, Connie quickly resolved them for me. Plus, hotel guests get an 18% discount on meals within the scenic area. I do have two suggestions: First, it might be a special period for the hotel, but during the air conditioning adjustment period, our room had no cooling. It was quite hot these past two days. However, Connie brought a fan, which solved the problem well. Second, breakfast is from 7-10 am. I personally think it's a bit early. On vacation, people tend to sleep in, so setting an alarm just for breakfast is a bit much. I hope it can be extended until 11 am. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I will choose this place again next time.

GGuest UserThis is a fantastic place to stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Universal Studio Beijing because it's very close to the park and offers a shuttle service by the hotel staff. The Harry Potter-themed decor makes this place unique, worthwhile, and truly memorable. Each room has bathrobes and equipment available for free loan to the park, which is a major highlight. The elderly staff member was very attentive, cheerful, and even drove us to the park or train station. There's a 500 yuan deposit required for check-in, which is refundable upon check-out. The place is located quite deep in a village, with no restaurants or food options nearby. If you plan to stay here, you'll need to eat your fill or bring your own supplies.

MMeiyincidufuHighly, highly recommended!!! Our group of four climbed Dongling Mountain this morning, and the scenery was so beautiful we didn't want to go back to Beijing. On a whim, we wanted to find a hot spring hotel nearby where we could relax and soak, and we found this one. The scenery was absolutely stunning!!! The entire village has excellent red-themed architecture and a very positive atmosphere. Even the small village museum's 3D video was quite good, creating a great ambiance, and in the morning, you could see the iconic red star right outside your window!! And the best part? The hot spring was incredibly relaxing! Enjoying a barbecue in the misty mountains, listening to the rain while soaking in the hot spring… friends, it was indescribably comfortable!! The owner and the manager were very kind, providing us with free breakfast. After breakfast, we immediately bought two jars of the same fermented bean curd online—it was so delicious, hahaha! In short, a perfect recommendation, we will definitely go again!!!

GGuest UserThe facilities are well-equipped. We visited during the May Day holiday, and it was incredibly crowded, but once the crowd dispersed a bit, it was manageable. The rooms are quite old but clean enough. Dinner was really good! Delicious, they had durian, crayfish, and crab, but there were just too many people. The hygiene overall was good, both in the rooms and at the hot spring. The environment is spacious, and there's a lot of room to explore, which is great. The hot spring staff were okay, pretty good actually. However, I booked a room but wasn't assigned a butler, and no one introduced the activities, which wasn't a great experience. Plus, I couldn't get through to the front desk when I had an issue. Overall, the room facilities are old, and the walls are peeling. And with the lack of service staff, I probably won't book a room here again. The Xishan Hot Spring itself is really good! I'll definitely come back for that!

MM0005****The rooms are clean and tidy, and come with a balcony. When checking in, you need to register your vehicle to park in the underground parking lot 🅿️, otherwise, you might be charged a parking fee. We had three king-size rooms, and 1119 had the best view, overlooking the lake from the balcony, with a beautiful sunrise in the morning. The room directly opposite could see the golf course behind, which was great for sunset views. The bathroom and bathtub are in separate spaces opposite each other, designed with two sinks for simultaneous use. The front desk is on the second floor, and the connecting corridor to the hot spring ♨️ is also on the same floor, though it's a bit of a walk. The buffet restaurant is on the first floor. Complimentary fruit was provided in the room.

GGuest UserThis experience was a bit disappointing! First, the good points: the accommodation package included a high-quality afternoon tea set, and the staff were very friendly! Now for the not-so-good parts: I'm not sure if it was due to the increased traffic during the May Day holiday, but the room cleaning was unsatisfactory. There were hairs everywhere, on the sofa and in the corners of the walls. I wonder if the previous guest had a pet. We had to request a second vacuum cleaning! The evening BBQ buffet was definitely something to avoid. I've never had such a terrible BBQ. It felt like an immature dish added on a whim without any proper menu development! There were no labels at the buffet counter, and all the BBQ items were mixed together. We had to ask the staff, who then had to ask the chef, and the chef would then explain each item one by one. It was basically a 'mystery box' buffet. The scallops were overcooked and a bit tough. There was no juice at the buffet, and a star-rated hotel actually served cold mixed noodles (liangpi)! The worst part was that the BBQ meat and grilled tendon weren't fully cooked. They lacked chewiness and that grilled flavor; it was more like they were par-boiled first and then grilled. The overall temperature of the food wasn't very hot, and if you didn't eat it quickly at your table, it would get cold. The only highlight was that the crayfish were decent. The watermelon at the buffet wasn't as good as the watermelon in the afternoon tea set. The dinner menu was actually worse than breakfast.

GGuest UserDidn't want to travel too far for our holiday, so we chose the Marriott Badaling to relax with the kids. The hotel's location is excellent, just a stone's throw from Wanda Plaza, which caters to all our dining, drinking, and shopping needs. The room was spacious and well-arranged, maintaining Marriott's usual high standards. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options; even though it was crowded during the holiday, the queue was orderly, and there was plenty of food. There are many hot spring pools with good privacy, but soaking in them these past two days was a bit awkward – the outdoor wind was too strong and it was a bit sunny, while the indoor water was a bit shallow and the activities felt a bit childish, not really suitable for older kids. The indoor swimming pool, however, was great, with clean, odorless water and plenty of lounge chairs. Overall, this short getaway was quite satisfying. A special thanks to Skyller for helping us get extra perks and for the very attentive, butler-style service. I'll definitely recommend this place to friends and family for a holiday.
