"The guest room facilities are old, the hygiene is okay, but it is not soundproof and very noisy. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic. The hot spring is terrible. I read the reviews online and found that some slides and hot spring pools are not open. My twelve-year-old child cannot play on the children's slide, so I went to the hot spring front desk in the morning and asked specifically whether all the amusement facilities were open. A male ticket counter said yes, so I decided to stay in this hotel. As a result, all the large slides were not open, and part of the hot spring pool was not open. It was very cold and dirty. The child was sick the next day. It was too bad."
