"We booked this room for my parents since they had an early flight out of Terminal 3 the next morning. The room's amenities, size, and service were all excellent. It's directly connected to Terminal 3, so they were there in just 5 minutes the next day. Plus, we could bring the luggage cart right into the room the day before and just roll it out in the morning. The hotel service was incredibly good and super fast. The mini-fridge was fully stocked with all sorts of complimentary drinks, teas, and alcohol, which was a really nice touch. The room was a good size, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view before a connecting flight. Right below the hotel, on the second floor, there's a mall with plenty of shops, and on the first floor, there are many restaurants. It's very convenient for both shopping and dining. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety, including sashimi, miso soup, and Western pastries. The only downside is the coffee, which isn't great. The hotel itself is very well-designed; though small, it makes excellent use of space. It's also connected to the onsen at the adjacent mall, which is lovely for a soak in the evening. Just outside the hotel, there's an all-you-can-eat Japanese hotpot that's really delicious. For Odaiba, it's super convenient for accessing the three malls and various attractions."

"12/12/25  We booked this hotel due to our flight was cancelled. It’s very affordable considering a free shuttle bus is provided to and fro Narita Airport Terminal 1-3. Also they provide free shuttle bus to the city train station. For approximate USD 50-60 / night I would say it’s a great bargain. Although the room I booked it’s kinda dated and looks all, the bed was comfy but the pillow kinda small in size and can be improved. Room service can be improved too as we waited for 30mins after our first call to request for an additional pillow and we needed to call again. There’s a bath tub which surprised me for the room cost. The hotel amenities are great and surroundings are zen and beautiful. Overall it’s a good stay and a great bargain for what I paid."

"The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right outside the subway exit. The room wasn't particularly small either. There's a corner in the lobby with various alcoholic beverages where you can mix your own cocktails. It's wonderful to fix yourself a drink after coming back from a hot summer day out! They don't clean the rooms daily, which is great because you don't have to worry about being disturbed, and it's environmentally friendly. Fresh towels are hung on the door daily, so you never have to worry about not having clean towels. If you need your room cleaned, you can just let the front desk know."

TTrekker5421The ultimate airport hotel. Cannot fault the place- legitimately fantastic. Walkable location to haneda airport terminal 3 through a covered indoor bridge. Mount fuji views (weather permitting), equipped with the luxuries you'd exoect of a spa hotel, but at the airport! Free welcome drinks in room, free local cakes/sweets. Just stay here, you wont regret it. Also has a coin laundry at the adjoining villa fontaine grand (which is the less luxurious version). Stay at the Grand if you can afford to pay the difference.

AAnonymous UserThis is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Tokyo. I'm truly satisfied! Everything was so clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were fantastic—I slept so well. The bathroom was also spotless. Now, about the hotel breakfast: it offered great value for money and gave me an authentic Japanese breakfast experience. It was truly exquisite. In the evenings, they offer complimentary ramen, and the free drinks were a real bonus. Even the free drinks were delicious; the matcha latte was superb! They also had free ice cream, and the onsen (hot spring) was wonderful. If you're going to Tokyo, choose this hotel—you definitely won't regret it. It totally exceeded my expectations!

Ssulee17Dormy Inn Ueno-Okachimachi boasts an excellent location, being just the shortest walk from Ueno Station. On our way, we even spotted a Torikizoku sign, and we ended up dining there one evening. Of course, with so many restaurants right across from the hotel and in the surrounding area, my 'choice paralysis' definitely kicked in! The main reason we chose Dormy Inn was for its large public bath, complete with complimentary popsicles and Yakult after a relaxing soak. Breakfast was also fantastic; the fried shrimp in the morning was absolutely divine. The breakfast was so substantial that we stayed full throughout our two-day stay, meaning we even skipped their complimentary Yonaki Soba (late-night ramen) in the evenings. The hotel only has one elevator, so there was a bit of a wait during peak hours. From our room, we had a view of the Tokyo Skytree. Despite being right next to the Shuto Expressway, there was absolutely no traffic noise, which speaks volumes about their excellent soundproofing.

YYixiaojiejieThe hotel is very close to Sunshine City and not far from the subway station. It's located on a side street, so it's relatively quiet. The room facilities are complete, and the bathroom and shower are separated (wet and dry). However, the room size is a bit small. On the fifteenth floor, there's a reading room, laundry room, and hot springs, along with a microwave. You can pick up combs and other amenities on the first floor. The breakfast buffet in the morning is extensive, and the hotel service is also good.

EEdviThe toilet flushing system gives a very bad smell for days. The room corners and doors actually have a lot of dust on it. Poor cleaner limited time n nan power Hope they can improve on clearing the dust - basin shelf areas, toilet door, near mirror. The 2 pillows are too flat and my neck was in pain for some days in the mornings. But all the rest of service, onsen and night snack made up for it. The breakfast is almost the same every morning - please change the chicken meatball dish, it's not nice. The eel rice was initially ok but after eating for few days, i can't eat for a week. Changed to eat clear porridge better. Wish they can be clear which omelette has mushrooms or not - love the ones with mushrooms. A lady who works night shift came to my room to help me with my rubbish as i didn't need them to come into my room when i was unwell so i put the no cleaning magnet but she went the extra mile beyond cleaning hours to help me throw my rubbish. For the toothbrush n paste set, for those staying for a week, we don't need so many toothbrush but the paste more. But had to take 2-3 sets which is not environmental friendly due to the toothbrushes that come together.

GGuest UserIn my opinion, Manyo Toyosu truly deserves a 5-star rating, although I am not sure of its official star ranking. Upon entering the 7th-floor lobby for check-in, you are required to take off your shoes and carry them in the cloth bags provided. This makes it feel just like being at home. You don't need to wear shoes at all once you are inside the hotel and across all the floors where services are provided. Also, they have Tokyo Banana, Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory, and several other brands that tourists often look for, though I forgot the rest. And of course, the onsen is a must-try if you come here.

GGuest UserI really wanted this hotel to work for us. It’s been hyped on social media, and the photos make it look incredibly beautiful. And to be fair, it is visually appealing. But very quickly we realized it was not a good choice. The rooms are extremely small. You can barely get through the door with your luggage, and once inside there’s hardly any space to open even a small suitcase. The mirror is blocked by your coat because the hangers are positioned directly above it, which is a very odd design choice. The sink in the bedroom splashes water everywhere, so you constantly have to wipe it down or keep towels nearby. The room looks great in pictures, but that charm disappears the moment you actually try to live in it. DO NOT book it if you're planning to do any shopping. I feel like this place could somehow work with backpacks only. There are also no towel hangers at all. After using the onsen or taking a shower, you’re left wondering what to do with your wet towel. The bathroom has no space or rack for it either. I’ve never been this frustrated by a room’s design before, it consistently highlighted poor decisions that could have easily been avoided. Lighting was another major issue. The only usable mirror for doing makeup is badly lit, with only an overhead light that casts unflattering shadows, almost like the “Bohemian Rhapsody” music video. If you enjoy getting ready in the evening, I wouldn’t recommend this place. The small slit-style window is a cool idea at first, but it becomes annoying and doesn’t provide enough natural light. The lobby, although pretty, wasn’t comfortable to sit in, so it stayed empty. Interestingly, cheaper hotels provided a portable mirror- something this place completely overlooked. The one true highlight is the rooftop onsen. It was very clean and lovely, and the lockers and hair-drying area were comfortable and well thought out. But bear in mind you will spend max 30mins there, and the rest of the time you will just be annoyed by the hotel. Overall, the hotel’s aesthetic is beautiful, but the practical design issues made our stay frustrating and far from enjoyable.

JJonahDCStaying here was good. Though for its price, the value is not at par. Rooms are too small. No free water and for the housekeeping, you need to inform them if you would want to clean up your room. Otherwise, they will not clean it. The location is good though, very near to the train stations. There are a lot of bar in the area.
