Excellent welcoming with free pickup at Railway station. The place is a bit difficult to find so the free pickup was very useful. Located in the old city with easy walking. The room was very clean except for some mould on the shower curtain. Privacy is a bit of a problem with one window to the outside with easy visibility into the room and one window facing inside also with easy visibility into the room. However, blackout curtains helped. The room was spacious but no fridge and wardrobe. Not a problem for us as we only stayed one day. No lift but hotel reception was great and help us with our bags and tips to get around.

Conveniently located along the pedestrian street between east and west gate, 2 minutes walk from Zhu Family garden, many eateries nearby. Has a cosy, family atmosphere. Room is clean and comfortable. The lady boss and her assistant were very helpful with carrying my luggage , and helped to arrange my transport. Had a good stay here.

I really liked the B&B during the entire trip. It was clean and sanitary, the bedding was comfortable, the environment was elegant, and the boss was very nice. It is located in a small alley in the ancient city, quiet in the bustling city, and very close to Dabanjing. My children fetch water for me to make tea every day. I can feel the slow life in the ancient city very well. I especially like rainy weather. I can watch the rain under the corridor in the yard, drink tea and eat some fruits. Next time I come to Jianshui, I will stay here again.

The owner of the shop is an old man in his 60s. He is the boss. He communicated with his daughter on the phone before booking, but his daughter is not in the management and operation of the inn. We also feel that we should not embarrass him. He asked us to go to the public health on the first floor to wash up , Only the first floor has hot water. We have a lot of luggage. We have already moved to the room, so we don’t want to change the hotel. The quadruple room is a layer built on top of the old house. The stairs are very steep and narrow. This room type is for two elderly people in our family. They are nearly 70 years old and have two children. Therefore, our people choose not to wash their faces, wash their faces or take a bath. Afterwards, I negotiated with the platform many times, and the platform compensated 50 yuan of hotel coupons, just to comfort me. If I had informed in advance, I would never have booked. Hot water, this is the basic configuration. I booked 10 days in advance. At that time, there were many hotels to choose from. Booked the main room, which is the kind of dark and narrow room with a glass roof and no privacy. After staying for a short time, the boss said that our voice was loud, let us keep it quiet, and stay away from him, saying that there were complaints from guests. I asked who made the complaint, but he couldn’t tell, so he kept talking about it, so that we couldn’t stay in the inn, so we had to go out. Thinking about 10 or so people staying in the inn, it’s impossible for there to be no sound at all, after all Not dumb, can't communicate normally? What's more, the boss himself, no matter day or night, coughs, coughs, talks on the phone, communicates with various guests, the guests who stay in the room creak up and down the wooden stairs, and the sound of opening and closing the door, as well as the dogs brought by other guests , The howling sound, including the unknown resonance sound from the water pipe, we didn't say anything, and there was no so-called complaint. The boss is right, we are all wrong, I feel aggrieved by living here, and spend money to pay for it, and the boss will tell you that you are not at home, this is a preaching like staying in a hotel, but Your inn has poor sound insulation, who is to blame?
