"Delightful hotel with wonderful staff and fantastic food. The rooms are simply but beautifully appointed, with my room having a wonderful view of the church and the mountains. I travelled there with my elderly father, and they looked after him like he was family. The food is really excellent, and both breakfast and dinner were superb. The wine list is also excellent. The hotel is well positioned within Kitzbühel, and everywhere is an easy walk."

"7 minute walk from the main gondy. Perfectly adequate rooms. We were on the street facing on the third floor and did get woken a few times during the week with people going home leathered and shouty.... The staff were great. The sauna area was awesome..... Would be better if it opened before 16.00 for those who were injured or the conditions were too terrible to ride in and couldn't access the facilities...... I have to note though, the food was arguably the best Ive had in over 25 years of travelling for skiing. Absolutely brilliant. And I'm A veggie. The non meat options were brilliant. Bravo to the chef!!! "

"Excellent hotel in location ,.standard of accommodation and dining experience.The only problem we encountered and it was quite upsetting was that the hotel did not provide evening meals on the Sunday and Monday, (we had booked on a half board basis) informing us of this on checkin Saturday.They explained alternative arrangements had been made in 2 close by hotels.They also explained that the meals would be of the same high standard as Das Reisch.On Suday we went to the designated hotel and were presented a separate menu comprising a choice of 2 starters, 2 main course and 2 desserts,not only inferior to the menu offered by Das Reisch but indeed inferior the the quite exstensive menu offered to regular diners at the designated hotel.It was my wife's 60th birthday on the Monday so on the basis of what was offered by the first designated hotel we chose not to risk the monday designated hotel and dined at our own expense some where else.Das Reisch failed to provide an acceptable alternative for our much anticipated dining experience and this was very disappointing considering we other wise had a lovely experience at this hotel."

"I was here this past weekend with friends for four nights. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anybody looking to come to Kitzbuhel. From the time we arrived to the time we left all staff were gracious, welcoming, and happy to see us. We particuarly liked Timae, as others have noted. She was fabulous in the bar and made sure we had delicious drinks and great conversation every time we went. Highly recommend finding her! Breakfast every morning was delicious with a ton of options, both buffet and made to order. My room - number 14 - was comfortable. Great big comfortable bed, nice shower that had great pressure and hot water, and great views over the valley towards the mountains. We had dinner one night at the Romerhof restaurant and enjoyed the fondue. This hotel is removed from town, so we appreciated the shuttle service that took us every day to the ski lifts. Just wish that the shuttle also operated at night for going out to eat. Overall, my friends and I really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it - cannot wait to return!"

"We stayed at Alpenhotel Kitzbühel for a couple of days to enjoy the beautiful setting at the Schwarzsee, and it was a lovely experience. The location is stunning, and our penthouse suite was very comfortable, featuring two bathrooms and a private sauna. Breakfast was extensive with plenty of options. We had dinner twice in the à la carte restaurant; the food was good, though service was a bit slower in the corner reserved for à la carte guests. Overall, it was a relaxing stay in a wonderful location."

"A very nice, new, and modern hotel with excellent value for money! We stayed one night, and it was perfect for that. Parking is available for a fee (outdoors or garage). The staff is very friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the spa area was relaxing (though it might be a bit small for a longer stay, especially during peak season). The Hahnenkamm cable car is about a 10-12 minute walk away, and Kitzbühel's main shopping street is about 6-8 minutes away. If we return to Kitzbühel, we will definitely book this hotel again!"
