"We had a great week Jan 2025 skiing, hotel was superb...breakfast was plentiful dinner was very good...above all else the service was class...everyone so nice and friendly. Our room was top floor and was ideal for us , very big comfy bed and clean towels every day, only short walk into town and to Hanenkaam lift, definitely recommend and would love to return."

"During our road trip, Relais & Châteaux Kitzbühel was one of the smallest 5-star hotels we stayed at. Perfectly located next to the town and all the shopping, it made exploring Kitzbühel convenient and enjoyable. Though the weather didn’t allow for many walks or summer hikes using the ski lifts, we still had a great stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was courteous and polite. All in all, a charming hotel!"

"I had a wonderful long weekend during the Snow Polo World Cup, staying once again in my preferred room category at the Kitzhof. The room was cozy and perfectly aligned with my personal taste. Breakfast was excellent, complemented by truly outstanding staff. The concierge even arranged a Bentley shuttle to the polo tournament, which was an exceptional touch and very much appreciated. The team treats guests like valued friends—an experience you only find in exceptionally well-run hotels. I will most certainly be back."

"Very clean, rooms ample sized but no frills - not even one piece of art on the walls! I didn’t notice the painted ceiling until it was time to lie down to sleep. Bathroom lacked counter space. The staff at this hotel is amazing!!!! Friendly, attentive, and definitely adequate - from reception to breakfast room to dining room. Breakfast buffet tables were abundant with a couple of extra items that could be ordered from a menu. The wait staff worked diligently to ensure orders were taken and used plates promptly cleared. Our large group (40+) ate dinner in a separate dining room each night where we enjoyed an overwhelming salad bar followed by soup, choice of one of three suggested entrees and dessert. Once again, the service was exemplary. The food was beautifully presented and was certainly beyond mediocre. A short daily walk to the Hannekham lift became less burdensome once we utilized the heated ski lockers available there. There was a ski storage room at the hotel but why haul that stuff every day when your dry boots and skis were just below the lift waiting for you. The hotel is conveniently located to shops, a grocery store, pharmacy, several restaurants and sights in the lovely town of Kitzbuhel. Would definitely stay there again."

"superb experience! Pros: - good location, close to the center (10-min walk) and the Kitzbuhler Horn (beautiful 15-20 min winding drive) - happy, friendly, efficient, and prompt english-speaking staff - spacious, well-appointed rooms - comfortable beds - a plunge-worthy landscape pond (you can't swim in for long - but it's fun to jump in for a bit!) - delicious breakfast with a good spread (I would recommend spreading it out over a larger area though. I kept dreading I would knock over something while trying to reach the bottles, jars, and glasses placed too close to each other!) Cons: - No real view. too many buildings and the road blocking any vista you might get of the mountains. some rooms get a lot of noise from the road as well. (we were in Suite 104 earlier and asked to be moved to another room because of this. The hotel pleasantly obliged and moved us to 218, where the noise was far less and didn't disturb much) - Not sure if this is the case with all hotels in the area, but the room got super hot with the August summer climate with no way to cool it down. and you can't keep the windows open because of the wasps flying all over. The heat was unbearable! I know this is a winter-destination, but since they're operating it in full capacity during summer, might as well find a solution to make the rooms comfy in the heat, too. Overall, pleasant stay. Special call out to the staff in every department - restaurant, housekeeping, front desk, and the pool area."

"Tennerhof is an absolute gem. The property is beyond quaint and luxurious. The spa is great and the options for body relaxation are plentiful. The location of the Tennerhof is ideal. Close enough to town that walking is pleasurable. And access to fantastic hiking options in the Alps is easy. Perhaps the best aspect of the beautiful lodge is the truly wonderful staff. Everyone we encountered were friendly and treated us like visiting dignitaries. The owner Luigi, the GM Patricia, the bar mgr Sven and the driver Paul could not have been more accommodating. 💥💥💥💥💥"

"I have truly enjoyed our pre-Christmas stay at the Kitzhof, especially as we got a junior suite upgrade which was great and spacious room with a nice view. Great quality of sleep and very attentive and friendly staff from concierge to reception to bar and breakfast. The offering at breakfast was also one of the best I have seen around luxury Alpine resorts and I travel about 90+ days a Year so for me to say that means something."

"we stay in 3 bhk shailey for 3 nights it was good very nice view but hotel management dealing was not good we used there kitchen & get some spot on floor for which they make bill of 3000 euro & than finally charge 500 euro which was very wrong so experience with top team was not good so i suggest to all to be aware of all these type things hotel management can charge anything only one planc of floor wood they can make bill of 3000 euro & settle @500 this dealing spoil our mood so be careful overall prop[erty is good"
