"The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is very close to the station. The hotel room is also very large and comfortable. However, the network is convenient. A little slow and often disconnected. In addition to this, everything else is very good. "
"Hotel stay was brilliant from the second we walked through the door! Reception staff very friendly and room was ready so was able to check in earlier than time stated. Room was amazing! We had a premium room 1308 which was a corner suite with 2 balconies. Was even better than I had expected. Hotel is directly opposite the Shonbrunn Palace gardens and we walked here every morning after breakfast. Breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options. The underground is a short walk from hotel and within 10-15 mins you are in the centre of Vienna. So easy to get around on public transport."
"Besides the small kitchenette in the room, there's also a large communal kitchen available, fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. The shower has plenty of hot water. Complimentary coffee and tea are offered at the front desk. There's also a co-working space and a gym. You can use a card for the washing machine and dryer, which cost 5.5 Euros for washing and 5 Euros for drying. Just be careful not to swipe your card twice; if you're unsure, you can ask the 24-hour staff at the front desk. Also, there's a lovely ********* lady at the front desk. It would be even better if the cleanliness of the communal kitchen could be improved, for instance, emptying the trash cans twice a week, and cleaning the dishwasher, inside of the refrigerator, microwave, and toaster once a week, with proper checks to ensure the cleaning is done thoroughly."
"This is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed in in Europe. The room was very large, spacious, bright, and well-soundproofed, quiet and clean. Although it was a smart check-in system, communicating with them by phone was very convenient, and they were very helpful. I initially stayed in a room close to the entrance, so the sound of the door closing was a bit disturbing my sleep. Therefore, I called them to ask them to change my room, and they helped me find a very quiet one, which I was very happy with!"
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We stayed as a family at Somerset Schönbrunn Vienna and were very happy. Everything was great, the accommodation was clean and comfortable. The only minor drawback is that parking options are, of course, limited in Vienna; usually, you have to resort to public parking garages in the vicinity. Nevertheless, we'd gladly come again!"
"Excellent hotel, located near the train station, which is very convenient. The room was very clean, and the receptionist was pleasant. The room had fast WiFi. I recommend this hotel, because the accommodations were very pleasant 😊"
"A good hotel with a convenient location. The staff were helpful and friendly; the room had everything necessary and was very clean. The only odd thing was that the tea station hadn't been restocked and there was no water. Otherwise, everything was fine."
"I had a truly pleasant stay and can only recommend this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient. I especially liked that there was always a staff member available when we needed something or had questions – that made the stay very uncomplicated.
I also found the common lounge very interesting and cozy. Overall, everything was clean, well-organized, and you always felt welcome. A really great hotel – I'd be happy to come back!"

Great
BBaibaiyiyiFacilities: The room has air conditioning and a mini-fridge. Although there's no complimentary bottled water in the room, free drinking water is available in the hotel lobby. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast included omelets, which I was very happy with.
Cleanliness: Housekeeping cleaned daily and replenished toiletries.
Environment: It's close to the Renweg subway station, with the S7 line going directly to the airport. Trams 71 and 0 also go to the city center, making it quite convenient.
Service: This hotel seems to host a lot of Chinese tour groups. During my stay, there were often student performance groups checking in, and I even saw flight crews from Air China and China Eastern. The front desk service was quite good.
HHoneybunnGreat location, within walking distance to various attractions and close to the train station. There's also a large shopping mall at the train station with a supermarket, which is very convenient for shopping. The breakfast was excellent.
GGuest UserThe value for money here is truly excellent. The room had external roller shutters and an easy-to-control air conditioning system, which was a real lifesaver on the warm days. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which was lovely after a busy day exploring the city. Plus, with the 'Praterstern' station nearby, you can be back in the heart of the action in no time. I can genuinely recommend this hotel and would definitely book it again.
GGuest UserThe room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with convenient transportation access. There's an Aldi nearby for easy grocery shopping. The room also had basic kitchenware, and the bathroom was clean, tidy, and large. The hotel has paid washing machines and dryers. The washing machines include detergent, so you don't need to bring your own. However, the dryer isn't very effective at drying clothes, so I wouldn't recommend paying to use it. It's only a 100-meter walk from the train station to the hotel (I recommend using the north exit, which has a Chinese restaurant). There are accessible ramps along the way, making it easy to pull luggage. The train station also offers direct trains to the airport every half hour. Be careful not to go to the wrong hotel; there's another apartment-style hotel from the same company nearby. (Don't ask me how I know that! 🤡)
PpipimiThe listing said there was a bathtub, but my room didn't have one. The room photos also showed rooms with only a shower, so it might be that rooms are assigned randomly. If you really want a bathtub, it's probably a good idea to note it in the special requests section. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and it had a fridge. There are also lots of supermarkets nearby, which was a plus.
__M1382349****It was crowded, and the hotel was quite old. I booked a room with a bathtub, but they said it was overbooked and just offered a 'sorry.' It was too late to do anything about it, so I had to accept.
FFEIBecause I lived in a hotel in Europe for the first time, I was accustomed to the domestic habits and did not bring slippers. As a result, the restaurant did not provide it. Without the converter, the result was not provided by the restaurant, so I bought a difference of 12.9 euros. Ok! If you live in a European hotel, you must bring the necessary items, otherwise you will have a bad point. The distance from the Schönbrunn Palace is not there, but there is no breakfast shop. We had to go to the Golden Arch in one subway station and then to the Schönbrunn Palace in the subway. The hotel is very quiet, the morning is the window, wake us up.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very centrally located in Vienna. The atmosphere and the staff are perfect. I would especially like to mention these very nice and friendly employees:
Mrs. Viktoria
Mr. Fabian
Mr. Alexej
Mr. Leon
Mr. Tobi.
Thank you very much and we'll be back next time!
Best wishes from Leipzig

Iim Shu YanIt was a newly renovated and beautiful place to stay. It was self check in and initially you will need to use a credit card to enter the main foyer. Then you can use the machine to self check in. The place was clean and neat and there was a cleaner who came once to tidy up.
LLeonardo Sant AnnaWell-located apartment, with several lines within a 5-minute walk. Paid parking nearby using PAYUCA.
The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature.
We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served.
The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken.
But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi.
The staff was very friendly and quick.
