"★Overall Rating If I visit Vienna again, I would definitely stay at this hotel. I was truly impressed by both its excellent location and the outstanding service provided by the staff. ★Location The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Stephansplatz, where many of Vienna’s major attractions are located. From the hotel, you can easily walk to famous sights such as St. Stephen’s Cathedral, St. Peter’s Church, the Vienna State Opera, and Hofburg Palace. In my opinion, it would be difficult to find a hotel with a better location than this. ★Room The room was very clean and well maintained. From my window, I had a view of the Donner Fountain, which was a lovely bonus. One minor issue was that the shower area could not be completely closed, so water often splashed onto the floor around the toilet and sink. In addition, the shampoo and hand soap dispensers were quite difficult to press, so you may prefer to bring your own toiletries. I’m not sure whether they came in through the open window, but I noticed around eight small insects in the room during my stay. ★Service The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Although I arrived about three hours before the official check-in time, they kindly allowed me to check in early and rest in my room. They also patiently explained how to get from the train station to the airport. One of the Asian housekeeping staff members greeted me warmly with a smile whenever we passed each other in the hallway. When I found insects in my room, a housekeeping staff member came to assist me. She kindly said, “If you have any problems, please don’t hesitate to call us anytime.” Her response was thoughtful and greatly appreciated. The hotel also provided complimentary treats in the room, including Manner wafers, Coca-Cola, and apple juice, which was a nice touch."

"Great value in a perfect location This hostel is hard to beat for location—right next to the MuseumsQuartier and Kunsthistorisches Museum, and within walking distance of nearly all the major attractions on the Ringstraße (Vienna’s historic ring road). The subway is just a few minutes away too. I booked a private room as a solo traveler and found it great value—clean, daily housekeeping, and all the basic amenities you’d expect. The 24-hour reception is super convenient, especially since they ask you to leave your key when you go out (so no risk of losing it). The dorm scene looked lively, with lots of young adults traveling in groups. If you’re with friends, I can imagine this place being an absolute steal. Highly recommended for budget-conscious travelers who want to be in the heart of Vienna."

"I booked a junior suite after seeing the photos. However, I wasn't assigned the room shown in the photos. They said everyone wanted that room and couldn't give me one. I recommend booking a cheaper room. The hotel location is great."

"The environment is great, and the rooftop bar is a nice touch. I had a very pleasant stay in Vienna. I was attending a conference at Hofburg Palace, which is about a one-kilometer walk from the hotel. The hotel is also within two kilometers of the city's core area."

"The room was spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Musikverein (Golden Hall). They offer complimentary sparkling water and coffee. The lobby on the ground floor is beautiful. However, the cleanliness could be improved; the bathtub wasn't cleaned properly. There were also occasional power outages."
