"Great location, very close to Chinatown with many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time."

"Always a good trip to Royal pines , larger crowd this year than previous so buffet Brekky was packed if you didn’t get in early (still ran pretty smoothly tho) Would recommend bringing your own pillow if your a fussy sleeper like myself, their pillows weren’t to my liking but that’s only a preference thing. Food & drinks are pricey but plenty of other options nearby if you don’t want to spend the extra money. No foxtel in rooms so bring an Apple TV if you can. Rooms were clean and spacious, room service is quick and friendly. Gym is amazing if your into that as well and the pool is always a winner 🙌🏽 Staff are amazing ! Enjoyed our stay and will be back again in"

"We were staying on the GC for a dance convention based at Carrara Sports, so the location for the hotel to there was great. However, there wasn’t a lot else around for us to easily access without driving. The hotel itself is nice, but a little outdated and I did not see this on their description, but a LIFTLESS RESORT! We were on the 3rd floor and that was a struggle with suitcases and small children to get up and down. If I had of known that, I’m not sure I would have booked. The restaurant was very fancy for us, but we ate in the cafe/bistro area both nights. It was nice, but a little pricey for kids meals/sizing. The pool was great and felt a little heated, but no frills. We were staying at the same time as a LARGE football training group who thought 9:30pm was a great time to go swimming LOUDLY :( But a quick call to reception and the host there told them to finish up. I also got a nice little birthday surprise in my room from the manager on duty, which was a lovely treat. All in all, our stay was pleasant, buffet breakfast was good (but very busy at 7:30am so go earlier) and the venue was tidy. Would stay again if they had deals, otherwise, may be a little over priced for what it is."

"the service staff is nice,they introduce the facility and room induction so carefully and the room is so clean and bright, it's a good place for the sport and enthusiasts they have golf,gym,swimming pool, soccer field, tennis beside the hotel,but the surrounding doesn't have too much restaurants to choose"

"We have been coming for many years ... we don't use the lift on Friday nights/Saturdays so we always ask for a ground floor. This year, we arrived to find that we had been put on 2nd floor but the reception staff had already looked up online and found that our ”lift” restrictions were only Fri / Sat so when we checked in, they advised us that we're on 2nd floor but not to worry. they will move us to a ground floor apartment on Fri. They REALLY mean that they would move us! We packed everything except for the fridge/freezer on the Fri morning, went out for some hours and came back in the afternoon and in the intervening period, they came, moved all of our stuff for us into the ground floor apartment and even placed the fridge/freezer items and our reading material into the identical spots in the ground floor apartment! Hassle free for us. Not only that, but the friendly guy at reception said that he had also discovered online that we don't use automatic doors on our Sabbath. In all the years I had never mentioned this as we wait patiently for someone going in/out and accompanied them. He said that we didn't have to do that anymore. We could use an emergency exit door and he'll disable the alarm. We are super impressed by the customer service ... even looking up things about our religious/cultural requirements and preempting issues. If there is any negative, I note that the WiFi is very slow. That's it!"

"Love staying at the Meriton Suites at Southport. Our 1 BR Balcony Suite was comfortable and clean with great views. The location is close to parklands, the water and trams, and there is plenty of restaurants within close walking distance. Parking is convenient and everything you need is nearby."

"It is the new Airbnb is an apartment as a hotel type, so many things are not perfect. The App writes 2 o'clock check-in. When I have to register, I am told that the room has not been cleaned up. It takes 3 o'clock to check in. It is then told that it is not good. I have to wait again. Then the app also writes 12 o'clock checkout. But After asking, it was 10 o'clock. This would make customers very confused, okay! ? And there is a foreign waiter who has a bad attitude! Secondly, after checking in, I found that some places were not very clean and there was no check-in information. For example, the Wifi password, the location of the swimming pool gym, did not inform you that you have to ask in person! On the same day, I encountered that the Wifi was broken and I had to repair it for two days. I couldn't use the TV at all! Accommodation is good Location close to Seaworld not far from downtown But because it may be a lot of new things are not perfect I hope they can improve!"

"Location is convenient, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and good size. Downsides were street noise was ridiculous. It's like there's no walls or something. Mirrors. Oh my god. Every wall has a massive mirror. Impossible to look in a direction without seeing yourself from multiple angles. Enough mirrors to make anyone uncomfortable. Car park set up is pretty dumb. Have to go on the opposite side of the driveway to gain entry and then when you exit the button to leave is in the middle of the car park, then rush to the exit before the door closes."

"Location Central surfers Paradise, excellent location, near to the beach and nightlight , but if you are after a quiet night's sleep , this is not for you . Party goers, police sirens last till around 4am on a Friday night. Room Large rooms but quite dark. There's only 1 downlight at the entrance , a floorlamp and 2 bedside lights. (See photos) Parking 4hr Street parking is available during the day. Wished they have included disposable slippers"
