From the moment you enter the foyer, the high standard of cleanliness across public areas and suites is clear. Plush carpets, sparkling bathrooms, and neatly made beds—everything felt fresh and immaculate throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a flawless job refreshing the room each day without ever interrupting my schedule.

Customer service here is both professional and warm. Front desk staff greeted me by name and were quick to offer directions, recommend hidden-gem eateries, and help with luggage. Room service was punctual, meals were presented beautifully, and every staff interaction made me feel genuinely welcome—not just another guest.

AAnonymous UserCheck-in is on the 7th floor. I got a room upgrade and was able to check in early. The Southbank area is very quiet, and since Melbourne city center isn't too big, it's pretty convenient to get everywhere; it's not out of the way at all. The pool is quite small though.
Breakfast was okay, but there were no Chinese options. You can see hot air balloons in the morning though, which is cool!

GGuest UserOverall, it's a good deal for the price. Everything was spotless as to be expected from a brand new hotel. Service was friendly and prompt, and the restaurant Coupette was really delicious, however the location is a bit off the true CBD, and rooms are small and leave a lot to be desired for user-friendliness. The decor is indeed however beautiful and worth a short stay to take photos of. The pool is cold, and poorly designed with no deck chairs nor towels.

GGuest UserBooked at oaks last minute funny enough for oaks day at Flemington for three night trained it in mid morning left bags at hotel and took off for the day I received a warm greeting and location close to the train station just a 5 mixture walk .
Came back to hotel later afternoon to be given a beautiful warm greeting once again and to arrive on level 29 that I asked for a high level was granted I open up my room to the most beautiful room with the most beautiful view of Melbourne .
Not only that but was given a two bedroom apartment that was a absolute treat for me as I was catching up with family and they came and visited me in my room and was able to stay over with me one night more arrived over that weekend for afternoon tea and we watched the races together they also loved my room and the view just as much as I did thank you .
As a single traveler I felt safe and was able to walk all around Melbourne as the location was amazing for me .
With 24 hour reception and friendly team to help was an absolute delight to stay there must say was the top hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I hope I can return to the same service very soon .but I don’t know how I’m going to top off my experience .
Not sure if I can explain how great and relaxed I felt staying in such a well run hotel at a great cost and as a person that loves a bit of fancy every now and then you really did impress me well done to all you truly made me one very happy lady thank you .
Last note nothing was ever a problem had a beautiful shower so clean and spotless kitchen washer dryer how amazing how am I going to top this place off .
Best city stay ever can’t wait to see you again .

Eeric12r因為早機，那天早上八點多已經去到酒店。本來打着書數應該未有房間要留行李， reception的Domainic知我坐完長途機更換了房間給我可以早點入住。房間整體上乾淨可以說是本質上的設施已經有1段年紀相對看來有比較舊的感覺。地理位置為於澳洲ABC電視墨爾本總部斜對面可以看到他大大隻的標記，也有一個建築施工中的地盤晚上不會工作，所以基本上可以接受不過要提醒大家不要太遲起床如果唔係他們工作的時候吵醒你冇人有擔保

The room was very clean, in addition to the sound of the heater is a bit loud, next time you have the opportunity to book the same hotel again

SSookfamIt seems the room has not been cleaned thoroughly. There is still dust in several areas, and the kitchen , oven and refrigerator do not appear very clean, as if they were not wiped properly. It also feels like the cleaning was done a little hastily, as I had to request garbage bags, dish soap, and cloths from reception. In addition, when the towels were replaced, they were not arranged neatly but left in a pile, which did not look very organized.

MMomofukuGood location. 5 minutes walk to tram no. 58 towards city or Toorak. Opposite Woolworths. Clean 3 bedroom apartment in Epic building. Key pick up is far to walk at a convenience store in City Road. Enquiry staff very helpful and professional. We used car and had free parking. Apartment pantry was well stocked with condiments. Will stay again.
