GGuest UserSuperior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good.

JJemannieNovotel Airport Darwin is a typical airport hotel. They run an on demand shuttle to & from the airport terminal which is very handy, and only a short distance away. The rooms are simple, clean and functional. In room tea & coffee is provided, and there was fresh milk in the fridge. I opted to include breakfast in my booking, which was very good. Lots of choices, including traditional cooked breakfast, lots of bread options (some gluten free), yogurt, fruit and pastries. If you're on the run they provide take away cups for hot beverages, which is a nice touch. Overall I would happily stay here again.

GGuest UserPerfect hotel location for our needs since it is very close to the airport and the Marrara sport complex (10-15 min walk) in which our event took place. What we love most: very clean hotel room, convenient park ing spot right in front of our unit at an extra cost, great pool facility and some restaurant and coffee shop option on site. The room we booked was really spacious. We had a very pleasant stay.

GGuest UserPoor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls. The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am). It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

VVana LobatoUpon first check in, the receptionist confirmed that we paid through Trip.com but after taking the bond payment he then straight away told us he hasn’t received any payment and asked us to show our proof of payments such as trip.com confirmation, bank transfer, & even statement of bank deduction. We showed confirmation, bank transfer, statements as he asked and then the receptionist refused and insisted we haven’t paid. He refused all the proofs and insisted us to make another payment with them. He refused us to talk to the supervisor because he said “they will say the same thing”. Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, so we couldn’t specify who he was. Terrible services.
