"1. The hotel address was wrong; the taxi we took from the address on the itinerary led us to the wrong place. 2. The room was 30 degrees Celsius, with no air conditioning, making my friend and me very hot and bothered. We called the front desk to ask if they had a fan, and they said someone would call us back later, but we waited a long time without a call back. 3. On the night of our check-in, there was a party on the first floor of the hotel, with singing and dancing until 10 pm, which was very noisy for us."

"The location is fantastic, with the metro just around the corner and shops nearby. It's only a 5-minute walk to the Old Town. The reception staff are incredibly friendly and speak both Russian and English. There are 7 toilets and showers available. There's also an elevator, as the hostel is on the 4th floor. You can't beat this price! I'll definitely be back. You guys are the best! The only downside I can think of is the plastic cover on the mattress, which crinkles when you turn over."

"I had a great stay at Art Club. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Amenities were well organized and everything worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for solo travelers."

"The hotel is new and perfectly located, and the breakfast is good. Service, however, varies depending on the staff member. Unfortunately, one morning, an employee was sleeping near the reception desk and missed my four calls from the room requesting breakfast (as it's only served in-room). As a result, I lost about an hour that I could have spent exploring the city. My suggestion is to pay more attention to staff performance. Also, the currency exchange rate at the hotel is unfavorable; you'll get a better rate even in the Old City."
