"An honest, decent, and well-managed hotel. It's functional, without being overly fancy, but just what's needed. The breakfast is good. The reception is very attentive, without exception, as are all the staff. The cleanliness is a highlight... it's simple and efficient. I like this hotel, the atmosphere, and the staff's treatment in particular. The rooms aren't large, but they're very functional. The location is excellent, with all kinds of shops nearby. In short, I have nothing negative to say about it, and that's probably why I continue Thanks Hotel honesto. Decente e bem administrado. é funcional, sem exageros, mas como o que é necessário. O café da manhã é bom. Uma recepção muito atenciosa, sem exceção, assim como todos os fuincionarios. A limpeza é ponto alto... è de simplicidade eficiente. Gosto desser hotel, do ambiente, do tratamanto dos funcionário em especial. Os quartos não são greandes, mas são, da mesma forma, muito funcional.a localização é muito boa, com todo tipo de comercio ao seu redor. "I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was welcoming and always helpful, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and public transport. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay."

"The room has lovely views to the beach the staff are very pleasant. I only had one problem with the nutritionist called Juliana that responded to an email I sent to her explaining about my son’s anaphylactic shock to dairy and unfortunately when we got their to the hotel it was her day off but she had no one ready to cater for my son first they offered him an apple and boiled egg and as soon as I spoke to the manager they made him pancakes scrambled eggs gave him biscuits. It was a shame that Juliana did not do her job properly causing me and my partner stress on our first day at the hotel. But next day they where ready for him and he also had a lovely breakfast just hope that Juliana learns how important it is to get ready for costumers that have severe allergies and treats them with more respected. Apart from this incident everything else was spot on I also called their 24 hr service and order my son some pasta to take to our travel back home and everything was perfect."

"A good place to stay for visiting Rio de Janeiro. Close to the very beautiful beach, from the building tops is the fantastic view of the beach. Restaurants are around in walking distance. Tour trips are available from hotels. The room is clean, spacious, with good services provided by the hotel."

"Very friendly staff, nice hotel. I booked a suite for one night, the room was clean although it could use some refurbishing. One window didn't lock, so the noise from the street was constant. Located in a street with some stores, but not an area where you feel safe walking around. No toiletries included apart from s soap and shower gel/shampoo. Coffee machine in the bedroom with 2 coffee pods. I couldn't see a menu anywhere, assumed these were complimentary, as in most hotels where you rent a suite. I was surprised to be charged 1.5 USD per capsule on checkout, and that there was a QR code informing me of this in the room. I couldn't find it anywhere though. All in all, great staff, but there is definitely a much better price to service/location ratio than this hotel in Rio"

"I couldn't check in early at 12:30, but they told me around 13:20 that I was ready, which was nice. The location is great, connected to the airport. However, the reception is at the very back, so it's a bit of a walk. It's a very large hotel; the rooms and hallways smelled a bit of disinfectant. There were quite a few people on the rooftop. P1/P2 show the view from the rooftop."

"My first room had the worst stains on the chair and sofa. No way should this room been allowed for check in. I booked a queen bed apartment and was moved to a. Double bed room with a view as trade. I was tired and could not be bothered to argue. There was an apology by the checkin staff. The breakfast is average (I came from Salvador where breakfast was amazing). Housekeeping and services were good - all the ladies were nice and pleasant. The bed had one pillow and the sheets had holes. There was no spare blanket in the room and the duvet provided was not the best so it got cold on a few nights and was too hot on others. Shower facilities were good but no skin lotion in the room which was fine as I had my own. No free water in the room only the minibar too - had to go to ibis hotel next door at like 2am to buy stuff there …both hotels are linked Generally the stay was mediocre and the area does not have anything to do. It is ok and central for Uber which was a bonus. Would I stay there again - hardly likely Would I challenge that I am owed money as the room I paid for is not what I was given - may do …if I have the energy Hopefully Novotel would reach out to me before that happens Images below"

"In Brazil, this hotel is considered upper-mid range, though its facilities are a bit dated. The surrounding area also shows its age, with buildings dating back at least thirty years. Despite this, it offers decent value for money. It's conveniently located near the older districts of the city. However, I'd advise against wandering around outside at night due to safety concerns, specifically the risk of robbery from homeless individuals."

"Nice hotel and good restaurant. Swimming pool on the roof is very small and too little people can dit there. Service is excellent 👍 They also have beach chairs with umbrela’s 😃"
