"We enjoyed our stay up until the day of our checkout. We were running a bit late so I phoned reception to request a later checkout around 12. The receptionist informed me that they were not allowing any late checkouts. So we hurried around and managed to checkout on time. We then loaded our vehicle and sat down to have a coffee. While having a coffee we noticed many people checking out after 11am. Also I have not received my receipt yet. Would you please check into this for me. The picture is of sunset from our room. "The hotel was convenient to the Ottawa airport and had free shuttle service which was our reason for choosing this hotel We were in town for a family wedding and had a 2 night stay. Room was comfortable and quiet at the end of the corridor (at our request) We were disappointed that $275 per night did not include any kind of breakfast or even a discount coupon for the restaurant inside the hotel so we were glad to be able to have the choice of several restaurants more reasonably priced less than a five minute walk for dinner and 2 breakfasts."

"The hotel is a little old and the elevator is slow. Then when he booked, he said it was a standard room, but when he checked in, he directly allocated the standard room, saying that they arranged it like this. Everything else is fine, there is a Costco around, and there is a takeaway Chinese food, which is very convenient."

"Really great stay. Def a 10/10. Had the King Bed room and the room was huge!! Was even able to check in at around 130pm which was really great. Highly recommend staying here. 10ish mn drive to downtown ottawa and around 30mn to Gatineau."

"I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities, the size of the room, the view from the window, everything! I arrived at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night, so I was worried when I headed, but I was able to check in immediately because it was directly connected to the airport. It was fresh to see the plane from the big window of the room, and I enjoyed it both at night and in the morning. I would like to use it when I go to Ottawa again!"

"Everything was good. Loved the view from the balcony. The only thing was the staff when we came for check in at night. The employee was not rude or misbehaving but he/she was explaining everything so fast on one sentance that I could not say anything. Overall I will recommend the place."

"The hotel is not far from the airport and T&T Supermarket, both are a few minutes' drive away. The room is OK and acceptable for staying for one or two days. The parking lot is large. It is a typical old-style motel. The front desk staff is Indian. I guess all of them are low-end hotels acquired by Indians. Overall it's OK, I'd give it a score of 3.5. The only unpleasant thing is that they collected a deposit of 200 Canadian dollars for only one night's stay, and it hasn't been refunded for three weeks."

"Breakfast is simple but can be full room is relatively large parking is free, air conditioning noise can be accepted very warm, 1000 meters from the hotel, there is a large barrel, Huahua supermarket, supermarket, supermarket, Chinese food, I eat the big drum rice noodles, the taste is generally very expensive, others are pretty good. There is a Canadian Aviation Museum nearby with children who can take the tickets to the children 10 yuan adults 15 yuan parking 3 yuan per hour"

"My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Front desk staff were amazing. The Cleaner came to knock  the door at 11:45am and as soon as she knocked she opened the door with her key. She didn’t even wait 30 seconds for a response….keep in mind check out is 12noon so we still had 15 minutes to gather our things still. This was the only down side but that’s the error of one single worker so I would stay at this same hotel again whenever I travel to Ottawa."
