"Booked this hotel last minute as we had to stay one extra night in the city and it was really amazing! This is a hotel I would definitely go back!
The lady at the counter was extremely nice and she spoke Portuguese! She was really happy to be able to speak with us in Portuguese and we were happy she spoke Portuguese!
The hotel location is really good, downtown near the parliament, and the room was amazing! Really big and spacious studio with a kitchen and a living room. Bed was really comfortable but the sofa bed was not that good (as in all hotels).
Toilet was big and had all the amenities.
Breakfast was good and had eggs, bacon, fruits, cereals, fresh waffles, chia pudding, bread, …
They have private parking at an extra fee but the entrance is really narrow. There’s also street parking around at a fee."

"The property was ok. But I just want to add that the bed and pillows was horrible to sleep on .. Had an important exam the next day and couldn’t sleep at all all night ..
I do not know how someone can sleep like that it was just too soft and caves in when you sleep creating an Ackward arched back that it feels so sore to sleep .. the pillows again the same too big to sleep on and all the same size .. they are good size if you want to put them behind back and watch tv but not to sleep .. Had to put towels under my head to sleep as I simply couldn’t use those pillows .. whoever’s idea is that I wonder if they tested them before using it for customers ..I wonder if they could sleep on the bed and those pillows . Good luck .. rest no complaints at all ."

"The hotel is conveniently located in downtown, close to the Parliament. The reception staff were very accommodating, and while the hallway was a bit dark, it had a pleasant scent. Our room was clean, fresh-smelling, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. The property also offers great amenities like a gym and a game room. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back."

"I went to see the tulip festival, and the hotel was not far from the festival venue (a 10-minute drive) and about a 10-minute walk to the Parliament House, which made it convenient for travel. It was great that there was a swimming pool, so I could spend quality evening time with my kids."

"The hotel left a very good impression. The location is excellent – everything is nearby: the city center, shops, and restaurants, all within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials for cooking, which was very convenient. The fast check-in via the app was a big plus – quick and hassle-free. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable for relaxing.
Things to improve (room 902): some furniture (for example, the wardrobe) felt a bit old, although it was clean and functional."

CCamistThe location has some certain distance to subway stations, but it only matters if you arrive to or depart from the hotel using transit, as you might need to walk for around 10 minutes in order to get to the hotel. However, most of the attractions (Parliament, ByWard market) are within walkable distance (less than 20 minutes) so it is not a problem for me. The room is extremely spacious with even a kitchen and a printer for this price point, and the room is clean. However, the shower blinds have some gaps which seeps water to the floor wet while showering… The staff is really nice and friendly, and the free breakfast that comes with the room is good enough (I like the sausage and the egg bites). The laundry is 24/7 and comes with complimentary laundry sheets and powder, which is a big plus.
However, do note that there is a certain chance that you’ll be assigned to a first floor room, which is essentially the ground floor… One of the entrance (the one next to the parking lot) for ground floor rooms can look a little bit sketchy at night. Since my room is also next to Elgin street where people go to the pubs at night, it can get a little bit noisy, but the bed is far away from the window so it sort of cancelled the disadvantage. It would be better if the front desk asked if a ground floor room was OK before giving the room cards.

GGuest UserAs a family of three, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, I definitely book again. Very close to shopping and highway 417. Hotel located in a very quiet area.
I should thank Mr. Soheil at Reception who was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was also very good included hot/cold meals and fluits

GGuest UserThe room was quite comfortable, and the bedding was just right. Overall, the hotel felt pretty good. Its location, right in the heart of the city, is particularly convenient for transportation and city walks. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, always offering warm walnut pie, which made up for the slight inconvenience of the lobby renovation. They say it'll be finished in May, and looking at the renderings, the newly renovated lobby seems promising.
There's one slightly unpleasant incident I'd like to mention. We booked a room with breakfast, and on the first morning, we went to the restaurant. After registering our room number at the entrance, the server immediately asked if we'd like coffee or tea. I asked for a double espresso, and she cheerfully arranged our seating while talking, which felt quite good. However, as our meal was nearing its end, the server presented a bill saying the coffee was an extra charge. This approach felt a bit disingenuous, and it's the first time I've encountered such a thing. I was a bit unhappy and immediately asked the server why they didn't inform us upfront when we were at the entrance. In our usual way of thinking, coffee with breakfast is perfectly normal. Seeing our displeasure, and noticing the $10 CAD tip we left on the table, the server beamed and said she would take care of the coffee bill, implying it wouldn't be charged. However, three days later, it still appeared on the bill at check-out. Although it was only $4 CAD, that's not the point. I complained about it at the front desk, and they also agreed that such a practice was inappropriate and offered to re-print the bill and refund me. I didn't want the hassle and declined. I'm only mentioning this in hopes that they won't resort to what frankly feels like a deceptive tactic in the future. Perhaps it was an individual server's action, but it ultimately affects the Hilton group's image. Because of this, I'd also like to offer a friendly tip to future guests.

DDalingnvqingnianLooks small from the outside, but the facilities inside are great! Breakfast includes meat, eggs, and milk, and you can even get fresh waffles made to order. The room is quite spacious too. The best part is there are three types of coffee to choose from, and two bottles of mineral water are provided. The lobby also offers 24-hour hot water. P.S. You still need to bring your own toothbrush, towel, and slippers. Their shower gel and shampoo are pretty standard.

If you're driving, valet parking is available for around 60 Canadian dollars, paid at the front desk, which I believe includes the tip.

HHanfordPros: a parking lot with sufficient space (no need to book in advance). A shopping mall St Laurent is nearby. The breakfast is ok. There are 2 sockets and 2 USB-A outlet on each side of the bed. The staff are friendly in general.
Cons: A bit far away from the tourist attractions downtown (around 10 minutes drive). The coffee from the in-room coffee machine was so-so. The air-conditioner was quite noisy. The TV in my room couldn't be turned off (It went off automatically after no-signal for a while anyway). There were some paper cups for coffee but no other glass / cups in the whole room even for brushing teeth so I had to use paper cups for brushing teeth (Is it considered environmental friendly?)
